Gustavo Alejandro Eduardo and Henry Great service!!!! A lot of patience and always attentive to the customers one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. The drinks are perfect and he already knows what you want before you get there. Friendly and kind gets to know you on a deeper lever. Thank you Gustavo for the great service.

Great experience, unbelievable value for money!
Fantastic experience! Service was top notch, staff friendly and seemed happy and caring, special mention to Ricardo the pool waiter, just outstanding As for the rooms, the one I got was wonderful, lost of space, clean and comfy. Food was good too and so much offer, I will definetily come back here!

Amazing Staff and Location
All the staff are extremely kind and attentive. This is the second time I have come to Ocean Coral and Turquesa. Our host Oscar Cruz took good care the whole 2 weeks time we were here. Checking in often, helping us reserve our dinners each week, for the whole week. Making sure we had ever we need. Helpful advice and honesty from all the staff working. Carlos Arvélo up in the Lobby is also very kind and helpful. The first time I came Carlos helped me join their Privilege Club Members, and my second visit he has been checking in with me regularly to make sure everything is ok. I am a cancer patient, fighting to beat stage 4 breast cancer. I know many working here depend on their commission, however everyone is so honest, even if it means they don't get their sales. Adela and another Male co-worker (sorry I forgot his name) work in Massage and Spa, worn me of the danger of Massage and Cancer (this is something nobody tells you back home. I appreciate the honesty and care to my well being. Giving my other options to relax and enjoy their spa safely. The entertainment was great with a Live show every night and activities all through the day. And so many amazing waiters in all the restaurants, especially the Privilege Lounge, Hacienda Los Girasoles, Village Marina. Those would be my top 3 restaurants. Eduardo, remembered me from last time (even with short hair after Chemo), Erik, Jose, Jaime, Miguel, Jorge, Angel, Alejandro, honesty so many more. I apologize I can't remember everyone's names. I only received the best service from absolutely everyone. 2 weeks was not enough, I could have stayed for a month. Thank you everyone from management, staff, cleaning craw, life guards. Fantastic service!!
The service from Gustavo at the pool bar is phenomenal! We have been here for a week so far and he has really made our day time experience so much better….. he knows exactly what we want and is always friendly and the speed of service is excellent!! 👌🏻
