    Vocation with family

    Overall, the vacation was great. The food, service, and entertainment were all top-notch. I especially enjoyed the evening shows—they added a lot to the experience. The water was amazing this year, which made the stay even better. While it was a bit noisy at night, everything else made up for it. This was my first time staying at this hotel, although I’ve stayed at the neighboring Riu Palace before. I didn’t notice much of a difference between them, even though the other one is considered higher class.

    Good hotel, but bad food and too much noise

    The hotel is very good, the rooms are very big and confortable and the staff are nice. This would be the perfect hotel if the food was not so terrible. When you go to a resort on a place like this where there is nothing around, you expect the food to be good. Well, not at this hotel! The food was always the same, no taste and very processed. We were sick of the food and had no appetite because we knew what we were expecting when going to the buffet. The Asian restaurant was the worst! We got inside, looked at the food and went away because it had terrible aspect, specially the sushi. So, if you would like to go to a resort with good food, this is not the one. However, if you don't mind the food and just want to relax at the beach or swimming pool, I recommend this hotel. Also, there was so much noise at night because of all the drunk people at the corridors. If you enjoy party and stay up late it's ok, but if you have children or want to sleep well with no noise this is not a good hotel.

    Perfect

    Upon arrival staff were amazing friendly and extremely approachable even decorated the room for my sons 11th birthday left him some cakes as well rooms are spotless staff are always available to help with any questions really great hotel
