Jun 13, 2025Exactly the experience we were looking for!
The amenities at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica are outstanding! Every room has a view of the ocean. The wonderful staff and the food are hard to beat, too. the location is extremely quiet and only about 15 minutes from town by shuttle. The only negative is that you need your phone at all times to book reservations on the shuttles and at restaurants, etc. and to even see the restaurant menus via QR code. We really would have liked to have left our phones in the room and completely unplug. We met some wonderful vacationers who have returned year after year which says a lot about the resort. We hope to see the same staff members when we return (Erik the amazing cabana boy, Javier the mixologist, all the butlers and staff in the VIP lounge, all the staff at Siempre, and Ricardo the waiter) to name a few. We highly recommend PBP!

Another Great Time at PBLC
We had a great vacation here again. 4 years straight. Would like to recognize some outstanding service we received from different depts. while there. Bartenders- Clemente, Lionel, Cuper, Carlos took great care of us while Martin was on vacation. Pool Staff- Ivan, Carlos, Leo, Oliver, Gerardo, Martin, Blais, Alfredo, Arturo were always top notch and always made sure we had food and drinks. Security/Lifeguard- Alexei and Emilio were always very nice and courteous helping around the pool and beach. Front Desk- Stephan was great on check in, Arlette and Denesse were always pleasant when we were changing bills or had questions. Restaurants- Jose at Palomas and Alejandro at Cilantros were great to us for our dinners. Bosses- Javiar and Israel were always checking to see if we were doing ok and having a great time, asking how service was. Managers- Emilio the night manager was great to speak with. Armando Garcia and Fernando Pelayo were responsive and gracious when we had questions. As you can tell by this review, we love this place and these people are family to us because they treat us like family welcoming us into their home. We have already made our reservation for next year and look forward to seeing everyone again. Thank you.

Great Pool Time
Miguel helped make our stay exciting and fun! He helped coordinate activities (by the pool/beach), including arranging jet skis for us. He was very attentive and kind, as well as the rest of the staff by the pool. They all worked well as a team to make sure we were always taken care of- Blas, Leo, Arturo, and Juan were awesome.

Pros: Very clean and well kept grounds Maid service was exceptional - shout out to Comaristo Hzayano. We stay at hotels all around the world - she is the BEST! She deserves a raise! The pool wait staff was excellent - shout out to Carlos, Juan, Martin, Auterio We felt perfectly safe as long as stayed at the resorts Wi-Fi at the resort was very good even at the pool The wrist band for all-inclusive works well and is also your room key Restaurants at Bianco and Rose are average at best for Dinner (good for breakfast & Lunch). Try the other sister restaurants. Had dinner at Zen at Sunset - wonderful. Also some nice views at Sunset. Shuttles run on the half hour to Sunset, on the hour from Sunset. Book the shuttle at the Concierge’s desk. Cons Uber and taxi not allowed on site. Hotel shuttle worked great getting from airport, however it didn’t start till 9:30am, early flight so had to take Uber and lug luggage to the street for pickup Room not ready until 3, we arrived at 1:30. Asked if they would text/call us when room was ready, told no - Told to check back at 3:00. People selling goods on beaches are very annoying Forget swimming at the beach - Hugh under tow Pool needs some work with missing tiles Sparrows are a pain, even land on your table while eating in outdoor restaurants.

We absolutely loved Pacifica
We just returned from our 7th visit to Pacifica, and just like our other 6 trips, we absolutely loved it. The grounds are beautiful, the food delicious, the drinks awesome, and the staff absolutely amazing. The butler team of Alan & Isra have provided us with the best service we have ever had, and of course "La Jefa" Amanda is absolutely amazing. Ana at Siempre was a wonderful server at breakfast, and Gonzolo was awesome around the pool. I highly recommend this resort, and we will definitely be back
