My family has been staying at this hotel since it was Ohana East. The renovated and revamped atmosphere is Beautiful! Tracy at the front desk was amazing and so helpful! And Lai Hung who was our room attendant was always welcoming and made our stay comfortable and fulfilling. Already planning my next stay. Mahalo Outrigger Waikiki Paradise!

Amazing service at the hotel , I had the best time in Honolulu, the hotel facilities were fantastic and the staff incredible friendly especially Angie at the check in desk our trip wouldn’t be the same without your help and dedication to the customers. We will be coming back soon

the service was immaculate! and the housekeeper i met named deo gave us a very helpful service and hes very professional with his work. he cleaned our room and he left our everything in room neat and very nice especially our bed. im very satisfied with the service this hotel has given us.
