Outstanding hotel. The rooms are large, with great accessories: great beds, great showers, great balconies, coffee machines, full refrigerators, TV, jacuzzis, and more. The resort has four nice pools with various target audiences, kids, party goers, beach side, or quiet. The beach is very nice and relatively expansive. The food is great with a large buffet, and smaller themed restaurants, Mexican, Italian, steak, and more. Service is outstanding. Definitely recommend.

Ocean Riviera Paradise - Best Butler is Antonio Martinez!
I've stayed at Ocean Rivera Paradise at least 10 times as well as the other H10 resorts in the Riviera Maya. Ocean Riviera Paradise is my favorite for a number of reasons but the main reason is that we go "Privilege" and we get a butler. Our very first time staying there, we had Antonio Martinez. He absolutely made our vacation special and we have requested him every time since. He always remembers the simple special requests that we have. As an example, my wife likes an extra blanket. Every time we check in and get our room, there is an extra blanket on the bed waiting for us. He checks in with us regularly during our stays and always makes sure we have what we need. Reservations for all our dinners are always scheduled for us and all kinds of little things that we appreciate very much. Honestly, Antonio is the main reason we always return to this resort versus staying at one of the others that are close by.

An amazing resort
A first class resort for our son’s wedding. From the overall beauty, the staff and the impeccable care we got from Antonio words can not truly express how pleased we are. Antonio is not only extremely personable but does not hesitate to “get things done”….an amazing person!

Currently still here at the resorts. Not the best and certainly not a 5*. 3* yes. The rooms have a lot of condensation and need a humidifier. The bed and clothes are damp. The butler service is very weak as much as privilege. You do not need privilege so do not purchase it. No extras involved. I made a reservation as advised by your staff, who confirmed that there was availability and assured me that my booking was secured. However, I have now been informed that there is no longer any availability for me to dine at the agreed time. This is both frustrating and inconvenient, especially as the booking was made in good faith based on your confirmation. I had made plans around this reservation and am now left with limited options at short notice. I would appreciate an explanation as to why this has occurred, and I expect a gesture of goodwill to acknowledge the inconvenience caused Daniel N

Good time with my family
The activities with the experices team was great especially with Mauricio he help us with the information about the hotel restaurant activities and shows we go to the monkey walk and we are lucky we can see them and be very close I become this place
