Everyone was wonderful. We enjoyed our food and Lino at the buffet and Elias and Ubaldo @Kulinarium were excellent! We shall return!

Perfect hotel for 18-30 and party animals. Very noisy even at 2 am. 1 quiet pool which is not quiet as the bar swimming pool is adjacent. Very loud music. Beach very hard to walk. Something should be considered by the hotel to facilitate the access. Some employees are outstanding ! Guillermo at the towels station, Roberto (black shirt supervisor) around swimming pools, Lino, Teré and Guadalupe at the main restaurant contributed to enhance our stay.

Enrique is the man!!
Enrique was excellent and always on time! The pasta was amazing and drinks never went empty! Enrique even surprised me with a birthday cheesecake!

Riu latino review
Enrique at the buffet was an amazing waiter!! He took good care of us and brought us shots haha This guys was so much fun!!! Food was excellent and the beach was 10/10!! The water was nice and clear and the hotel rooms were super clean everyday

a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments
