My experience at Planet Hollywood was the best. Star Glass was definitely worth the upgrade my butlers Edwar and Angel made our stay even more wonderful. I would definitely recommend this for family so much stuff to do and the beach was amazing. I stayed on the adult side and loved it but if you looking for like a party vibe this resort may not be what your looking for. Most of everything on the adult side ended early they do have a foam party and everything else is on the family side, but I will totally come back the customer service was A1 as soon as we pulled up. And if you need excursions booked Will from nexus was amazing help!!!

Star Class Worth the Upgrade
We just returned from Planet Hollywood Adult Scene and have nothing but positive things to say about the resort. Great beach, big pools, and tons of food options. We upgraded to Star Class and our butlers Yomelly and Jerry made our stay extra wonderful- they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including surprising us with room decorations and a cake for the birthday we were celebrating. Our room was always cleaned and well stocked early in the day thanks to our cleaner Maricela. The butler services were totally worth the upgrade - thank you Yomelly and Jerry for making our trip extra great!

Recent stay
Had an excellent experience during my stay at Planet Hollywood. Most of the staff I interacted with were so kind and hospitable. Special shout out to Valeria, she made our stay extra special and memorable. She was so welcoming and made us feel like family. And a big shout out to Nando the life of the party every single night. We all looked forward to the shows and activities as long as he was hosting. Him and Valeria get the party going effortlessly. The resort was beautiful and the food was great too!

Beautiful resort, lots of things to do lots of pools, great food with exceptions of course. Great staff. Resort was almost full capacity so pool loungers were hard to find.Seniors beware lots of walking. Resort could use park benches around the property to rest your knees and hips.

The beach was beautiful white sand. The restaurants were delicious and all the staff were very attentive and friendly.
