Stayed at Outrigger Reef Waikiki. Had a wonderful experience. The room and accommodations were excellent, Bonnie had much to do with that! I would come back here for sure!

Great place!
Staying at outrigger reef has been very pleasant. The location is perfect and the amenities are nice. Shout out to my housekeeper vivianne (I think that’s how you spell it) for taking care of me and my family when they came to visit. She was professional and always fun to talk to. One thing I only have against the hotel is the lack of ability to wash my own clothes. Please offer a means for me to wash and clean my own clothes

GREAT SERVICE AND COMFORTABLE
I had a very comfortable stay at the Outrigger Reef Hotel. Our host, Ms. Mary, was so friendly and kind. She always made us feel comfortable, greeted us with a smile, and checked on us to see if we needed anything. Her service really stood out.

Perfect time in Waikīkī
Very friendly staff. Room was clean and the view is amazing. Special thanks to Jackie who greeted us warmly every time we left or arrived on our floor (remembering both of our names by sight). Parking is understandably high but still a sticker shock.

Terrible concierge. friends bought 4 tickets to cirq de soleil auna and were grossly overcharged. when brought to the concierge's attention she woud not refund the difference. They were charged twice the price of what was advertised on a placard i the hotel room and also were not informed that there was a bogo deal on the tickets for the dates the tickets were purchased for. Totally unprofesional concierge. Do not use!!
