    CAUTION!! ONCE ON PROPERTY, YOU ARE STUCK HERE

    When arriving in my Uber, I counted 3 security gates from the main road to the lobby. The drive would take you 3-5 minutes and walking into town is not practical because it would take you at least 45 minutes to walk to the main gate (keep this in mind). When checking out, they will straight out refuse any UBER or private vehicle enter the property to come pick you up and you are basically stuck on property unless you want to use their own taxi service they contact with an approved “Taxi Union” (Taxi Mafia). They claim, and based on prior responses from the general manager that they do not allow UBER on their property because it is “not regulated”.

    PB Sunset Beach- Concierge- Fernando

    We had the pleasure of working with Fernando on the Concierge team during our stay and he was so accommodating and friendly. He was always there to help us and everything was done with a smile on his face. He was very knowledgeable about the resort as well. We hope to see him when we come back!

    Avoid. There are far better places for families in Cabo

    The check in process (even though we checked in ahead of time through the app) took 45 mins. Given we arrived an hour before we could get into our rooms, we decided to go to Le Bistro for lunch. It may have been the worst service and food that we have had in Mexico. 45 mins to get French fries for our starving kiddos, 30 mins to get drinks and 75 mins to get our food. We were the only people in the restaurant. We were placed in building 22 for the executive suite to find out we had a leaky hallway, dim lighting, broken shower and broken hot tub. We immediately asked to change rooms only to discover we had to SHARE the “penthouse” building 28 with another family who we knew and also had a terrible room situation upon arrival. Oh, btw, the bath tub and toilet did not work. We then switched to another building after a terrible nights sleep that resembled what we should have had in the first place. They made me sign something to say I wouldn’t ask to change my room again. Such attitude from the staff. I’m not really one to complain but this place really ruined our vacation with other families. We won’t be coming back here ever again. If you want others reviews, check out yelp. I wish I checked there before booking this place.

    Welcoming and Comfortable!

    The resort is well-maintained and the workers are very hospitable. The cart drivers are very welcoming, especially Alejandro (Driver #38) as well as Elias. Both made our trip much more comfortable and inviting. The service is great and all staff do a great job to make sure you have a good time.

    Peublo Bonito sunset beach and spa

    The resort had amazing service, food, and views. Victor 29 had introduced us to the place and it was amazing! We need more service like Victors! I recommended people to come visit this resort for a perfect vacation. Victor provided us with amazing information, exactly what we needed!
