Marlon the magician was amazing! A wonderful entertainer, we loved his tricks. We fell in love with all of the staff here. Thank you Angel, Arturo, Dorian, and absolutely everyone else for making our trip special!

Best Honeymoon EVER! :)
My husband and I absolutely loved our four night stay at the Palafitos. This was for our honeymoon and the entire experience was just perfect. Location - unbeatable! Food - the best we've ever had! Beach - we snorkeled every day! Say stingrays, fish, and coral Airport transportation - so easy. We had private limo to and from the airport. Our butler, Janet, was on top of everything! She helped us schedule spa time, coordinated a golf cart for easy shuttling around the property when needed, picked up/dropped off our laundry, and was quick to respond with texting whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Alberto was everywhere! He was so helpful showing us around or just simply greeting us so kindly whenever he saw us. He made the move-in and move-out process so easy. The Palafitos restaurant is simply the most amazing service and food we've every had. Our waiter always had the best recommendations, and it seemed every dish was made to perfection. So so so delicious. We basically ate here every meal because of how easy it was to be seated (no reservation needed) and how delicious the food was. We did a photo shoot with Manuel, and we ADORE the pictures! What a wonderful job he did. He had the whole thing down where we hit a couple spots and poses, and the pictures are just incredible. We went to Maroma activities and did jet ski (twice!) and ATV. The activities are so close and so easy to coordinate with Lomas. We had a BLAST! There's a brunch spot afterword that was just so delicious, that we basically stayed two more hours just to eat and drink. So good! The Palafitos were perfect for our honeymoon because it was so private, so quiet, so beautiful, and everything is taken care of! I highly recommend to everyone to look no further for a honeymoon spot. We will definitely be back - thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great experience - kayak tour
My fiancé and I had a great experience with the team here! Aquafit with Oswaldo was really fun/high energy and Mauricio brought us on an amazing kayak tour to the nearby cenote where we saw so many fish! The DJ always plays great music too! All the staff are so attentive and kind, we really recommend this resort!

THE BEAT HONEYMOON EXPERIENCE
From the welcome to the send off it was nothing short of amazing! Every detail Made such an impact. We were here to celebrate our honeymoon and man were happy this is where landed. Going back home to Texas, we feel like we need Alberto for his great transportation and comedic personality. He’s called us by name since he picked us up on Day 1 and the same on Day 7. Our 24/7 butlers for our overwater Bungalow at the Palafitos was amazing!!! Liz and Fernanda definitely were 10 steps ahead of us and took care of every need and desire. We can’t to return and see “our family” here at the Palafitos!

Absolute Paradise with excellent staff
What an amazing place, people and location! The el dorado Maroma is amazing! Beach is like no other and so clean, food is great with lots of variety, bars are well stocked and staffed well (Alfredo and Betsabe are stars in the beach bar). In the Papitos restaurant, Carlos and Arturo are amazing! So welcoming and very funny double act always providing excellent service, thanks guys! Also the entertainment team are amazing and make you feel part of everything, star of the show is Mauricio, he is so customer focussed and professional but one of the most friendliest guys you could wish to meet - made us feel so welcome. Jerik always has a smile for you and again so friendly along with Marco. Room was great, lots of space and very clean, well stocked every day. Will definitely be back so thank you Maroma for a Devine vacation!
