  Amazing location!

  Beach- superb sand soft gradual slope beautiful colour snorkelling available small reef down the beach Accommodations- had an ocean view room newly renovated, small refrigerator, great air conditioning, hot shower, bed and pillows great, balcony 2 chairs, table, drying hanger. Stairs up to ocean view rooms but not much of a task. Sports- 2 artificial turf tennis courts excellent.. 6 pickleball courts with lights shade and cold water dispenser amazing! Food- buffet at Topaz was great always a variety something for everyone even on a themed night. Went to Italian restaurant one night was ok nothing special but I’ve never found the restaurants on resorts to be that great. Coffee shop was excellent lady’s so friendly and will make to taste! Pastries and small sandwiches offered as well along with ice cream cups. Beach Party- the work the staff did for this was unbelievable. Great atmosphere music, dancing the food we found just ok but the whole experience made up for it! All staff were exceptional

  We'll Be Back!

  The staff at Pineapple Beach Club Antigua constantly remind us that theirs is the “Most Laid-Back Resort on Antigua” and it’s hard to argue with that. Nothing too fancy here, the all-inclusive, adults-only destination offers up a Caribbean vibe so engaging that my wife and I have returned again and again, this past week being our third visit with plans to head back for a fourth next winter. Tough to resist a place whose employees recognize returning guests by sight and greet them with big smiles and hugs. While other Antiguan resorts may be more luxurious, what you get at Pineapple Beach is value for your buck. Rooms are comfortable; the beach clean, white, and sandy; the evening entertainment engaging; and the schedule of daily activities long enough to keep you busy if just lying in the hammocks of the Serenity Area or working out in the fitness center don’t suffice. Some pros and cons … PROS:  While we’ve tried all their three restaurants, we returned again and again to the Topaz Buffet for almost all our meals, being continuously surprised by the quality and variety of each day’s choices, especially the Caribbean specialties.  Love the little coffee house that seems to be open 24/7 for any kind of high-quality coffee, ice cream, desserts, and sandwiches. Special kudos to baristas Renee and Clementina who somehow always remember which are your favorite drinks.  The guest services (shout out to Anika) and entertainment staffs (headed up by the always-engaging Ann Marie) try their hardest to answer your questions and make your stay the best it can be. CONS:  While many of their 180 rooms were reported to have been upgraded, some could use additional work, particularly the showers that only dribble hot water and the reception on the TV sets whose pictures were blurry and sound muffled. Both need additional work!  The fitness center needs extra attention. Two of the three treadmills were out of order for practically the whole week we were there. But those problems were minor considering what a fabulous 8 days we had in the sunshine while back home the weather was a bone-chilling 10 degrees. Next winter it’s back to Pineapple Beach!

  Fantastic fun time.

  This is a letter that I wrote to the Managing Director of Pineapple Beach: Dear Mr. Ambrose, Myself and my wife, Kristine, wanted to thank you for a wonderful vacation at Pineapple Beach. The number of things we enjoyed are too many to list in this email, but I will try to hit the highlights. First, the overall staff was so accommodating and nice with the service. Many remembered our names and even drink orders during our stay. Nicole from the breakfast buffet and Renee from the coffee shop were just two of the many that treated us so well. We thought the food across the different restaurants was very good and the service was also excellent. When we tipped the staff they were so appreciative --- almost like they did not expect it. But when we were there you employed 2 standouts --- Quan & Roe-Roe which were in charge of entertainment. Simply, these guys were the best. From organizing the volleyball, ping pong tournaments, cornhole, karaoke, and so much more. These guys knew our names and treated us like friends and family --- not guests. We missed them on our last day, and if there is any way we can send money through venmo or something else; we would like to show our appreciation. We had such a great time that someday we will definitely be returning.

  Amazing

  This was our 2nd visit to PBC we came last February and loved it so much we wanted to come back, it was like coming home and we were very welcomed by some of the staff that remembered us from last year. A big shout out to Anne Marie, Nicole, Lizette, Barbara, Anderson and Basheera and not forgetting Jo-anne who makes the most amazing omlette 🥰 All the staff are brilliant 👏 👌 😀 We will be back next year God willing 🙏 Chris and Jen from UK xxxx

  What a GEM!

  What a gem of a place! We stayed nine nights and had the best time. Rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were super comfy. The gardens and grounds of the resort were beautifully kept and well tended. Everywhere seemed to be well maintained. We stayed in a Garden View Room and it was quiet and perfectly located - close to the beach and the restaurants. The resort is quite 'compact' so you never feel you have to walk forever to get anywhere. The food was first class - even the buffet - each night was a different theme - they even served up roast dinner one evening (beef and lamb with Yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes), always beautiful salads - spoilt for choice. The Pelican Grill was good for a snack or lunch time bite to eat - all made fresh to order. The Pineapple Grill restaurant was really good and so was the Italian restaurant. Menus change every couple of days so if you decide on a re-visit either of these the menu would be different. We visited the Outhouse up the hill. The food wasn't amazing but the beautiful location and quirky/ unique place made it worth a visit. The coffee shop with their extensive coffee menu, delicious cakes and pastries and ice-cream became a daily visit (or two!). The people at the bars work hard making sure everyone is served and the cocktails are great. The entertainment in the evening was really good. Again, the entertainment staff work hard to make sure everyone is having a good time. We were there for the street party. The staff work so hard transforming the place and the result was a vibrant well planned out eating and partying experience. We would have loved to have experienced the Beach party but our holiday dates didn't coincide with it. The beach party is weather permitting so not always guaranteed. We used Marvin on the beach to go out on an island tour- it was great - and cheaper than the hotel prices BUT they only take cash (no cards) so if you plan to do some trips and use the 'beach boys' then take a few more dollars with you. We sat on the beach each day. The sea was absolutely beautiful, loved the rafts out in the sea to relax on and apart from the first couple of mornings (when the grounds people worked hard to clear it quickly) there was no seaweed. Clean towels were never an issue and the sunbeds were all new. The beach has plenty of shade - whether it be tables and umbrellas or the palm trees. It did seem busy and my only gripe was the 'beach bed battle' each morning. Very frustrating when you come down to the beach at a very reasonable hour in the morning and find towels strewn everywhere and not a person in sight!! We were very aware that many of the people are regulars at the Pineapple Beach Club and I can see why. I would recommend this resort in a heart beat and I think if I was to return to Antigua - I would choose this resort again. Why try anywhere else when this one seems to tick all the boxes?!
