Very busy hotel, mostly german customers. Its located on the main road so its very noisey. Every day two or three times they empty the glass recycle bins right next to the swiming pool. Hotel is allinculsive but but ony 3 small beers or wine with lunch and dinner. Law of baliaric islands. Other time you have to pay, soft drinks are free as are tea and coffe. Staff are not very friendly, one or two were. we stayed 22-29 Sept 2025. Food was ok but the meat joints were very poor quality. Would not stay there again and would not recomend it to anyone.

Sep 17, 2025The Hotel and Facilities
Staff were very helpful and the cleanliness of the hotel. We needed to change rooms as we wanted a pool view. Reception were very efficient and moved us the next day. This hotel is mostly Germans as is the resort. Excellent food and choices every day. No tea or coffee facilities in room affected morning routine. TUI need to make it plain in details that the drinks all-inclusive is limited. I think due to a lot or young people in the hotel this is why they limited alcohol, but that penalised more responsible adults. Towles in the room need to be upgraded. Bath towels were very small and thin. Beach towels were much better. Overall a good holiday but with some irritating factors.

Holiday Playa de Palma 2025
Hotel good. Comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. The food is great and there is a wide variety of food. The downside is, the hotel caters mainly for Germans. Entertainment limited. It is in a very noisy, rowdy area where it caters 100% for Germans. There was nothing in the TUi information or online about this. If we had known, we wouldn't have booked our holiday to this area.

Hotel Good. Party Area for Germans.
The Hotel itself is comfortable. The rooms are adequate with a nice walk in shower. The food has been lovely good variety every night. The entertainment could be improved. The downside is the area we were not advised when booking this hotel that this a German hotel. The area is mainly for German people. The Beach is over run by German football teams which can be a bit intimidating for family's. I wouldn't recommend this particular area of Majorca for any English customers and also if you want a relaxing holiday this is not the place for you.

This hotel is manly occupied by Germans as is most of the resort The hotel is well placed with short walk to the beach The staff all excellent The food was fantastic always a great selection The room well appointed. Great shower,comfortable beds. The staff always cleaning throughout. Pool area very clean It says all-inclusive. This is not the usual all inclusive with alcohol as there is local laws which stop the hotel supplying endless amount of drinks throughout the day.3 drinks per meal. However, they are allowed to SELL drinks during the day and night, which are of a good standard and reasonably priced. One suggestion is that surely one of the coffee machines by the pool or near reception could be made available for early risers as it is in other Riu resorts
