  Already planning our 3rd visit!!

  We were here for our honeymoon 3 yrs ago, and bc of the property and LARGELY bc of our concierge Roberto G - we just left for the 2nd time w a friend couple. Again, our stay did NOT disappoint!! We upgraded to The Reserve again and had a beautiful swimup suite. The only thing lacking in the rooms was adequate lighting/setup for the girlies to do hair/makeup…Very minor issue compared to all the other perks of our stay! The property is beautiful and serene. The restaurants are good…I may have had the best ribeye of my life at Sals! The Reserve restaurant Sante was exceptional too…especially bfast! Just be mindful to order house wine by the glass in restaurants vs a bottle for the table, else you may not realize the cost of that bottle will be billed to your room! Special shout out to Wendy & Irving at the main pool bar…They had great suggestions and made excellent drinks! Pool concierge Carlos was fantastic and made sure we were set up every day. And certainly Servando…We would catch him by the pool…So kind, personable and helpful w whatever we needed! He was SUCH a pleasure! We would seek out bartender Roberto usually in the Reserve Lounge or Ginger bar - He was phenomenal!! Took great pride in crafting cocktails and his efforts were notable!! Guadelupe is a pool server, who is a ray of sunshine all by herself!! Ivonne w Pacific Tours was soooo helpful in helping us choose and book the most fun sunset dinner cruise I’ve ever been on! But again the star of our entire stay was our concierge Roberto G!!!! He made certain everything about our vacation was top notch!! From making/changing dinner reservations, finding us needed contacts, ensuring our rooms were beside our friends, special treats for both our anniversaries, checking in on us at least a couple times a day in between me bugging him for something specific, answering my dozens of questions/requests - even when he was off property!! Roberto was definitely the top perk of the property that ALWAYS went above and beyond! He may have been the best perk I was most depressed to leave behind!! We’ll definitely be back a 3rd time!! Thank you for such a special vacation!!!

  Think twice

  We recently stayed at Paradisus Los Cabos for five days as a family group occupying five rooms, spending around $20,000 in total. Normally I wouldn’t mention cost, but in this case, the price is relevant to the level of service and experience we received — which unfortunately did not meet expectations. We booked swim-up rooms in the Reserve section, assuming this would come with elevated service and amenities. However, we were surprised to find that there were no cabanas at our Reserve pool, which had been available the week prior. We were told they had been removed due to a wedding, which was frustrating considering the premium we paid. In addition, there was no dinner service at the Reserve, and on some days, even breakfast and lunch were not offered, with little communication provided. We were offered one complimentary dinner at the steakhouse, but even there, we were upsold on basics like bottled water — which was not included. This seemed excessive and unnecessary, especially for an all-inclusive resort at this price point. The poolside service was subpar, and many staff members seemed disengaged or unhappy, which definitely affected the overall experience. Entertainment was also noticeably lacking — for a resort of this size and caliber, we expected nightly shows or activities, but there was very little offered. On the positive side, the grounds are well-kept and beautiful, and our rooms were consistently clean. The food was okay for an all-inclusive, but the restaurant hours were inconsistent — with some venues closed randomly or operating during very limited time windows. Overall, while Paradisus Los Cabos has potential and a beautiful setting, the lack of entertainment, inconsistent service, and poor value for the price left us disappointed. For the amount spent, we expected a much more seamless and enjoyable experience.

  Birthday celebration

  Sitting by the reserve pool right now watching the beautiful water. The service by Francisco has been top notch. He comes by often without being intrusive and knows exactly what we need and want. This hotel is lucky to have him as he has made our experience so much better. Thank you Francisco

  Beautiful Resort

  My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Paradisus Resort. We came for my 50th birthday. From arrival to departure we felt special. The hotel was beautiful, clean and well manicured. Our view was amazing and the housekeeping staff was remarkable. There were plenty of options for dining so we were never tired of eating the same food. The beach was our favorite spot. Beautiful views from every direction. Our concierge Juventino was at our disposal whenever we needed him. We opted for the reserve package which was a definite must and well worth it.

  BEST PLACE EVER!!🩷

  best place ever!! amazing customer service, nicest people and the most beautiful resort! cannot recommend enough. AMAZING FOOD, staff will go above and beyond to help and accommodate you. The grounds are breathtaking. Pictures do NOT do this place justice, it is even more beautiful in real life! The beach is amazing and has cabanas set up along the shore that everyone can use. the team is amazing and the level of service provided is truly luxury! My friend and I were lucky enough to meet Salvando, Jesus, Manuel, Antonio and Lupita. They made us feel so welcomed and cared for! 1000000% worth EVERY penny and my friend and I will be back!! ❤️❤️
