    Family vacation

    Great service everyone was super attentive. The property was beautiful and the room upgrade was totally worth it!! Our kids enjoyed having their own personal pool!! The water park was a great surprise which they loved as well. My only wish was that the beach was closer and that there was less algae. Both which are out of our control. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Fantastic Stay Celebrating 🎉🎈

    Me and the wife have just returned from a day nine stay at Paradisus GC. We were there celebrating our birthdays and ten year wedding anniversary. The hotel was stunning, the bar staff and waiters very attentive, hard working and service with a smile. Special mention to the pool waiters who walked miles every day getting us drinks, Leonardo (English) and Fransico. In the restaurants, Kendal is an absolute legend, such a friendly chap. In the ala carte Samuel and Domingo were outstanding, again making us feel very welcome. We frequented the onsite resteraunts most days, the steak house and beach resteraunts the jewel in the crown. The pool is very warm and the beach is worth a visit. Rooms very luxurious, cleaned daily and mini bar and snacks replenished and daily. The negatives, the hotel tries to upsell at every occasion, this can be annoying. Also as the hotel wasn't at full capacity not all resteraunts were open all the time, which felt we didn't get the full experience but was offset by the excellent service we received. Whilst not directly related to the hotel, special mention to fellow guests, who all made us feel very welcome and would chat. We met folks from USA, Cuba, Canada, Puerto Rica, Switzerland and the UK. All in all, we've had a great time at a fantastic resort. It truly has been idyllic. We left feeling like we'd be there 9 weeks not 9 days such was the warm welcome we had. We don't say this very often but well definitely be back one day (as we like variety).

    Beautiful facility but horrible customer service & unsanitary & disgusting restaurants

    Newer facility & gorgeous suites. Unfortunately, we will never be back for the horrible sanitary food conditions. Any decent health department would shut this place down. The ultimate dilemma is that the staff don’t really care and see that as their normal day to day business

    Horrible customer service

    I have never left a bad review before, but this experience deserves it. It was the worst customer service we have ever experienced and we are pretty easy going. Overall the hotel was ok - pools were nice, food was pretty bad, kids had fun, rooms were spacious. It was a decent distance to the beach (15 min walk) and while they did offer shuttles, at times it was busy and you had to wait for the next shuttle which added time. Definitely not a walk out to the beach type of place. It's marketed as a 5 star family friendly all inclusive, but this was not the case. Everything was a constant upsell with misinformation. It let to a lot of time wasted, frustrations and extra out of pocket costs. Incorrect times for water park availability, unless you pay more. Kids crafts, unless you pay more. Coupons and resort credits, that actually couldn't be applied for what we WERE TOLD we could use them for. And then our credit cards were charged and they refused to refund, even though they acknowledged we were not given the correct info. It was the oddest and worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. Additionally, our first room had a huge leak and no AC or power in the bedroom. It's unfortunate to need to move, but it can happen. However, they were extremely unhelpful and unapologetic when we tried to move rooms. We were basically a number and just had to keep checking back for another room. We were really looking forward to to this and overall it left a totally sour taste in our mouth. I know each experience can be unique, but there was a lot of poor communication and lack of care or customer service on many levels. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. There are many other better run places.

    • In the designated communal areas and outdoor spaces of the hotel dogs must always be on a leash. 
    • Dogs will enjoy services from the moment they set paw in reception, where we will welcome them with a bowl of fresh water and a surprise welcome gift.
