Nice Resort and welcoming staff !!
Writing this review from Family Lounge bar in Ocean Blue, so far stay is good. Bar service is amazing. Food in Alacarte restaurant is just ok nothing fancy. Too much waiting time. Beach was cleaned yesterday but seaweed is back so the smell. Still some ppl don’t mind and enjoying the ocean. Buffet restaurant has good varieties but repetitive. I like the ambience and service in coffee shop. Will write more

Second time with a big change
This was our second time it has changed. The worst is the privilege experience they want you to buy when you get there the time shares. The fellow told us it is mandatory meeting i must attend.Last time we had full run of the place now it is divided into two so if you do not buy any timeshares you are separated from only use of the first pool and prohibited of beach bar and beach areas. All the pool activities were for privilege guests only! So the second pool close to beach has the bubble bath parties all the entertainment and so forth. The catch.....your paying all inclusive but only get half of the use of the property unless your willing to buy shares! if no your set a side on what i listed above even the snack bar restaurant it has privilege zone as well your not allowed at certain times!of the day.I believe it is wrong they advertise two pools and all inclusive property use they need to stop false advertising. The beach is still like a dug out minimal space not level again privilege guest rule the beach as well for chairs and shade. The main buffet was the same as our last visit outdated.Staff are cheerful and friendly. The food was good they have a different nationality area food every night witch was delicious no privilege membership for that however. The pool bars two are good and cheerful nice bartenders good drinks as well as main lobby bar and tenders. The gift shop was really nice no junk! good quality items. The elacarts are good mexican++++the sports bar was cool and nice frosted beer mugs good finger foods.Bowling was great and billiards bar was good to.The rooms have been updated and are comfortable and clean maids are great! So all in all it is a good spot nice resort but that privilege thing is ruining it lots of others felt they same we met.I hope my review is helpful to you and it is honest.I think when we go again we will find another resort to try but when we do we will make certain it hasn't a privileged thing going on it is ruining it.

Ocean Blue good bad and ugly.
I will start with the positive: I feel it was worth it to upgrade to privilege. I enjoyed the Bali beds, the restaurant right next to them, lunch/snacks delivered to you in these great covered sectioned off plates. The drinks at the bar by the beds and beach were great. Just make sure you ask for the top shelf alcohol or you get what you get. The privilege lounge where you could make your own cocktails and grab a sandwich, cookie or apple and use the private restroom or just get out of the heat for a hot minute. The bracelets which were our door key. Mikes coffee (every resort should have a Mikes coffeee) The hand dipped ice cream stand. The beach was beautiful (even though the seaweed over took it but they did remove it several times ) Restaurants: The food I felt was subpar. Buffet thumbs 👎 (Except the restaurant by the beach for lunch) French 👎 Steakhouse 😑 Italian 👍 Sensai 👌 Route 66 👍 Mike’s coffee 👍 👍 Service: Average My biggest complaint is the aggressiveness of the staff to blonde beautiful woman. My niece was kind and friendly and respectful to the staff but the men constantly hanging around her chair, bringing her tons of drinks and hitting on her. By day 2 she became very uncomfortable. My friend who is also blonde and beautiful came two days later and experienced the same aggression. Room: The room was lovely. We stayed in building 6 ground floor with great AC. The rooms are large and comfortable but the glass separating the room and bathroom needs to go. If anyone turns the light on in the bathroom and anyone is sleeping especially in the bed next to the bathroom it’s right in your eyes. The other complaint is the door stopper right in front of the sink which we ended up having to put a towel over to keep from stubbing our toes. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. The grounds/pools/entertainment: The grounds were beautiful. Everything clean and well manicured and Pinky the flamingo 🦩 was a nice touch. Only two large pools. My biggest complaint is there really is no adult or quiet pool. The musics loud and plays most of the day. The pools were extremely warm but I don’t think they could do anything about that since it was so hot. White night was fun and the fire show was entertaining. Piano bar was nice. Everything else was okay. Would I stay there again? Probably not.

Amazing family hotel (privlage members)
This was a perfect family holiday! I have two lads 15 and 18. Lots for them to do Pool room was good, lots activities bowling, lots family games upstairs. We had breakfast in privalge breakfast place. Beach was lovely, mainly stayed near the beds, you can use the free kayaking. There bit of seagrass but cleared by hotel tractor every morning. Towel guy at beach hut was really nice. Always save us a bed near the front of the beach. Some restaurants were little slow on serving. But didn’t really bother us too much. Piano bar was really nice and chilled! Bar tender at the bar was really nice! Made us some nice cocktails! We had an old fashion drink. Highly recommended. Mike coffee shop was amazing! They did the best coffee, try cherry chocolate. I’d go back just for this place, my boys had frappes caramel and chocolate. The flamingo called pinky was hotel pet, we had some great photos. Taxi from airport we roughly paid 30 dollars each way. I booked via tui desk on the way home. Also booked one excursion via tui desk In reception to Sona Island. Highly recommend! Rain only one day most days it’s was light and cleared up 5 -10 min. Overall great holiday 1-10 I’d say 9.5.

Sand, sun and relaxation
Lovely hotel, nice view of pool and gardens. The cocktails were chef's kiss - I highly recommend the Margarita's. Very close to beachfront. Overall a relaxing holiday!
