I had dinner at the restaurant here and everything was absolutely amazing. Especially Khushboo made our dinner one to remember forever!!

Amazing experience and over the top service by Mathew, he went above and beyond to be accommodating. The food was amazing , will come back!

The best part of our stay was the housekeeping staff, specially Marie L and Noel on the 4th floor. They did a fantastic job servicing the room and were very accommodating and friendly. We were there with a large group for a wedding and we were all having the same problems with our rooms. The thermostats were hard to understand and get set, you were either freezing or roasting. The rain shower head did not work and the other fixture was a baton hand shower and you held in one hand like a wand. The shower was only covered half way by a glass wall, so when you were using the baton it kept spraying outside the shower and soaking the floor. They give you 2 complimentary bottles of water when you first check in. They set different water bottles around the room and if you use them you will pay a high price. The same thing for the snack basket, soda, and liquor. If you want the bar removed from the room it costs $75. The Ocean 2000 restaurant had good breakfasts but lunch and dinner was not very good. You would do much better staying at The Sun Tower Hotel & Suites right next door. That’s where our group ate our meals. Nice hotel with comparable rooms but far less expensive.

Fantastic resort and location
Had a great trip to Pelican Grand Beach Resort! Located on a great stretch of beach with excellent team members. Special shout out to Peter. he is an excellent Bellman.

Perfect location and beautiful property for an amazing time!
Beautiful beachfront property with clean private beach. The suites are spacious and the service is friendly. The umbrella service included in resort fee means great time on the beach in amazing south Florida weather!!
