    A place you definitely should visit

    This was our 3rd stay in this wonderful hotel and his team. First time in the new building. We‘ve been a little bit disappointed. Guest rooms are smaller than in the old building. Cheap furniture and already a bit worn. Conclusion: Team 👍, food 👍, cleanliness 👍, location 👍, new rooms 👎 better book a room at the ‚old‘ building

    Great Hotel

    We had a lovely 6 night stay and enjoyed every minute. All, the staff, without exception were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Our room was maintained to a very high standard and the mini bar restocked daily. We enjoyed Elements, particularly breakfast and tried Bluefin for lunch most days. Early evening Tapas at Brisa, watching the sun go down, with Kelsey making the cocktails was a great start to the evening. We were slightly disappointed by Oro on our first visit, extremely slow service (our friends came in after us and had finished 3 courses before we had had our main course) so we were lucky enough to get second reservation which was better. My husband played golf which was organised by the Front Desk. The gym is pretty standard and has everything you may need while you are away. Front Desk staff were very accommodating, booking taxis, providing a late checkout and giving general information. We asked about using the facilities at Sea Breeze but were told they were fully occupied so it wasn't available to us.

    Fantastic resort , staff absolutely AMAZING!

    Great resort, staff go above and beyond. Best overall holiday experience EVER! Thanks to ALL the staff for making our trip so very special. Oro restaurant is amazing, best meal ever!! Elements staff and breakfast and lunch buffet didn't disappoint either. Overall experience exceptional

    Our O2 Experience

    We had a beautiful 1 bedroom ocean front suite, the prime location of the room and view were a real wow factor. The facilities, service, food and cleanliness were outstanding. The pace was peaceful and calm which was what we wanted, going for a reset in May. We understand it gets busy in the summer months which will add a buzz if that’s what you’re looking for. Oro restaurant for fine dining is amazing and worth dressing up for. Attitude and level of service from the staff was great. Only marring factor for us was the sea being a bit too rough for swimming, which was disappointing and probably due to its location rather than being reflected island wide. That being said we went in briefly and still enjoyed spending time relaxing on the beach.

    Pleasant relaxing couples retreat

    We enjoyed an over the top hospitable staff, excellent eating experience, with plenty of amenities and restful accommodations close enough to off site entertainment and variety of island activities offered! The waves on the South side of the island are stronger as at this beach location than those found at walking distance further down the Gap or on the West side of the island.
