  Excellent, but with slight reservations.

  Excellent Hotel. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and could not have been more helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and of a fair size. The large TV had all of the major British channels . The bathroom was very large with twin sinks and walk in shower. The restaurant staff were welcoming and the food quality and choice was fantastic. One or two points to note. The clients of this hotel are mainly German. The area that the hotel is in is very busy ,but this does mean excellent bus services . The corridors of the hotel have ceramic tiles on the floor so they are noisy . Noise is transmitted easily between rooms. Our bathroom door was frosted glass. Our special thanks go to Lourdes at reception who gave us exceptional help with her local knowledge .

  Pleasant Stay

  Nice hotel with excellent rooms and half board menu. Poor PC access with LinkedIn blocked for some reason. Techs didn't unblock despite several requests. There is a charge for the passcode safes are that already present in each room. Fridge was noisy so had to unplug it for uninterrupted sleep. One of the two small elevators was out of order for most of our stay.

  First visit to mallorca

  Superb hotel typically high standards expected of rui. Our wedding anniversary so important to get it right, the staff were warm and welcoming very friendly high standards of cleaning good quality food well prepared and served. Only negative the clients who smoke at the entry, out of the control of the staff

  First visit to mallorca and the rui hotel

  It was for our wedding anniversary. So important that it was correct. Warm welcome from the staff, great sélection of food well prepared and served to a high standard. Rooms cleaned every day. Only negative issue is the clients smoking at the entrance and around the pool, needs to be relocated or discurraged.

  Riu Festival

  Hotel was immaculately clean. The staff from initial reception to chambermaids were very attentive and helpful. My wife and I stayed on a half board basis. My wife eats fish but not meat we had excellent food throughout our one week stay and could not fault the food quality, variety or presentation. Lovely waiters and waitresses in the restaurant too. We liked the location close but not too close to the night life, minutes from the beach and a short 2 Euro bus ride into Palma. We will plan to return for another break prior to Easter in the future.
