Good value for money compared to other All Inclusive resorts I've stayed in Mexico. I thought the variety of food was good and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming. I didn't enjoy the fact many people claimed sun loungers before going to breakfast, considering there was more than enough loungers. I enjoyed the variety of entertainment throughout the day and evening, including the art activities, karaoke, watersports and bingo. Arturo and William from the entertainment team were particularly welcoming and made the holiday much more enjoyable. The hotel was only about 30 mins from the airport and the free hotel transfer was easy and convenient. The room in the adults only section were large and the bed was particularly comfortable. Great shower too.

The Ocean Pardise exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding and the staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you are pampered and taken care of. Dinner at the Priviledge restaurant was amazing. Onecimo , Juan, Alexis, Valerie and Diana made sure we were well taken care of care of and had everything we needed. Well worth the trip! Thank you!

Best Experience Team in Playa Del Carmen
The experience team made our stay at ocean rivera paradise. Major shoutout to William, Gustavo, Emmy, and Vanessa made sure we felt apart of the ocean family, by creating dynamic activities and friendly engagement. The pool bar staff did an amazing job, making sure we always had a full drink and making us laugh. Thank you to the bar staff, William, Jorge, Daniel, Guillermo, Reyes and Antonio. We will be back for Christmas 2026
