Feb 13, 2026Beware, your just a number. they assume no liability for water on their resort (with an ocean and several pools)
Oceans is a beautifully laid out resort, but they lack greatly in being accessible. the shops on site are all a step up and I wasn't able to negotiate a wheelchair into them ( the aisles were too close together even if I did. My wife dislocated her knee right after breakfast on day 1.25, slipping on a puddle on the second floor hallway. Oceans response bluntly was that the safety of the clients is not a priority and they can't be expected to watch for water in their hotel. The customer service manager (Israel) was only concerned about recuperating the what was paid for by the resort ( doctor, ambulance, wheelchair and medications through our travel insurance) when we asked what compensation there was going to be for our destroyed 'vacation' at Oceans, his response was "I'm done talking to you". Israel should not be in this role as he is the opposite of what customer service should represent at a resort trying to hold on to a 5 star reputation. Would I return to this resort?, not likely, maybe if Israel is no longer employed with them, anyone else at the facility were very pleasant

We had an amazing vacation at Ocean Riviera Paradise! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was delicious with lots of variety, and the daily and evening programs were so much fun. Everything was well organized and very enjoyable. We will definitely come back!

This was my first ever trip and my first time staying at a resort — and it was such a fun experience for a family vacation. The resort is absolutely beautiful and quite large, so be prepared to do a lot of walking! Everything is incredibly clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. The staff are amazing — so friendly and welcoming. William especially kept the energy high and had us laughing nonstop. The entertainment team is also fantastic and keeps the vibes going all day. It’s a very lively environment with lots of families and kids, and you can tell everyone is there to have a good time. The restaurants can get quite noisy during peak hours, and reservations can be a bit tricky to book — you really have to be on the website right at 8:30am. The food is okay overall, but there are plenty of different options to choose from. Overall, it was such a fun first resort experience!
