to sum it up: this resort is a must visit if you are coming to punta cana🌴 the entertainment - there was ALWAYS something going on and definitely no lack of entertainment, whether you were pool side or lounging on the beach. benjamin franklin was easily the life of the party, and made our trip 1000x more fun. he made sure we were constantly laughing and always checking in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. they had numerous activities happening around the pool everyday that were both fun to watch and participate in. the food - i’m always weary about the food at all-inclusives, especially as someone with celiac disease who requires a strict gluten free diet. rafael and anderson in the buffet were INCREDIBLE. they made sure i was taken care of and took all precautions to make sure i was safe. ramon in the japanese/hibachi style restaurant was also incredible and made my food entirely gluten free, and took all precautions to ensure i was safe. my friend, who is not gluten free, was OBSESSED with the food - especially the churros in the buffet. there are so many options, that everyone will find something they’ll love and miss when they fly back home. the resort as a whole - this place is beyond my expectations. the staff are LOVELY, despite there being a bit of a language barrier (google translate will be your friend). the grounds are very well kept as there are grounds-men EVERYWHERE, picking up garbage, collecting cups from around the pool, etc. not to mention, it is absolutely gorgeous and has something for everyone - even the littles. all in all, i will absolutely be visiting again soon in the near future. i had so much and am struggling with having to readjust back to reality. you won’t regret it!!

Excellent
was pleased with the meals, and how clean the resort was. Beautiful beach, and an amount of activity’s provided. An honourable mention to Benjamin Franklin and his colleagues for all the amazing events and activities. Wound recommend to stay here!!

Girls trip!
Had the best girls trip at this resort! The entertainers were always happy and excited to host activities throughout the day. Benjamin Franklin made our trip even better! Always happy and excited to see you! Lots to do throughout the day and at night! Would definitely come back!

Ocean blue and sand - unforgettable experience!
We enjoyed the hotel so much. We went here with my friends for our friends bachelorette party. The food was great, the restaurants serve very tasty meals, the service was amazing, the disco was probably the best part. We went there every day of our stay. Pools are clean and nice.

Amazing trip!
This was such a great resort, my friends and I were here for a bachelorette trip! Clean, friendly staff and so much going on! Shows, games, activities and so much other fun stuff! My friends and I had the best time here! Staff were kind and always had the best energy!
