Our room was lovely and so clean when we arrived. Issara communicated with us directly about what cleaning we might need, she also made sure to do so at a time that was convenient for us, everyday. She was so kind to us and made us feel entirely welcome. Thank you, Issara! We will be talking about this stay for a very long time!

Outrigger - Home of the world's kindest service workers.
Issara is the most wonderful, welcoming, efficient housekeeper I've had the pleasure of meeting. She was incredibly kind and always helped us to keep our room tidy whether we asked for anything or not. Outrigger is lucky to have her; I personally think she should be rewarded for her incredible personality and astounding work ethic.

Beautiful hotel right on the water
This hotel was beautiful and being right in the beach was wonderful! The staff was very friendly. Our room was very spacious and had a view of the pool and the ocean. The hotel also had cultural activities that you could participate in as well as shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Loved staying here with my family! Nena was housekeeping for our room and she always made sure to accommodate cleaning times around our baby. She even would keep snacks and a toy for our little one! She is the most friendliest and radiant person! Will miss her!! Thank you Nena for your kindness and making our first vacation with our baby feel like home away from home.
