Kaci, shevaughn, Romaine Kevin the security guard, cyril did an amazing job even though the hand dealt to them during the storm
It was my first time visiting the hotel. Everything was great. But the way I was treated during the storm has left a bad taste in my mouth. The greed from upper management really showed its ugly head with no compassion at all towards guest. As a travel agent it would be hard to promote this hotel for what is has done

30th Wedding anniversary trip
The hotel was amazing, due to the Hurricane Mellisa our experience was reduced, but no fault to the hotel. Before the hurricane, we were able to experience some of the restaurants, the steak house was amazing, Sakura was great with some good theatre cooking, La Locanda was average to be honest and the blue moon was exceptional, Keanu the chef, came out at the end and asked how our stay was going, You will find that everyone no matter their role will ask if you have everything you need. The Captains table buffet restaurant served up delicious and breakfast lunches and dinners with lots of variety and choices. Mikes coffee shop is a must for your coffee fix but also has a varied menu and snacks available. It is recommended the mini lemon meringue pies.. The pool was exceptional in size and 3 feet in depth, with shelves to sit and chill whilst enjoying a drink. We treated ourselves to a massage, and this is highly recommended. We didn't get the chance to experience much more due to the hurricane, but everything else looked like it delivered the same high standards. The staff went over and above to ensure you were having a good time, and during the hurricane, they made you their priority, and for that, we are very thankful. Please do give this hotel a chance if you're thinking of going to Jamaica, you won't be disappointed, a big shout out out to Sharlotte in blue moon, Britney who was everywhere, Keanu, Lee and Kitty from entertainment team and to all bar, garden, welcome teams.

10/10 — I’d go back over and over again!
From start to finish, my experience at this resort was absolutely amazing. The cleanliness of the property stood out — everything was spotless and well-maintained. The food was consistently great, whether at the restaurants or the jerk hut, and there was always something delicious to enjoy. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, but the real highlight was the lobby bar — make sure you stop by! Junior made the entire experience unforgettable. He was kind, attentive, and incredibly personable, greeting everyone with a warm smile and genuine energy. His positive attitude, professionalism, and fun spirit set the perfect tone for the evening and created such a welcoming environment. You could truly tell he takes pride in making guests feel valued and at home. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality Junior!

No compassion
The hotel is great customer service is great staff top tier. But the way they treat the guest during the storm is beyond ridiculous. You told your guest if they can not pay the distress rate u will call the cops to put them off the property, u did not show any compassion that they may not have the funds. it was told this is not a shelter by the (GM) . As you did not care for their safety. But once they paid the funds then u cared for them and their safety.
