Our concierge coordinator, Jendry Acosta, was the best part of this trip! He consistently went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. The staff were fantastic, and the facilities were immaculate. I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking to get away and disconnect from the busy day-to-day work life!

A piece of paradise in Paradisus
We were welcomed to this resort as family members and treated us very well. We spent 3 days at this resort after starting our honeymoon in Melia hotel which we felt needed quite a few improvements. Once we were moved into Paradisus Palma Real we noticed almost instantly the level of care the staff treat you with. José Acosta was our Concierge who was amazing. Thank you for making our Honeymoon one to remember with you attentive care always ensuring we had everything we needed. We look forward to returning soon.

Nightmare honeymoon at Amelia hotel turned into a dream honeymoon when they invited us to join the club and moved us to Palma Real hotel as we were very unsatisfied. A shame that we only experienced a dream honeymoon only for the last 3 days of our stay

Excellent resort
Everything about the Resort to me was excellent, The minute my wife and I stepped off of the golf cart and saw the view overlooking the main pool and the beach, We knew that was the spot to be.
