I have been at this hotel in March and decided to upgrade to privelege and yes was expensive but for me was worth it! Had a stunning room with pool and sea view! But honestly had the best butler in the place , his name is Hector!! A 10 star person and service! Actually came in on his day off to make sure everything was perfect for my departure today! I hope you get him! As for the rest Food top and service at beach and pool privelege was amazing! Absolutely no bad comments! Thanks to everyone!

Great resort great people great food
Had a great experience loved the resort all very nice staff. Our butler was amazing beautiful resort very well. Taken care of the food was delicious.

Ocean Blue & Sand Swim-Up Bar
Joneiry & Mizael were the most helpful. Very engaging and super fun. All of our desire needs were met and they made sure we had the best experience. Ask for them !

This place is incredible
This place is incredible. They really take care of you. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. They put on the most amazing spread for New Year’s Eve. Dinner was fantastic.
