Jeffrey and Angelo took such great care of us… what a great team. They are so amazing! They made sure all of us had everything we needed at the pool and at the beach every day. Paradisus are so lucky to have them as part of their staff. Our kids had so much fun!

Amazing stay
A truly perfect stay at this incredible hotel. Everything was flawless — the room was perfect, there were numerous high-quality restaurants to choose from, plenty of pools, activities, and more. The staff were exceptionally attentive. We were accompanied throughout our stay by our concierge, Christopher. A special mention to Christopher, who was simply outstanding. He assisted us throughout the entire stay, always there to answer our requests — such a kind, thoughtful, and attentive person. A big thank you!

Our special place...so much so we went twice first in February/March 2025 and again in November 2025
It was a great trip and we look forward to returning. We were there two weeks and it flew by. We, my husband, Frank Rodjius and myself truly believe our trip was so remarkable because of the staff attentiveness to us. I would be remiss if I didn't point out how great our Concierge, Jose Acosta. Jose was so attentive to us and made our trip extra special. Thank you looking forward to our next visit.

I truly enjoyed the care and attention offered by the hotel. The service at every meal was excellent.
Paradisus is a truly luxurious resort, and I’m having an incredible time here with my family. The meals have been delicious, prepared with great quality and variety. After enjoying the food, the entertainment has been another highlight of our stay. I want to give special recognition to the animation team, especially Fernando Chispas. From the moment he starts dancing, his energy is contagious and incredibly uplifting. Jairo is also fantastic, but Fernando Chispas takes the experience to another level. He brings excitement, warmth, and fun to every activity, and spending time with him has been a blast. This resort truly shines thanks to people like him.”
