Real Latino was clean, pretty, with a good service. But the best part was that the food was actually EXCELLENT! Not just for an all-inclusive establishment but, in general, excellent cuisine and almost always a table available. One server in particular, Fidel, stood out. Knowledge, professionalism, humor, the full package for a high end hospitality professional. Can’t wait to go back with friends.

Definite my top all inclusive
Excellent food; very clean resort; great staff - Nely in the buffet is absolutely the best! And Wilber with his portable bar gets another 5 stars. Oswaldo our life guard was also great. Beach was beautiful; water slides for an all adults were fun.

Fantastic hotel for a vacation!
First time here and was very impressed with the hotel and all the amenities included. 5 restaurants on site along with 5 pools , 2 are swim up bar pools. Rooms are bright, clean and beds were comfortable and had a nice view off the balcony. They have 3 bar areas one is a sports bar plus nightly entertainment.

I was there from 2025-04-14 to 2025-04-21, the sea was wavey and had some sargassum but we managed to enjoy it. The beach is long enough for walking/jogging but no wi-fi signal there. We were upgraded to partial ocean view room for free. Rooms are spacious, bathroom with double sink was great and isolated toilet as well. A/C unit was too noisy and wouldn't let us sleep well, we kept it off and slept with the ceiling fan on. Beware, the wind can blow your wet clothes from the balcony if not secured properly. Another nice thing is there are smoking areas and most of the resort is smoke free. Great ambiance in the disco. White party was a disappointment. Food was good in the buffet, steak restaurant was okay, Italian restaurant was great. Staff was friendly, like always in Mexico. Nice stay all in all.
