    Choose a Different Resort

    The stench from the mounds of seaweed is unbearable and you cannot access the beach. They require you to sign a statement upon check-in that they are "trying their best" regarding the seaweed but the fact remains that the smell is awful AND you can't even use the beach. The grounds are beautiful, but it's difficult to enjoy. The service is average, although I do believe the staff are trying their best and they are very kind. Food is average. Pools and rooms are clean but you can't get away from the smell of rotting seaweed. Cable goes out often. Most inside areas are either not air conditioned or not well air conditioned. Walls are thin so you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. I would never book again.

    Amazing!

    I really recommend this hotel, the food is amazing in all the restaurants, the shows at night are awesome especially the Elements show. The foam party at night was great. Loved our stay! But Viri is who made the trip for us. She went above and beyond and made our experience unforgettable. So sweet and attentive. Thank you Viri ❤️

    Vacation ruined

    We had never had more terrible vacation than this one. The entire coastal strip was covered with seaweed up to 10 meters wide during the entire vacation. Huge, noisy trucks transported seaweed throughout the resort during the day, but it was useless. There was a terrible smell of the decay on the territory. We were on resort from May 29 till June 5

    Seaweed strong but the staff works so hard to make you happy

    Kenddell and the experience team are wonderful! They do an amazing job trying to keep the party and the good vibes in the hotel. Did the cooking class with him and pilar and was so funny and educational about the mayan culture and Mexican cuisine. If you are coming during June and July the seaweed might be strong but if you're not special you'll definitely have the best time here. Enjoy!

Appreciate every single thing very much. All in the hotel is amazing and lovely. 9 times coming here and we'll be back. Amazing aquaerobics. He is the best. Look for his classes and activities.
