Nancy Tex y Maloney have been very attentive and very helpful. They both have gone out of the way to make our trip here very enjoyable and fun.

Nancy, maleny, and raziel were amazing at the breakfast at the snack Rivera.
Nancy and Maleny at the snack Riviera for breakfast were amazing. Amazing service and and they made the breakfasts an excellent experience for us. We also had Raziel too and he was amazing. These staff were friendly, energetic, and overall amazing. Would definitely come back again just to see them!

Nancy Tec y Maleny were amazing! I loved the boom boom shots and the service was amazing!! Highly recommend those two wonderful ladies! They are the kindest souls.

Jul 19, 2025Nice resort but the food has gone downhill over the years
2nd time at Princess, overall good, room is getting a bit dated, buffet felt very lacking compared to my last time here. I like the resort, it's large and nice and well kept but the food needs more attention. The steak house was the worst steak I have ever had, it was literally paper thin like sliced lunch meat. 1st time I stayed (2015) food quality was a 7/10, this last time (2024) 4/10 at best.
