Aug 02, 2025Feedback on Bed Guard Request and Guest Experience
Despite requesting two bed guards in advance and receiving a clear confirmation by email that they would be prepared, they were not available upon arrival. When I asked at the hotel, I was told there were none left. This was very disappointing, especially since I had been assured in writing. As a result, I was unable to get proper sleep. I hope this issue can be improved for future guests.

If you're on the fence about booking this hotel don't be! The location is fantastic. The staff is wonderful! You're are within distance of everything you could possibly want in the way of shopping and dining experiences.

We want to go back!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Prince Waikiki. The mattress was comfortable and solid in that I or my husband could get up without waking one another. The ocean view was enjoyable. The bathroom was upscale and tasteful with excellent shower pressure. I appreciated the handheld adjustable wand. Our breakfasts were a delight and highlight. Not only was there a wide selection, but the selection was slightly changed each day providing variety. One of the best aspects of the breakfast was a man who I believe was the restaurant manager. He greeted us each day with a smile, took the time to be sure we had our needs met, and visited with us briefly. Even his goodbye each morning was pleasant. A great way to start our day. The one thing I would note, for someone considering staying here, is it is a bit of a walk to get to the heart of Honolulu, around Waikiki, approximately 20 minutes. A walk in this part of Honolulu is nothing to complain about, just to be aware of. Other than this, and that isn't so bad, I give Prince Waikiki 10 out of 10.

Best, Relaxing Stay! 10/10!
Amazing stay at Prince Waikiki! It was our first visit to Hawaii and I am so glad we chose this hotel. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the beaches, one in either direction. I am very happy I did not stay directly on the beach, it was very busy. This hotel was very clean, the staff were all amazing. Housekeeping went above and beyond! The servers and pool staff were all great. I highly recommend a stay here!

Honestly, my favorite part was the bathroom... Lol, but seriously, I loved this place and would 100% stay here again. Every interaction with staff was like talking with a hoaloha! Mahalo!
