We had a great trip at Paradises. Everyone was really nice. Servando. Was one of the pool guys that helps reserve cabanas. He was happy everyday and always checked on us multiple times during the day. He is a great asset. As well, we had Juliet for a concierge and she was so good. She was helpful and always available the questions. She went above and beyond all week for us. We really appreciated it. We were celebrating anniversary for one couple and a birthday for another couple everyone made it fantastic!

Paradisius Reserve Sante Restaurant
Outstanding brakefast experience. Breathtaking ocean view. Fabulous food. Marvelous atmosphere, including live violin music. Superb customer service from our waiter, Rene. And smashingly tasty Espresso Martinis. Mucha gracias toto el mundo.

Girls Trip!!
Our stay there was amazing! We all had a great time! The food at every restaurant that we went to was amazing! Loved the stake house! Loved the tuna tostada - it was our favorite! Jesus the activity coordinator is the absolute best and a total sweetheart! Cannot wait to stay again!

This hotel location is gorgeous from the rooms, to beautiful pools, and the numerous choices of places to eat. The staff were incredible and extremely attentive. They always went above and beyond to make our stay memorable especially with our Concierge (Roberto) and the pool wait staff. The only reason I would not give Excellent was the food and the spa. For the food we had some excellent meals at the Asian fusion restaurant, the pool, Mexican restaurant, and room service. Unfortunately there was some not so great meals but could have been because we dined later in the evening. The spa team was awesome and the massages next level. Unfortunately we did not know the spa facilities were under renovations so we missed the "spa experience" but still paid spa prices.
