Fantastic stay at the Paradisus
We just had the most amazing family vacation at Paradisus playa del Carmen. The family concierge was excellent and our children really loved all the extra touches, special thanks goes to our personal concierge Jorge Hernandez who was outstanding. Also we loved the kids club and all the staff, and I particularly enjoyed the spin classes with Michelle and her colleagues- really excellent! We loved all the restaurants and particularly the family concierge additions and found the service to be exceptional from all staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

A Truly Fabulous Experience at Paradisus!
A big thank you to the entire Paradisus team! You were all absolutely fabulous — friendly, welcoming, and constantly smiling. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, and your hospitality is something we’ll never forget. You did an incredible job looking after our group of more than 15 people! A special thank you goes to Emmanuel from the Family Concierge team — our personal go-to guy who attended to our every need with such patience and care. We also want to give a huge shoutout to everyone who took care of us during mealtimes, including Grisey, Laura, Gracielo, Roberto, Solverio, Rosa, Jesica, and Selina. Your service and smiles made every meal a pleasure, even with the several mosquitoes! :) . A big thank you to Matty and all the chefs at the various restaurants that we dined with who accommodated our meals to suit our various dietary requirements. The food was delicious and so thoroughly enjoyed by all. An epic thank you to Jocelyn and Michelle from the Entertainment & Activities team for keeping us laughing, dancing, and smiling throughout our stay. Finally, a special mention to Gustavo, who taught my 8-year-old son how to scuba dive in the pool — giving him an unforgettable experience that may have sparked a lifelong passion! And thank you to Nikolas for clearly explaining what he could safely do at his age. We’re so grateful to everyone for making our stay truly special. We can’t wait to come back!

Fun, amazing stay at the Reserve.
Everything was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful. We stayed at the reserve. The food was delicious. We had the most wonderful concierge service. Roberto and Adrien greeted us daily with the activities of the day. They set up any tours we would want to go on and set up our dinner reservations nightly. We couldn’t have asked for better service from them, and from any of the staff at the reserve.
