    Had a blast - somethings to know

    Went with friends for a wedding and had a blast. Loved the view! Amazing spa and yoga experience! Gorgeous pool with fun swim up bar. No poolside drink service. Adorable RV bar with good mixology drinks. 24/7 room service that had very good food and hot coffee. Plenty of variety in restaurants and all were good. Lacking in entertainment. DJ was on vacation so no karaoke. Easy to pre-book reservations but one of ours was not followed through because I missed a part on the form. I felt they should have told me that or called my room instead of just not booking it. It was supposed to be to be a very special (extra) dinner and I was very disappointed. Rooms are very clean. Very basic. Comfortable beds and nice air conditioning.

    Pueblo Bonito Scams

    These complications have become a massive headache. Simply avoid booking all Pueblo Bonito properties to avoid the significant disappointment and frustration. We were hit with significant mystery charges after concluding our trip. After continuously reaching out to the property and Expedia, I have not received any adequate response to my concerns. I am now reporting the charges as fraud with my credit card company as a last resort. Shame on you Pueblo Bonito. No bueno. Warning to all, avoid the scam sales presentation at all cost!! The discounts mentioned are empty promises and they find a way to tag on extra charges for excursions any way, so you will sit through the scam presentation wasting your precious vacation time for no reason!!!

    A fantastic week in paradise

    We just returned from a fantastic week in this resort. This is a small resort with some 150 rooms, which makes it intimate and cosy. Yet guests have access to the adjacent Rose resort as well as the Sunset beach resort, to which free shuttles are available. It is situated on the beach which is swimmable (rare in Los Cabos). Our one bedroom apartment had magnificent views of the sea and was extremely comfortable. The resort facilities cover anything one needs and are well-kept. Both restaurants and bars provide great food and service and the pool service was also great. What made our stay unforgettable was the excellent staff in Las Palomas restaurant in the resort. Special thanks to the one and only Martin de los Santos, waiters Martin, Gaby, Mayo and Arely. A fantastic bunch! Whilst the buffet restaurant in the Rose resort was below par, we had some great meals in Sunset Beach, notably the Bistro and the Market Place. All in all, a perfect beach holiday!

    Best week in Cabo’s

    We just got back from amazing week! Everything was delicious, all super clean… Let’s say that Ricardo Chora the best bartender!!! Always with the best drinks and attitude! We will definitely coming back thanks to him and all the personal! The only bad thing is the wait for the food at restaurants! But overall super recommended

    This was our second time at Blanco, and our 2nd stay was just as good as the first. When we arrived there was a group of high school graduates that made it a little crowded, but they cleared out the next day. The resort is a little outdated, but is always so clean that I can easily overlook the outdated room.....we were really only in the room to sleep anyway! It was easy to get into each restaurant. Juan and Ivan at the pool were very attentive and kept our drinks filled all day. Palmermo's was our favorite place for breakfast and Ariela was the perfect smiling host and the waiters Reymundo and Alfredo were exceptional. We did go visit Sunset one day but couldn't even get up to the infinity pool because of a private wedding. We love Blanco!
