We had such a wonderful stay at the Outrigger Waikīkī Paradise Hotel! The hotel was spotless, and the recent renovations look beautiful — everything felt fresh and modern. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Waikīkī, steps from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff truly made our experience unforgettable. Yeu Wah, our housekeeper, was so warm, friendly, and attentive every day. Jessica and Angie at the front desk were incredibly kind and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile and happy to help. And Shanadan, the pool attendant, was very attentive and helpful — he made our pool days even more relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, the perfect stay

Great Location, Good Employee Suggestion
We love the location of the Hotel. Very clean. Employee Leonora was great & gave us good recommendation to get our Food cravings even if we have to travel far. Kudos to her, we went back to the place twice. Only con we had - we wish the Hotel parking fee will be lower so we can go back. $ 50 plus per nite Hotel parking was way too high.

Waikiki Vacation
My experience at the Outrigger was exceptional. Hotel staff took good care of me and made the experience as smooth as possible. Location in Waikiki is great, close to the beach and many other cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Will definitely be returning!

Home away from home!
It was very comfortable and great pleasure staying at this hotel which was formerly Ohana Waikiki East. The staff, Angie, Cassandra, Jessie and Jenny were very professional, accommodating, super friendly, cheerful with contagious smiles while attending to guests.. After the renovation, the lobby is bright, beautiful and relaxing. The room is clean with nice view from the balcony and well-lit hallway. The housekeeper lady Xi Li was very nice, pleasant and ensure the room is perfectly well kept. Great location, convenient to shops, dining places, few steps to the beach, accessible to buses going to Ala Moana Mall. Before the passing of my husband, he and I used to check-in to this hotel at times twice a year when feasible depending on our vacation. My sincere thanks to Angie who welcome me back like a family (Ohana). Her kindness and warm personality exceeds expectation. Will be back for sure. Excellent service as always!
