Cats need help
Bring cat food. There are 40 cats that only a few tourists feed. They are hungry and docile. The hotel does not take care of the cats or sterilize them

Butler Deiby was great and checked in on. everyone in the party daily. You are lucky to have him!
Restaurants should leave a bottle of red and white on the tables since you are short on waiters. Deiby was excellent with helping us with an extension cord personally for our ROKU stick since there are no outlets on the wall where the TV is, strange but no outlets.

They claim to be 5 star hotel When we arrived they charged us $2600 for our grandkids or we could turnaround
I traveled a lot in my 65 Years, but was never so disappointed as this trip. When we arrived at check-in, we received a hammer. They told us our 2 grandkids would cost $ 2498 extra, even called Ocean El Faro in advance to ask for the price, my wife and I paid in advance for a 2 queen room and sofa bed $1,721.11 I felt like I was hijacked in a foreign country. That was not the worst thing. Upon arriving at our room, it was in terrible condition. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken, one of the sinks was broken, and no shampoo was available. The ceiling fan rattled all night. We called customer service, but no response. The next morning, we went to the front desk to speak with a manager and were rudely told we could not see one. The next morning, we went up to the lobby and found a service consultant, who promised to take care of the room. After arguing with her about the payment, she finally called someone who said we would get a refund for our grandkids. Till today, no refund has been received. 1 day before departure I saw a maintenance man and I asked him if he could do the repairs. He has done some. This is what it said when we made reservations. Gerald, carlos, and edrick where all amazing entertainers, the atmosphere, food, and drinks were all phenomenal and all staff were super sweet and fun!
