  A decent and very suitable location

  We had a great stay at this location, the staff was dedicated and smiling, the rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean and the menus were ok.

  Up to RIU high standards

  Excellent hotel within a lively, mainly German area of S’Arenal. Well served by no25 bus to Palma and the A2 service to the airport.

  First Visit to RIU Festival

  A great location for beach and accessibility to bus service 25 which takes you 20 mins going to Palma and around 38 mins back. 2€ each or buy a 10 trip card for 15€ at EMT machines near bus stops. Once purchased tap on the electronic readers on the bus to save queuing with the driver Hotel is very clean from a room service point of view and ladies very friendly. TV has a good number of English channels including ITV. Fridge provided but no courtesy water left for use - all payable. Pool is not very big but not too small. Notice spillages around pool are not cleaned up and attract ants! Also 10€ charge for pool towels - refundable at end of holiday - not sure why anyone would want to keep a yellow coloured towel. Be aware that smoking is allowed at all outside restaurant tables, unlike RIU Arecas in Tenerife who seem to have it right with designated smoking areas. Not nice for non smokers ! Entertainment in outside bar is only on around 4 evenings per week. Only one street away appears to be a street full of German Beer Keller bars so ask for a quiet room at the back of the hotel. Lots of young adults use the hotel for this reason but no noise around the pool - quiet enough to read and use your own music. Overall a nice hotel and ideal for linkages to Palma City without having to pay City hotel prices. Downside is not as nice as RIU Arecas (Tenerife) in terms of their food quality and pool and bars available. We also noticed not many English 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 mostly German guests.

  Excellent, but with slight reservations.

  Excellent Hotel. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and could not have been more helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and of a fair size. The large TV had all of the major British channels . The bathroom was very large with twin sinks and walk in shower. The restaurant staff were welcoming and the food quality and choice was fantastic. One or two points to note. The clients of this hotel are mainly German. The area that the hotel is in is very busy ,but this does mean excellent bus services . The corridors of the hotel have ceramic tiles on the floor so they are noisy . Noise is transmitted easily between rooms. Our bathroom door was frosted glass. Our special thanks go to Lourdes at reception who gave us exceptional help with her local knowledge .

  Pleasant Stay

  Nice hotel with excellent rooms and half board menu. Poor PC access with LinkedIn blocked for some reason. Techs didn't unblock despite several requests. There is a charge for the passcode safes are that already present in each room. Fridge was noisy so had to unplug it for uninterrupted sleep. One of the two small elevators was out of order for most of our stay.
