Great holiday and big thank you our butlers Javi and Mafer nothing was too much trouble and made a big difference making my 65th birthday more memorable. Hotel is fantastic, service and food very good caters for everyone’s needs, plenty to do and good entertainment they even have a cinema. Would recommend the Japanese and Brazilian restaurants. Rooms and facilities very clean some areas need a little TLC but nothing major to spoil our holiday. Only down side for me personally is mosquitos which always seem to be attracted to me wherever I go and didn’t seem a problem to anyone else. All in all great place great holiday great Staff.

Birthday Celebration
Alejandro Santiago, Marco, Marina, Miquel, Benji, Alexis and all the staff were so nice and fun! Resort was clean, food was great, and the pool and fitness crew were awesome! Great resort, totally recommend staying with them. The spa and beach massages were fabulous, definitely add that to your trip! Thank You PH Cancun!

Waiters said they prefer pesos as tips and bring bug spray as the mosquitos are ridiculous.
We had the most amazing time. My husband and I went for our 10th wedding anniversary we opted for a star class room which came with a butler. Our butlers were Edwar and Angel. They would fantastic as their job. No request was ever unmet. Edwar is a gentle soul who loves his job, Angel was a friendly guy who loved to help. The food, the drinks, the staff, the entertainment were all 1st class. People complained about the rooms being damp, however, each room has a dehumidifier and honestly it was built were mangroves once were so its going to have a couple of issues, however, they didn't ruin the holiday nor did we need to move rooms. The entertainment during the day was fantastic between pool competitions to bands playing, there was something for everyone. Im not one for going back to the same place twice, however, I would 100% go back here and we hope to do so some time again. The waiters are amazing and we're always bringing another drink when they saw the glass nearly empty. Couldn't have asked for better service. Rooms and resorts were exceptionally clean. No issues with noise levels at night. The atmosphere was just fabulous. And the location, right on the beach was just stunning. They have security around the place so its very safe. Great value for money. Even when it was a stormy day there was still plenty to do about the hotel.

Stayed here for 12 days and absolutely enjoyed it. Great amenities and entertainment. Every day there were pool aerobics hosted by edgar and abigail and games and sports by josue. Jeronimo. Angel and edgar.

Incredible Service & Relaxation in Paradise
I had such a wonderful stay at Planet Hollywood Cancún. The resort is beautiful with lots of dining options, but the Buffet food selections could be better if cycled every day, felt like we had the same food options every time. Entertainment was hit and missed they’re fun sometimes, but could be better if more shows are available. The rooms were somewhat spotless, modern, and very comfortable, just need a few upkeeps. The real standout, though, was the service, the staff, servers and waiters, always greater us with a smile ; from my butlers, Chris and Ignacio. They went above and beyond to make my trip special ;helping with reservations, adding thoughtful details, and always checking in with genuine kindness. Their attentiveness truly made my experience unforgettable. Chris the chocolate milk were the bomb. Ignacio personally waited for us and help make sure that we had booked reservations to our restaurant were highly appreciated . Thank you. Antonio from Sutra was amazing his words ”family this is your house” what ever you want is possible", Roger, Marco at Star Class Bar was very helpful giving us drinks on the clock, Antonio at AquaFit very motivational and entertaining. I highly recommend Planet Hollywood and if you’re lucky enough to have Chris and Ignacio as your butlers, you’ll be in excellent hands!
