Sep 16, 2025Best all inclusive vacation in Jamaica.
Had an amazing relaxing stay at Ocean Eden. Very clean. Food was exceptional in all the restaurants. I loved The Steakhouse, Sugarcane , and Mike’s Coffee shop. So much activities to one the resort. Kikan was great. He was our morning Yoga instructor Entertainment team manager Billy & Kitty on the Entertainment team always made us laugh Clayon was my very attentive server at SugarCane Restaurant. Thanks for always checking on me. Great customer service. Chinelle the concierge was very kind and friendly Mackenzie @ Marlin bar very friendly. Cici Clarke @ from Juta Tours taxi which operates out of the hotel. She was my taxi driver to the airport. She’s so kind and lovely. Book her for excursions and airport transportation. She very reasonably priced. Very beautiful landscaping. I definitely will return to this resort. Thanks for an exceptional relaxing vacation.

Listen I love everything about this hotel. I cannot begin to start with the staff because from the front desktop to the beach boy to security. Everyone was amazing. The cleaners were so respectful and all this coming from the heart. Thanks to Damion Williamson he was amazing, to sashorn and kasheena . These people were so welcoming only God knows

From the bell staff who were trying to sell us weed to the vulgar entertainment (I am of Jamaican heritage) to the hotel staff who were clearly sleeping with guests for money (my partner was offered sexual favours) this hotel is confused. It’s unsure as to whether it’s a party hotel or luxury for couples which given the price tag and the promise on line it really underdelivered. We raised the concerns with hotel management and despite promises to contact us to offer some kind of compensation almost a year later and it hasn’t happened. The hotel is very tip hungry despite it being an all inclusive and if you don’t leave a tip then don’t expect decent service. Staff let themselves into the room outside of housekeeping…. We were in the hot tub and someone just let themselves into which was quite disconcerting. There are people just smoking weed openly in communal areas which as a non smoker was not the best. The housekeeping was hit and miss and there were several days where we weren’t left fresh towels or has fresh bedding again these things should be standard. I should have gone to Sandals. Avoid unless you want to get high from second hand weed smoke or are into sleeping with hotel staff on your holiday.

My overall experience at this was just ok! The service wasn’t great at all!! However I wanted to leave a review for the employee Nathaya Edwards at Ocean Eden Bay Resort in Montego Bay… When I tell you this young lady HELPED ME… Her service was definitely a 10/10.. Nathaya was very helpful especially when the other employees were not helpful AT ALL!! Her attitude was AWESOME and always kept a smile on her face… Such a beautiful spirit!!!
