Privilege guests can receive an exclusive evening outing to visit, dine, and experience another Ocean Hotels property (only valid within destination) for an evening of entertainment and discovery. 
The service works as follows: 
•Guests will communicate the Privilege Concierge 24 hours prior to outing to discovery property. 
•Visit time frame is from 6pm to 1am, includes dinning, drinks, and entertainment. 
•Transportation must be covered by the guest.

    Wonderful time.

    My husband and I just returned from our stay at Ocean Maya Royale. I had gone with my sister in April and had a wonderful time, despite the seaweed that was all over the Caribbean. In November the seaweed was gone and the beach was lovely. We also had a special upgrade because I was there a second time this year. The room location was simply fantastic. We had a Jacuzzi on the terrace! It was wonderful to see so many of the same great staff, they make the difference between a good vacation and a great vacation….And we had a great vacation! Our thanks to your special employees include our Privilege butler Alfredo, Tiger at the lobby bar Jorge and Octavio at the lobby bar, Ilsa at the Privilege restaurant, and Anna at Mike’s coffee bar and of course whoever cleaned our room, but we don’t know her name as we never met her. We will be back soon.

    Beautiful View, Adults Only, Great Entertainment

    This is the second time I've visited the hotel with my family. The food is exceptional in the different themed restaurants, and the entertainment is great. Alejandro, Viri (wow!), Marian, and Susana made it a fantastic experience.

    Amazing staff and relaxed atmosphere

    We recently stayed in Room 1004 for our 30th-anniversary trip, and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere here is so relaxed. We did not choose the Privileged option, and honestly, we were perfectly happy without it. It might be nice for the extra restaurant and upgraded liquor, but we never felt like we were missing anything. The staff is what really makes this place exceptional. Every single person we met, no matter their role, was kind, welcoming, and incredibly hardworking. The grounds are beautifully maintained as well. We brought tip money and found that many guests didn’t, so we definitely recommend bringing cash to tip. These employees work very hard and absolutely deserve it. A special shoutout to Mike’s Coffee, possibly the best coffee shop we’ve ever been to. We went every day. And don’t miss the sports bar food, especially the wings! Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary trip such a memorable experience.

    Theft happens at this resort!!

    The maid stole $240 from my wallet on Saturday November 16!! Security wasn’t helpful!! I am showing proof I was a guest!! Don’t go here!! Theft happens!! I did NOT get money back!!
