Everything has been special since we arrived. The restaurants—one of my favorites was Bluemoon, along with La Locanda and Amaranto. Amaranto was the best because there was always a little bit of everything. The service from Captain Osvaldo and the hostess Ana was excellent; she was always attentive. The activities for the children were amazing; Diana, Adriana, and Cinthya were always full of energy. Everything was great. The only downside was that it rained a few days, but other than that, everything was wonderful.

Fun by the pool
Diana ran a great water aerobics class by the kids pool. Great at getting everyone involved and the kids moving. Thanks Diana

Overall I enjoyed my time here. The Privilege was worth it in my view, both the service and the food was outstanding in the Privilege Lounge and it was nice being able to have a dinner reservation every night. I had Hugo as the Butler and he was great. The only restaurant that I would not go back to was Route 66 - while the server was amazing, the kitchen was struggling with putting out food in a timely manner and when the main course finally came, it was disappointing (it was the only dish my entire stay where I did not finish it). This was quite the contrast to the other restaurants, where it was not a long wait for the appetizer and as soon as I finished it, the main course would come out and it was all very tasty. Another negative from my trip was there was one pool drink server who on multiple occasions would never bring me a drink after taking my order, which was disappointing. There are lots of different activities throughout the day, and I did enjoy the evening music and activities. I am a person who loves spending time by the pool rather than in the ocean, so the small beach was not an issue for me, but I could see it be problematic for those who love spending time on the beach. While there were a few negatives, overall I enjoyed my time and I would come back.

5 star resort
I enjoyed my trip to Oceans, it was a wonderful atmosphere. Diana, Greg, Cynthia and Arianna were amazing with the kids and really helpful. Would recommend coming too this resort. Also Mike cafe is great!.
