The hotel is beautiful. Patry, our concierge was so friendly and helpful. The kids had a blast. It is a perfect mix of relaxation and fun.

A great family location
We had a wonderful vacation with our family of 20 ages 3-78. The kids loved the water park and the pool was fantastic. We liked the make to order eggs and fresh pastries and fruit at breakfast. If you bring your own insulated cup, the bars will pour the drinks in them so they stay cold.

Disastrous Experience at Paradisus Grand Cana – A Complete Letdown Our family’s stay at Paradisus Grand Cana was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others about the abysmal service and utter lack of accommodation we experienced. We booked seven rooms for a large family getaway, expecting a luxurious and seamless vacation at this supposedly high-end resort. Instead, we were met with frustration, disrespect, and a level of incompetence that made us regret every penny spent. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attitude was dismissive at best. The service felt like we were an inconvenience, as if our presence was a burden rather than a reason for their employment. Smiles were nonexistent, and basic requests were met with sighs or outright ignored. This set the tone for the entire trip, but the real issue was the dining experience—or lack thereof. The resort’s reservation system for dinner is an absolute farce. Despite booking months in advance and confirming our group’s needs, we were repeatedly told there were no available reservations for our family to dine together. How a resort of this caliber can’t accommodate a group that booked seven rooms is beyond comprehension. Their excuse? A vague “reservation process” issue that they refused to explain or resolve. We were forced to split up, scramble for last-minute openings, or, on some nights, go without dinner entirely. For a family vacation meant to bring us together, this was infuriating and unacceptable. When we did manage to eat, the service was deplorable. Waitstaff acted as though serving us was a chore, with slow service, incorrect orders, and a complete lack of warmth or professionalism. Plates were practically tossed onto the table, and requests for basic items like water or utensils were met with eye-rolls. It’s as if the staff were trained to make guests feel like an annoyance rather than valued customers. The management was equally unhelpful, offering empty apologies and no solutions. For a resort that markets itself as a premium all-inclusive destination, Paradisus Grand Cana failed spectacularly at delivering even the basics. Our family spent thousands of dollars for what was supposed to be a memorable vacation, only to be treated with indifference and incompetence. WE ARE HERE FOR TWO MORE DAYS AND CANT WAIT TO LEAVE! Save your money and your sanity—avoid Paradisus Grand Cana at all costs. There are countless other resorts that actually value their guests and deliver on their promises. This place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

Great place
The resort was beautiful the water park was a great place to keep the kids happy and the kids club staff was very kind and helpful with a lift of kids activities. The place made our family vacation very easy and we made great memories. Thank you .
