A Must Stay Destination!
This was our third time visiting and it was amazing! Food and drinks were delicious. The staff were all friendly, helpful and very professional. Elisa was especially helpful to us at Agua Marina and Malva. The night life was so much fun because they always have live music and activities. Would highly recommend!

Cabo Bestie Trip
The staff, service and overall atmosphere was incredible! Highly recommend! Anjel catered to our every need on the beach, Freddy and Moises welcomed us and took care of our baggage needs arriving and departing. Ricardo and Sergio at Sante gave us spectacular dinner service and the Flaming Mexican Coffee after drinks!

Would have been 4 star rating if the food would have been better & warm!
Paradisus Los Cabos Stay: December 26, 2025 – January 2, 2026 Rating: 3.5/5 Paradisus Los Cabos is a beautiful resort with exceptionally clean rooms, spotless grounds, and consistently well‑kept facilities. Housekeeping was one of the highlights of our stay—Angelica did an outstanding job each day, including nightly turndown. Many staff members were warm and welcoming, especially Serviando, Jesus, and Cesar, and the Director of Activities, Vanesse, was very kind. Concierge support from Diego was excellent and truly stood out. The property itself has a lot to appreciate. There were always plenty of comfortable pool chairs with clean cushions, and the grounds were meticulously maintained. The mini‑bar was surprisingly generous, stocked with cold beer, water, sodas, M&M’s, nuts, chips, and cookies. Wi‑Fi worked throughout the entire property without interruption, the rooms all have balconies, and free 24‑hour room service was a major plus. The coffee shop and ice cream counter had great hours, and the location is convenient—about 30 minutes from the airport and easy to reach both downtown Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. Uber worked smoothly the entire trip. That said, a number of issues kept this from being a top‑tier experience. At check‑in, we were told by Jared that dinner reservations were not required. This turned out to be incorrect, and every restaurant asked for reservations. When we returned to clarify, the response from Maria Jose at the front desk was dismissive and unhelpful. We also had a disappointing interaction with a staff member named Miguel, who approached us claiming to be our “assistant” for the week. After taking a tip and assuring us he had secured our New Year’s Eve dinner reservation, we later learned he never made it. Instead, he repeatedly pressured us to attend a time‑share presentation despite our clear refusals. He ignored our messages and did not assist us with anything beyond pushing the presentation. Dining was mixed. Breakfast—buffet or ordered—was rarely hot, and some of the breakfast staff were noticeably unfriendly, especially Miguel. At the Asian restaurant, our server Christian seemed disengaged with us while chatting extensively with another table. Many staff members struggled with English, which made communication challenging at times. The best meal by far was at Santos, the Mediterranean restaurant, where the filet was excellent. The resort hosted BBQ events on the pool deck and beach, but they ran out of shrimp and lobster on two occasions, upsetting many guests. The pool area, though clean and comfortable, felt quite dull. Only one daily activity was offered, such as trivia or bingo, and bingo had limited cards and no prizes. Simple additions like corn hole would have made a big difference. Water aerobics led by Cesar or Jesus was consistently good, and the New Year’s Day foam party was fun. Unfortunately, the pool itself was extremely cold and not heated, making activities like volleyball unenjoyable. The ocean was warmer than the pool. Overall, Paradisus Los Cabos has a lot of strong qualities—cleanliness, beautiful grounds, friendly staff members, and a great layout. But communication issues, inconsistent dining, lackluster activities, and a very cold pool held the experience back. With improvements in these areas, this resort could easily deliver a stronger and more consistent guest experience.
