That is a family trip, mostly for our kids to have rest and fun. We are here second time and satisfied by KIDSDOM - cause this is the best place for kids. Our kids don’t want to spend time with us because their days filled with fun and activities. Janilda, Lisbeht, Sugeidy, Alexandra, Martha, Charlina, Yesica, Johana - a HUGE THANK YOU from us and our kids!!!

Great resort
We just came back from Paradisus Palma Real and it was a great trip. The resort is beautiful and clean, food was delicious and our concierge Emmanuel was the best. He was so attentive, he made reservations for us for dinner so we didn’t have to worry about that. It was my husband’s birthday and he arranged a cake to be delivered to the restaurant and he decorated the room and got our jacuzzi ready without even asking him to do that. He was so sweet without being overbearing. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful! Highly Recommend.
My husband and I went to Paradisus Palma Real for a week from November 8-15. It couldn't have been better or more beautirful! We stayed in the Reserve with a walk out from our room to the beach. Our butler, Gustavo, was amazing! He did an excellent job making sure everything was perfect for our 40th wedding anniversary. He even left us flowers and champagne in our room! Rafael and Martin took great care of us on the beach. The food was delicious. Truly, this resort is our favorite so far out of our Caribean vacations. Highly recommend!

Seeing Golf in the Name of the Resort kind of expected more Golf activities maybe free lessons or free driving range access or very discounted tee times none of that was mentioned other wise excellent

Nov 23, 2025Excellent service, but food was ok
Overall, I had a fun and enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable, the resort was quiet and relaxing, offered different activities such as yoga, paddle fitness, and workshops. The customer service was beyond excellent and everyone was very helpful, especially Carlos Alberto, who communicated with us every day, gave a great tour and made us feel very welcome. I’ll start with all the pros: We went during off season, so the resort was not too crowded, extremely quiet with few children, wait times were minimal and service staff was excellent. The resort is beautiful and massive, with several pools and direct beach access. There were several things to do, although I had many external excursions planned, I wish i had more time to enjoy resort events. I experienced the paddle fitness class which was so much fun-the instructor was funny and it was a nice group experience. The coffee making taller was another quick but enjoyable experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and met all my needs. All the restaurants and the lobby were located in the central plaza so it was easy to navigate around the resort. Next, the excursions offered were all very fun and transportation was included. Now for the cons: The major issue being the food. There was breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, several gourmet restaurant options but I would rate the quality and taste of the food as less than ideal. The taste of the various meats-chicken, salmon, steak mainly - were very bland. If they wanted to keep food bland its fine, but then they should offer different local condiments for guests who want more flavor. I have had authentic Dominican food and I was disappointed that there wasn’t anything tasty or authentic at the restaurant. Even the salmon lacked something as basic as salt. The restaurants were disappointing as well, there wasn’t any flavor or authenticity and the desserts tasted very cheap. There were only 3 options for ice cream-lemon, vanilla, coconut-and they all tasted the same. The cafe near the lobby had great drink options, but the pastries left on display had bugs flying around and made the food appear less than appealing. The best food I ate was outside the resort at a nearby restaurant, Citrus. Next, the check in process took a little longer than expected, and after they activated my bracelet, it didnt work to open my room. Also, there was live music every single day, but no singer. Only on Friday there was a live band which was the most enjoyable performance. On our final day, we went for breakfast and it was completely packed. The service was understaffed and we had to ask for every thing like utensils, cups for coffee etc.
