Staff are like family
This was our first overseas holiday with the kids (11 / 8) and we just had the BEST time. Everything that we needed was onsite and there was little for us to do except relax and enjoy each day together!! The staff were amazing at the hotel ... it was their presence around the hotel and daily interactions that was the highlight of our stay. They were all so welcoming, kind, polite, smiley and friendly. By the end of our stay it was like we were saying goodbye to family. A special shout out to: Elijah, Billy, Jimmy, Moses, Amlet, Jese, Kiti and Vale, as well as the beautiful restaurant staff Una, Keresi, Seta, Meraketa and Jacqualin. For those of you travelling or thinking of travelling to Raddison Blu, here are some pros: * not too far from the airport * It was a quite season when we went to it wasn't overcrowded with tourists and noise * It was always clean and tidy * The pool and slide entertained the kids for hours and the adults were able to indulge in a little extra relaxation. * The entertainment crew were on hand to occupy the kids with something each hour of the day * Food options are plentiful and if you crave Mexican, there is a restaurant at an adjoining hotel * Try the fruit punch at the main restaurant!! This was a hit with the kids. * If you can do dinner on the beach, it is an awesome experience. Now for my cons: There was only one ..... Each day the staff gave their everything but not once did I witness management approach any of the staff with a smile or 'pat on the back' to say good job. They walked around the grounds a lot but I didn't see them approach one guest to introduce themselves, say hi and check in to say how their stay or meal was. This kind of personalised service to staff and guests gets noticed.

Everything was just right-from the facilities and food to the overall atmosphere
Amazing Stay, the room was spacious and clean with excellent facilities. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Total Value for the price which we paid. overall, a wonderful experience. very peaceful

We stayed one night before heading to a resort near Suva. It’s very crowded, with lots of families, if that’s what you’re looking for. The beach was small and rocky, so if you want to swim in the ocean this isn’t the place. Lots of pools and good food (we ate breakfast here), as well as friendly, helpful staff.

Stunning Resort, vibes and friendly staff
We stayed 7nights at the Raddison Blu in Fiji and it was outstanding. My husband and kids absolutely loved it. Yes it’s an amazing resort with the recent upgrade they had just done even more stunning but it’s the friendly staff that made all the difference. Every single person we met, not a bad vibe or energy. Always welcoming, always smiling always accommodating. The Fijian spirit. We absolutely loved every single person we met, from the ladies at check-in, to the waiters, housekeeping, pool attendants absolutely everyone. Thank you Raddison Blu and staff for making our first visit to Fiji such a memorable one.
