The "restaurants" will always be booked. It is a scam. The customer service at CORPORATE is horrible. Worst company ever. I was repeatedly teased and made fun or by these inappropriate horrible people.

My stay at Paradisus Palma Real was fantastic. While the overall staff was very polite , courteous and helpful, it was my concierge Basilio who made my stay magnificent. From help with my check in to dinner arrangements, to checking out he made sure everything was perfect. He was extraordinary. If you stay at Palma Real ask for Basilio.

Mascalzones Restaurant at the Palma Real. The service was fantastic, our waiter Alexander was great with meeting all of my dietary restrictions. The portions were perfect, and the food was delicious. The drinks were great. I got an Aperol Spritz and it tasted just like the ones I had in Italy. The deserts were stunning and very delicious. 10/10 would recommend the Italian restaurant at the Palma Real.

My stay was magnificent! Basilo who is part of the concierge staff made my stay everything I could dream. It was my 1st trip to Punta Cuna and the resort! I had s great time. Definitely take the ATV tour! My room was beautiful, Room service was excellent

I would say that the ONLY positive experience we had was a gentleman by the name of Martin who worked at the reserve section pool and private beach. He made us feel heard and looked after us every single day. This was the highlight of our trip. This man deserves to be management as his customer service and attention to detail was amazing not to mention he never stopped, he was always working and always with a kind gesture or smile on his face. All else was terrible including the concierge in the reserve section that did absolutely nothing to help us with anything that pertained to our trip. Even after we advised him that my mother in law was allergic to the feather pillows he still did NOTHING to help us. I don't normally write reviews but considering we paid ALOT for this trip we were very disappointed. This was my husbands first time in DR and he really doesn't want to go back and its too bad because I have been to many other resorts in the DR far less expensive that had much better service.
