Apr 28, 2025What could’ve been a better stay…
I actually visited in April 2023 for my 21st birthday with my family. The resort itself is really nice and modern. Rooms were nice, although upon our arrival, they were a little dirty and could’ve been cleaned more efficiently. We also had a hot tub on our balcony , didn’t even wanna get into it, it was that dirty. The service wasn’t the greatest as some of the stuff was not dependable or friendly at all, especially if you didn’t tip right away, majority had an attitude. Had butler service, the one butler we had was friendly and dependable, the other wasn’t and couldn’t care less to service us hence why he handed us off to the butler we ended up having. The food is mediocre, even if it is Americanized which most of all these inclusive resorts are, it wasn’t really appetizing at all. Resort is mainly family oriented as there is a lot for children to do and families have their own side. However , it’s like they stopped the effort with adults, after dinner or really even any kind of meal, the beach, pool and bar , disco only takes you but so far. After 8 or 9 pm there’s nothing to do and majority of everything is closed and the resort looks like a ghost town. One night we just found ourselves sitting at the Lobby Bar because we were bored. Not the worst resort but they could definitely make improvements.

Beautiful resort and AMAZING staff!
I traveled to this resort in April for spring break. The resort is beautiful! The pool is so big and spacious. So many food options. I loved that I was able to use both resorts. The beach was clean and beautiful. I absolutely love the staff!! The staff is truly wonderful! I wish I could remember all of their names. I booked the privilege package and it was worth it. I enjoyed using room service to order food. The rooms were pretty okay. They do need to upgrade the rooms a little. I did not like the shower heads. The shower heads are rain shower heads with little water pressure. There is not foot rail in the shower. So it is hard to wash your legs without feeling like you are going to slip. My room came with a hot tub on the balcony. I truly enjoyed using the hot tub. The one big con, there is not much entertainment. I am use to nightly shows and there were none. There was live music at night, but no shows. There is a night club on the resort, but it was small and very dark inside. The lazy river was not on for three days. The day before I was leaving, they opened it. The sofa was dirty. There were stains all over the sofa. So I never sat on the sofa. The sheets had stains on them. I had to have housekeeping to come and change my bedding. Overall, the resort is beautiful! The staff is AMAZING! I just there were more entertainment on the resort.

Great customer service ! Excellent representation of ocean coral Eden bay we need more like him September 2024 We had an amazing time here on our Anniversary!!The food was delicious, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and the staff one that stood out was Shanardo the manger ! I was having a hard time booking restaurants and was frustrated Shanardo heard my frustration and made accommodation and was very professional and friendly. He is a game changer outstanding. We loved every minute! Shanardo is the best

Great Hotel
Great hotel and please don’t listen to any negative reviews as we are a couple that have traveled many many places and we wish to say this hotel ticks all boxes and especially Jason in the check in bar what a great man very well entertaining and a pleasure to talk to 👍 great HOTEL x

Amazing
We had a great time we loved everything about the trip . We especially enjoyed the activities and dimario was great he had a great vibe and made the trip exciting . It was one of my favorite trips ever . Jamaica was great and I give this place a 10 out of 10
