Unsatisfactory
I’m sitting in the Market after ordering food. The waiter Felix sees us sitting at the table for maybe 45 minutes now and has not asked can he get us anything. However asked the people at the table to the left who were seated after us and also the table to the right. I asked him maybe 20 minutes ago does he cover my table. He said yes and walked away. Poor poor service. Felix needs further training on service delivery.

Will not return.
I stayed at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach with my two young children and, unfortunately, had an extremely disappointing experience that I wouldn’t expect from a resort at this price point. The issues began immediately. Our first room was not fully cleaned — we found a dead cockroach by the fridge and someone else’s false eyelashes on the bathroom counter. I had specifically requested a room on the first floor due to a disability, but the ADA room we were given was difficult to use — everything was too low, including the toilet and sink. I asked to move and was told nothing was available until Monday. We also experienced a serious safety issue — the shower rod fell and hit me and my children on the head multiple times. Despite calling multiple times, no one addressed it until I called late at night extremely upset. Then, a flood impacted the entire building, including our new room (2642). On June 12, we had no access to a working shower, toilet, or sink. We were told water would be fixed by 2 PM. When we returned later that day, brown water gushed from the sinks, and the shower was barely a trickle. We couldn’t use our room for the entire last full day of our stay. I contacted the front desk to request a refund for that day, but was kept on hold for over 20 minutes and met with rudeness. The next morning, I had arranged for luggage assistance at 6:45 AM for an early shuttle. No one showed. I called again — still no help. My children and I had to carry all our bags uphill ourselves. To make matters worse, our account was inexplicably turned off, which made it difficult to order breakfast. By the time the issue was resolved, we had to rush through eating to make our 8 AM pickup. When I brought these concerns up, the front desk offered a room upgrade — as we were checking out. It felt like a meaningless gesture at that point. The only positive notes: the wait staff were consistently kind and the food selection was excellent. Unfortunately, the outdated rooms, poor communication, and complete lack of accountability from the front desk staff ruined the stay. I will never return.

Must Meet Denis Teran
Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach in Cabo is a must visit resort. We enjoyed every second of our stay. Very helpful staff at every turn. A lots of food options. We encountered many servers at the Market Place, all very helpful and kind. Denis Teran stands out with his exceptional service. He made us feel right at home, Denis is one of a kind.

Don’t waste your money!
One of the worst hotels i’ve stayed at. We stayed here for four nights - didn’t have hot water the entire time. The shower was disgusting and had black mildew all over it. Had two cockroaches in our room as well. The hotel is super run down - i’m guessing we got this room/section of the hotel bc we were guests of an owner and didn’t buy the all inclusive plan or take a tour. The beds were so uncomfortable. Super loud and like disneyland. There are only a couple of places to eat that allow children and the food is mediocre at best.
