Rooms were clean and spacious; beds were comfortable. Staff everywhere were amazing. A special shout out to… Barbara, the hostess at the Sante restaurant, was very friendly and made us feel special; our server, Jesus, was very attentive during our breakfast meal. Roxana, at the Agua Marina poured us delightful cocktails, as well as Javier (our personal favorite) made our swim up BAR experience over the top! Everyone always has a smile on their face, we feel very welcomed!! Would definately come back.

Amazing food and Service
Just got back from Paradisus and WOW!!! I cannot wait to go back. Everything was amazing but what really impressed me was the hospitality and top notch service by the warm and kind staff. They remember your name, drink and food preferences after meeting you only once. Anthony ‘Tony’ at Sante restaurant was especially amazing along with bartender Ricardo and server Roberto at Tokimeku. Thank you for making my birthday trip one of the best yet!!

Girls trip!
Took a girls trip with my mom and sister and had a wonderful time! Staff is very helpful and supportive, including our concierge Juventino, all of our servers and the spa staff. The resort is beautiful, food and drinks are incredible. The fitness center is small but nice, got hot when busy due to them replacing the split AC system. Overall a wonderful trip - we’ll be back!

Omar at the Sante restaurant was amazing! The food, drinks and “liquid dessert” was amazing! Omar was so friendly, and great with recommendations. Highly recommend !!

Excellent expeience
I had a fantastic time here with my wife Went for the reserve upgrade and was worth it. Sante was the best restaurant on the resort and our waiter Anthony was fantastic and very attentive wouldn’t let a glass go unfilled. Activity wise there was always something happening, special shoutout the activity coordinators Adriana and Jesus. Jesus was always going the extra mile especially his water exercise classes. Also the wine tasting with Jorge the sommelier on the staff was excellent, he was upset knowledgeable and had such passion for wines. We did uber to San Jose and San Lucas for site seeing was safe and all uber drivers had 1000s of ratings. Pick up was just outside the gates in the roundabout. All staff including Carlos our concierge was very attentive and welcoming. One knock on the place was the Mexican restaurant we had in the first night at the restore was slightly disappointing, the main course was meh and the desert I had was cornbread which was cold. But could have picked the wrong dishes.
