Amazing!!
Enjoyed my time @ the grand Riviera Princess. The staff were very friendly. Plenty of activities so you won’t get bored. At the Snack Riviera, you need to visit Lorenzo & Delfina…very nice people & informative when it came to the motel & surrounding areas. The bars @ the pool were excellent as. Very nice bartenders

10/10 Service from Nancy!
We had Nancy as our server at the snack riviera! 10/10 service. She took care of us every meal, and gave us the great “boom boom” shots. Ask her for them!!!! 100% will come back, and will miss all the energy she gave. Make sure to ask For Nancy when you visit!!

Wonderful service.
Nancy Tex y Maloney have been very attentive and very helpful. They both have gone out of the way to make our trip here very enjoyable and fun.

Nancy, maleny, and raziel were amazing at the breakfast at the snack Rivera.
Nancy and Maleny at the snack Riviera for breakfast were amazing. Amazing service and and they made the breakfasts an excellent experience for us. We also had Raziel too and he was amazing. These staff were friendly, energetic, and overall amazing. Would definitely come back again just to see them!
