Dec 25, 2025So far an awful experience- it can only get better from here I guess.
We arrived this afternoon and so far this has been an awful experience. We have three adults in one room which sleeps four- four private. We were given a king bed and literally an ottoman. This is NOT a sofa bed. It doesn’t unfold and even at 5’3” I can’t lie flat on it. The bar fridge had one soda and one beer and no snacks. Only two towels for a room that sleeps four. We were told there were no other rooms available and they would bring a rollaway bed and towels. Four requests to housekeeping and front desk and still no bed. When it finally arrived, only sheets were provided. No pillow. Had to make numerous requests for towels until finally another towel was delivered. I know other people have mentioned a butler and a beach bag and other amenities. We definitely were not given any of these- not even robes and only two clothes hangers in a room! So disappointing. We were happy to pay to upgrade to The Reserve but this was not available. So far it’s been a miserable day but the good part is that it can only get better from here!

Our consigliere Emmanuel Villa made our trip great, planned and relaxing. Helped to book restaurants, find resources and help a fix needed in the room. Dinners were great, Mila, Flora, Blue Agave was great. Breakfast and Lunch wasnt that good as food was not very good. Fresh stations were ok tho.

It was a joyfully relaxing stay. There is a lot of support and plenty of things to do. We had fun participating in the daily activities and visiting the pool.

Excellent Hotel; Highly recommend for family
It was a great hotel with a very good beach. Rooms were updated and spacious and clean. We had a suite for four people that was attached to a room for 3 people. Abigail at the concierge was very good and helpful to us. We ate at the Asian, Steak, and Italian restaurants. All three were very good. Also, the buffet was very good as far as all inclusive resorts go. Beach side drink service was good and they had very nice kids club staff and activities. The music at night was also very good. The best show was the 70's / 80's show. The singer was so good. At the buffet, Frank Feliz, Yafeisy Soler, and Yorgeliys were so kind and helpful. They took good care of my elderly parents. Rosemeri and Uklei at the Asian restaurant were also very good servers and provided good food ideas. Cocktails were great and were not watered down. They even had sake at the Asian restaurant. The Rafael Nadal Tennis Club is next door, if we had know we would've brought our tennis rackets! The courts were reasonably priced as well at $30/hr. We also used the spa services for a deep tissue massage, which was great. A few wishes: for pool and beach side food service, bathrooms at the beach and pool could be upgraded, a hot tub, more treadmills at the gym, and softer pillows.
