Best Resort, fun time
The location is great, great beach and close to the airport. The service from beginning to the end was excellent. The entertainment team is fantastic, Alfredo and Dana are amazing. They will have you dancing from morning till night. I would Definitely recommend this resort.

We have just returned from an eight night stay at this resort. Positives: All the staff were fantastic! Especially our allocated concierge Alam, who went above and beyond to help us with all our needs and was always at hand with a big, friendly smile. He was very professional and deserves a 5-star review! Not forgetting Juan (guest experience manager) who quickly and professionally dealt with our room issue. Also, the pool activity crew, who ran the aqua fit classes and Nagia who ran pilates, all lovely activities to get involved with. Lastly, the SPA treatments and staff were all great and would highly recommend the hot pouches massage, pure delight! Negatives: We had paid for a ocean room, and were given a view of the restaurant roof, with a obscured view of the sea. Not worth the additional cost! Also, all the adults only zones were only available to use by *The Reserve Guests* ... This should be made aware CLEARLY upon booking. Luckily we were able to change our reservation, however it took a room change and 2 days to organise which ate into our holiday. TOP TIPS: Book the Reserve if you are expecting an adult only experience. Do not waste money on Ocean view! Go and see a sunrise on the beach, worth every minute!!!
