Do It - you won't regret it!
Overall: We had a great time! It's a newer hotel and we felt safe. The resort seemed much busier and livelier on the weekends but I wouldn't consider it a party spot. We had no problems finding chairs on the beach or a spot in the restaurant for dinner as it wasn't overly crowded when we were there. It's worth a visit! The Good: - access to both resorts amenities - mini-fridge with drinks was consistently stocked - towel access - no need for cards and could get more then one towel at a time which is great - Get a Purple Rain - Thank us later :) - Food was good - flavourful and fresh - The beach was private and well guarded - security on both ends even at night The OK: - no beef patties at the buffet, sports bar or beach grill, it was only offered at one of the a-la-carte lunch restaurants and on some days it wasn't available - overall music was ok - expected more reggae and dancehall over the soft rock and pop - the Beach was beautiful and kept clean but rocky - highly recommend water shoes if going in the ocean!! - Water was clean and clear most of the time - unless bad tide/rain - Most employees were helpful and professional - shout out to Shawn on the beach who kept us very hydrated! The Bad: - coakroach in the bathroom by the coffee shop at night - women's bathroom by the lazy river had no lock - signage for daily activities wasn't accurate - Premium Sales people and resort photographers - some were pushy and one was even rude when we said no paparazzi (as a joke) - nightclub - we walked in and walked right out because Sweet Caroline was playing and it wasn't the vibe we were looking for No Opinion as didn't use: - nightly entertainment (besides outdoor bad) on either Eden or Coral Springs

We will be back......
Had an amazing time. Resort staff was super friendly and very helpful. Pauline kept the room spotless. Great job all across the resort. The food was just ok. It was touristic then real authentic Jamaica food.

We paid less for more elsewhere
First time going to Jamaica and was not impressed‼️ - Transportation was “complimentary” but was a scam bc we did not receive a confirmation and of course I forgot to screen shot. So had to pay $100 🙄 -Customer Service black people with attitudes -After 10pm room service is $25 per person unless you are Privilege Guest -Privilege is $80pp Per Day! Additional to the all inclusive we already paid for 😤 -You have access to both resorts Ocean Coral Spring (family side) which a lot of restaurants are located but I booked adults only for a reason… -A lot of restaurants appeared open on the information in the lobby but were closed when you walked to them -Pool closed at 5pm!!! On vacation -No entertainment except live music evening -We booked two different rooms to experience the whole resort. It was not easy checking out to check in to the new room, even with them knowing this information at check in. -First room, rooftop hot tub was great! -Second room, swim up needed some upgrades Toilet falling off the wall, bed & ceiling fan squeaked and sliding door wouldn’t get on track 📍Moral of the story We paid less for more 🙄 elsewhere

Exceptional Service and Must Return
We got married there on June 6th, Friday and it was just perfect...We didn't know all the ins and outs but our wedding coordinator, Kayan Stanley took us by the hand and guided us all the way through....She was such a good spirit.. So if you are thinking about a destination wedding, hands down, the best!!! The butler service is a must have...Carlton, Richardo and Romain were exceptional and made us feel like family...There at every call and happy to do it...They stood out and I wanted to make sure I gave them their flowers...Carlton took us to our room when we checked in and even though he was off a couple days during our stay, he called us and made sure we were good with no expectation... I must big up Nicole from the Privalege Lounge and Kerry Ann from Red Snapper restaurant....They took the time to make us feel comfy even though we were late and wanted to sit in a section that was recently cleaned and closed....I ran into Carlos, the food and beverage director and made sure I let him know how valuable those 2 are...He agreed... Finally, Sam and Kaci at the front desk were phenomenal....Always made us feel like we were the only guests...The hotel was clean, plenty of amenities, things to do and a bunch of restaurants to fulfill your every desire..... Job well done OCEAN EDEN...Well worth the trip and the money....We will be going back on our 1 year anniversary if not before.!!!

Favourable experience and would visit again
Food was amazing with lots of options. The amenities were plentiful and readily available. Attendant were reliable and friendly. One improvement that could be made is providing cracking device for eating crab. Would attend again in near future
