Loved the animals!
BE CAREFUL ON WHAT TYPE OF CARD U BRING, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, ETC.. SOME THEY DO NOT TAKE. I PURCHASED WAY LESS BC OF THIS ISSUE. I HAVE USED MC AND ALL AT EVERY RESORT AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE UNTIL HERE. Mainly at the gift shops. It worked fine paying the environmental fee, and my room service bill. The resort is beautiful but VERY big. I stayed in the El Beso building that is supposedly for adults only, even though I still saw children on our side. If you dont want kids around, this is NOT the resort for you. El beso building is the closest to the beach, but the furthest from all the restaurants and the ONLY adult only. You share all the restaurants with children other than the Blue Moon and i believe Privilege has their own restaurant as well. Blue Moon is the only adult only restaurant. You do A LOT of walking here but its all flat. They do have little golf like carts that u can ride, but the majority of the time, they were completely full. If you are handicapped, meaning in a wheelchair, this resort would be perfect for you. If you have walking issues or anything of that nature, this is not the resort for you. ROOM- Jr suite rooftop and it was NOT WORTH IT. It took 45 mins to fill it up and the middle of the hot tub was so bad I was afraid I was going to fall through it. I got in it one time for 15 mins. Such a waste. The toilet was horrible and I was scared it was about to come off the wall and made horrible noises when u sat down, hince why i thought it was about to come off the wall. The room was pretty but very mildew and everything was always damp and your clothes smelled horrible. The rooms are very outdated and looks old and yucky bc of it but still pretty. The beds in the El beso building jr suite rooftop, the bed is smaller than the thing it sits on. Be AWARE bc you will crack your feet and ankles bc of it. My floor was definitely not swept before I arrived there was hair and stuff all over it but not that huge of an issue. The room, floor, tables, bathroom counter, couch etc are very old and dingy and someof it falling apart. I wish I would have gotten the swim up room instead bc the rooftop was a waste. I am very big on room service and it sucked here. As a solo traveler, there are many times I would just rather eat in my room than in the restaurant. You are only allowed room service one time within a 24 hour time span and only allowed 3 items. No drinks at all. Other than juice or milk with room service breakfast, but you can only choose one. Lunch and dinner, absolutely no drinks to choose from. I loved the animals at the resort, this would probably be the only reason I would come back is because of all the animals. Monkeys, Coatis, Cats, alligator, turtles, deer. My first time at a mixed resort with kids and just wasnt for me. I think I'll stick to adult only resorts. Shops- They have multiple shops at the resort that wasn't to horribly overpriced but some of the shops were pricy shops. Rayban etc type prices. The beach is beautiful they try their best. You do need some type of shoes on the beach as there are rocky areas, AND at the pools. The concert hurts the bottom of your feet so bad at the pool. My feet ended up getting so sore on the bottom from walking on it, it messed the rest of my vacation up bc my feet hurt so bad no matter what show I would wear. The pink ladies for a massage on the beach were great! I recommend it before booking at the resort. I could had either got a massage for $50 or a deeper one for $60. Usually its $60 & $70 but they do deals. I wish they had a little bit more of a private area to undress. I felt really uncomfortable as I know my breast were exposed to everyone as I am on my stomach and he is trying to rip my dress over my head. The massage was great don't get me wrong. There is a photo shop place right beside it, and the massage was 💯 I had a male and I could literally feel like air bubbles popping in my back. It felt so great but the next day my spine was so sore, I couldn't even lean against a pillow lol. All the staff I encountered were very nice and friendly. The rode the old fashion bicycles 🚲 to get around. There is a store across from the main entrance XOOX I think it was called, but the girl that was working when I stopped by, her customer service sucked as bad as her attitude did. I walked in and said Hola she wouldn'teven look up from her phone or say a word, her face was buried in her phone the entire time until a guy came in then she got up and acted like she was working. Maybe her boss? She had such a piss poor attitude I didn't go back and went to the 7/11. When I told her I would be paying in USD and asked how much it was, she got an attitude and pointed to the screen and says, its on there, look. I didn't see anything in a USD price this is why I asked her how much so I didn't have to look all over the screen for USD price. Its hard to get reservations at the restaurants so I didn't even get to try. I ate at the buffet everyday every meal. It was usually the same stuff for every meal pretty much. The had a big rotisserie, chicken machine and roasted all of their meat. Some of the deserts were amazing. I didn't expect that but some were awesome. This was my first time staying at a resort that is mixed with children. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, but definitely wouldn't want to stay at a mixed resort again. Some of the kids would scream and throw their fits. I have always stayed at adult only resorts, so this being my first time at a mixed resort, it was okay, just not for me is all. I didn't really get to see any of the shows. One evening they had some type of karaoke, and I felt so bad for the guy singing because the equipment needed readjusted, and it wasn't happening. They had silent disco but didn't participate. Overall its a very beautiful property and very big property, and a LOT of walking just to get to something. The El beso pool did have a restaurant very near the pool, but never ate there because usually the times I were there, they weren't open yet. If you have children, this would be a great place. They have water slides and all. The buildings I remember are Daisy, Eden, El Beso, Privilege and I believe one other building.

Blue team shoutout
Blue team superstars kept the party going with aka Fred. Made the days so much fun. Ivan, Vanessa Ken and Arturo are awesome. Building one Jose and hector knew our drinks and were ready with the next round every time. Only negative from the stay was service in restaurants is average and reservations are hard to get. Exception was esmeranda at the steakhouse.

Vanesa #1
My girlfriend and I came here on vacation and we had an amazing time with the entertainment team — especially Vanesa, the best of them all! She was attentive, energetic, and always invited us to join all the activities, making sure we had lots of fun and great moments. If you come, make sure to ask for her!
