    We would come back!

    Stayed here for a family vacation as it was recommended to us by a friend, would come back! The service is great and the staff is all kind. Food was 8/10, entertainment was great and the beach and pools were amazing! The only downside is they don't have 24/7 room service and only the bar is open which only has fridge food and some warm tacos. We previously stayed at Moon Palace and it was amazing but the beach wasnt that great!

    BEST HOTEL EVER SHOULD BE 5 STARS!!!!!

    ok this hotel is the best out of all of mexico it is definently worth visiting it has a waterpark a great beach view cool rooms working air conditioners a massive community and the staff are very nice. The food... oh my, it is the best ones. 5 star

    Riu Dunamar 5 Stars!

    Travelled here at the end of May & this is my second time at a Riu and this resort was exceptional! Service was amazing, rooms were cleaned daily and fridges stocked with lots of drink options. Staff were always cleaning and ensuring the resort was tidy. Location was great. Rooms are very clean and modern with everything you would need. Would recommend and will definitely be coming back

    Horrible feeling racial profile

    The sinks clogged up the rooms were very clean. The buffet you have to watch the hostess, also, when it's in between time and they're cleaning up wanted to waiters, he told me.I could not have utensils to eat with so I asked them.How was I supposed to eat with my hands?I didn't have handful and he just looked at me and told the host.The other waitress do not give me uten.Sils horrible horrible feeling

    Will recommend and may come back

    Went and stayed at Riu Dunamar with 2 kids for 7 days. The place is very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. There was not a lot people at the resort when we visited and so we enjoyed the availability of all the amenities. It was not crowded at all. Check-in/checkout was a breeze, absolutely no fuss. Room was always cleaned and made up, and our fridge is toped up every time we ask concierge. Pool chairs and beach chairs are all readily available, tons of shade by the pool, but no umbrellas by the beach. Would be nice if they actually had some umbrellas by the shore. The palm trees do not provide adequate shade from the sun. Pool is clean and there were plenty of space. Beautiful beach, that has a lot of seaweeds in the morning, but it is always being cleaned. Enjoyed that there is a cart that goes around to check if we would like drinks by the pool! Food can get very repetitive and not a lot of variety, but it is not bad. The only issue I had was that I got sick on my 4th day. I was not able to hold anything in my tummy, presumably from something I ate, everything just went out the night of my 4th day. I could not tell if I got if from the bar, the buffet or one of the ala carte. That made the experience a little bit uncomfortable. The ala carte was great, we did not have to make any reservations and we got to try all of them. Steakhouse and the Asian ala carte was our favorite. Entertainment team is great! they work really hard to make sure that great vibes are around the resort! Kudos to them and how they add to the overall experience. They surely made a lot of difference. I loved that there was a sax player right by the lobby bar.
