    If you don’t speak Spanish your an outsider

    If your from another country and speak English you won’t fit in. Staff frown upon English speakers. Very few happy staff members. Safety boxes don’t work, beach is covered in seaweed which stinks, can’t swim without seaweed covering you. Food is not edible

    Don’t waste your money.

    This was by far the worst resort I’ve ever been to. We arrived at the hotel around 5:00 PM and didn’t get a room until 8:30 PM because the previous guests checked out late. When we finally got to our room, the AC wasn’t working, the phone was disconnected and damaged, and there was mold in the bathroom. The room was extremely outdated. We had to walk to the lobby multiple times around 10:30 PM to get the AC issue resolved, and all they kept saying was, “The maintenance guy will check it out give him a 10 minutes.” We didn’t get moved to a new room until the next day, thanks to guest representative Miguel. He genuinely went above and beyond to improve our stay, but there’s only so much he could do. He checked on us every day to ensure we were having a good time. The food and drinks were terrible, the towel station is absurdly far from everything, and the hotel as a whole needs serious maintenance. The entertainment team was okay, but some members, especially the two young girls came across as a bit too pushy and awkward. They also kept repeating the same pool activity: aerobics. I also wish they had played music throughout the day at the pool.Sometimes there was no music at all, or it was playing very low from the pool bar. On a positive note, big shoutout to Emilio at the lobby bar, he was fantastic! and Angel Luis at the pool was great too. Thank you Miguel for everything! You’re the best!

    Unpleasant experience in Punta Cana princes

    Second day we are in resort, still nobody planing to clean the beach.Most of the peoples are in swimming pool area.Management do not care about this issue at all.

    Our stay at Punta Cana Princess All Suites Adults Only was a complete nightmare from beginning to end. We didn’t get into our room until 4:00 PM, well past the advertised 3:00 PM check-in. When we finally entered, the room smelled like mold, the A/C barely worked, and things only got worse from there. We complained to management the first night and were told to sleep in that room for just one night and we’d be moved the following day. We suffered through that miserable night, only to be "upgraded" to a new room with a broken faucet, humid, musty bedding with brown stains, and a disgusting hot tub that looked like it had never been cleaned. The couch was filthy and uninviting, and to top it off, there were mosquitoes constantly coming in through windows that weren’t properly sealed. Talking with other guests, we realized this wasn’t just our experience — many others were facing the same problems. To make matters worse, the entire resort had no working air conditioning during our stay. In the middle of summer, this is unacceptable. Management offered excuse after excuse, lied about the timeline for repairs, and refused to take responsibility. We were repeatedly fed false promises that the issue would be fixed "soon," which never happened. The food was bland, often cold, and most of it was left uncovered so flies could land on it. Housekeeping was inconsistent — at one point, we were even told they had no towels available. The rooms are extremely outdated, with rock-hard beds and minimal comfort. To be fair, most of the staff were friendly, and I did meet two exceptional team members. The entertainment team was very awesome and truly did their best to keep the mood light despite the resort’s issues. However, I also encountered two staff members who were rude and unprofessional, including Merladye at the gift shop and a waitress at the Rio Grande Steakhouse, both of whom clearly do not belong in hospitality. The gardens were well-kept, and the pool was clean, but these small positives don’t make up for the resort’s major failures. The beach was covered in seaweed — not the hotel’s fault, but guests should be informed ahead of time so they can adjust expectations. Bottom line: this is NOT a 5-star resort — maybe a struggling 2-star at best. I would never return and strongly urge others to stay elsewhere. Save your money, time, and vacation by booking a resort that actually values its guests.

    Ok adults resort(nothing special).We are first day here,more comments we can add later on

    Beach is in terrible condition, sea weeds are preventing people to swim, management completely ignores the issue. I am desperate enough to ja e asked for a shovel to clear a space to get into the ocean, that was ignored as well.
