    The Daisy Club offers entertainment for children between 4-12 years of age. Activities are organized by our team of professionals with the help of our mascot, Daisy. Children activities include:

    Incredible holiday!

    What an incredible holiday! We spent 7 days in the El Baso section. Our room was beautiful, and we had a lovely view of the pool area. The pool bar was a fantastic addition to our experience, offering a variety of cocktails to try, and we always managed to get a sunbed without having to wake up super early! The only downside at the pool was that they seemed to hold a meeting every day that went past 10 am when the pool bar opened. I think they could have scheduled this meeting either earlier or in a different location, as we were asked to move away even though the pool bar was open, which was a bit disappointing. The Piano bar became our favorite spot; the staff there and the gentleman providing table service in the main area were wonderful! The drinks were delightful, but the karaoke was a letdown, especially with some American groups shouting during it and talking over the talented pianist. I would suggest relocating the karaoke to another area since many people left as soon as they realized what was happening. The main buffet was excellent, with plenty of options for everyone, including gluten-free choices, which was a nice bonus! Our favorite was the Tepanaki, where the food was simply delicious. However, booking a restaurant can be a bit challenging due to the long queues outside the main buffet area, and we were asked to move away a few times, which was frustrating since we only had one week there. I recommend booking through your TUI representative if you have one, as she was able to do this for us right away. Also, be cautious about the Tequila tour, as they take you to Playa Del Carmen but require you to spend 45 minutes in a jewelry shop where they try to sell you jewellery, and then you move on to another shop where they attempt to sell you tequila. You end up waiting around for quite a while, and by the time you reach Playa Del Carmen, you don’t have much time to explore. Overall, we had an absolutely fantastic time. The resort is beautiful, and we will definitely return. It’s the best resort we’ve visited in Mexico. There was always plenty of entertainment available for both children and adults. It was wonderful.

    Paint night experience at Paradise!

    A fabulous Girls trip!!

    My daughter and I just came back from a week! Loved the resort, so much to do! Restaurants were great. We loved all the activities, we did karaoke almost every night. Fernando was amazing one of the entertainment coordinators. Always had a smile on his face. Jesus on the front desk was so helpful. All the staff were so accommodating at all times. The room was spacious. Some people complained about the seaweed on the beach, but the beach was beautiful. We will back! Would highly recommend.
