Amazing!! Best service ever!!!l Angel, Miguel, and Alan gave us the best service at the main pool. They took care of us all day and made sure everyone was up to scale. They are the best and made our vacation unforgettable!

Great Housekeeping!
We escape to Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach every winter, after discovering it in 2012. This year Gabriela took care of keeping our unit clean, tidy, and replacing the used linens. Great job!!

The layout of the resort is unique, but it comes with some logistical challenges, primarily around getting to and from different venues within the resort. For example, there are multiple pools that require golf cart service to get to for guests. The main pool is the biggest pool and is located at the very bottom of the hill. But trying to get back from the main pool is a nightmare because they seemingly only send one cart roughly every 10 minutes or so. So you can imagine the challenge when peeps start wanting to leave the pool, and it being the biggest pool (hence “Main Pool” that the queue will start to grow since there’s only one cart every 10 mins. The fact they haven’t figured this and require guests to wait and then bring this to their attention is a problem itself. Second example is again staff needing to get to and from for things like towel service. The towel service at the sky pool (located at very top) was nonexistent. In fact, the guy working the desk abandoned his post most likely because he didn’t want to deal with angry wet customers who didn’t have basic towel service for pool activities. This is pool operations 101, people: Have towels for your guests, FFS. Overall, don’t be enamored by the architecture and layout of this hotel. It would be great if they had operations to support this type of distributed environment. The fact they struggle with basics should mean a hard pass for those considering staying here.

Do not come to this place. It's a beautiful location but they will rob you and trick you into paying for things that are supposedly "all inclusive". My family and I were charged over $1000 on items we never purchased. The front desk offers no help. If you already have a booking. Do NOT sign for anything without checking it over very closely. They will scam you every day.

Amazing!! 10/10
Ulises was so attentive to us. He knew what we needed what we needed before we asked and helped us have the most relaxing day. He was super quick as well! The food here is amazing. It truly feels like the best getaway!
