Feb 08, 2026Had a fantastic vacation.
Returning home today from ocean el faro. Check in went smoothly and quickly, they took our luggage to our rooms and we went to eat and explore the resort. Our rooms where clean, comfortable, cleaning staff were very efficient. Mike's coffee shop has great coffee choices of drinks, sweets. Main buffet is hit or miss, staff there need to improve their attention to people who come in to dine there. Daisy pool is great the Blue team keep everyone entertained. A special thanks to Ecristal ( I hope i spelt it correctly) she made our stay so special , always a smile and Hola, and she remembered what we drank. The best restaurants are the steakhouse,Margarita and Sakura . The Entertainment was fantastic, every day, night something new. All staff are friendly and helpful.

This was our third vacation at Ocean el Faro and it felt like home. Our pool view room was spacious and comfortable. The resort is spread out and even though it was full we did not feel crowded. The meals were very good. Especially breakfast at the Privileged lounge overlooking the ocean. Beautiful and relaxing. Elizabeth was our Buttler again this year and she made our stay special. We’re planning our next visit’

Ocean El Faro very nice
Very surprised, I did not expect much but was very pleased. The service was very good, we had swim out room in the family section, bar service was exceptional, special shout out to Ruddy, he was great. the days that Ruddy was not working Steven and Danny took very good care of us. The service staff at restaurants and sports bar also very good. The only issue was the food, good variety but it was lukewarm warm at best at buffet for breakfast and all the restaurants but we certainly didn't starve. All in all for a mid price resort it met all expectations. I would go back.

Our stay at ocean el farro
First time here and it was nothing less than outstanding, the facility is beautiful, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable , our personnel butler Juan was wonderful, no task to big or to small just ask .. we also had the pleasure of being served by Justina at one of the pools she also was amazing, we went to the same pool everyday just do we could interact with Justina .. overall ocean el farro is 5 star all the way across.. will definitely come back..
