    Not recommended

Our stay at this hotel was honestly disappointing. There were long lines and it was always crowded at the restaurant, and the buffet was very poor – it was only available for breakfast. For lunch and dinner, food options were extremely limited and the quality was just average. Even though we had access to use another hotel as well, that one also had a very poor buffet, long lines, and only limited Mexican food with no international options. On check-out day, they removed our wristbands at 11 am and said we could still use the facilities, but they didn’t give us any towels, food, or even a glass of water. We had to wait around 6 hours in the hot and crowded lobby until our transfer arrived. Also, the elevator was out of service for the first two days, so we had to walk up four floors using the stairs. What bothered me most was that everything I read in reviews on different websites about the food and facilities was exaggerated. In my opinion, this hotel is extremely overrated and I definitely do not recommend it .

Diana at concierge went way beyond any expectations we could possibly have had. She did the impossible. I spent days hunting for a skim board for the beach. In a few hours she not only found one. (a needle in a haystack in Mazatlán) but had it delivered to the hotel and brought it out to the beach to us. She helped us organize a tour when ours cancelled last minute. It was one miracle after another. A magician. Diana and all the staff here at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlán are amazing.

    Poor customer Service

I booked Junior Suite Oceanfront 2 queen. The beds were full size. No refrigerator. Customer service was awfull. The bar tender at the bar never smiled. Every time we went to ask for towels at the pool they were always out. We went to have breakfast at Cilantro's after we were seated noone came to serve us or even acknowledge we were there. We got up and left after 10 minutes just sitting there. Did not feel like we were in a resort.
