    Incredible resort food

    Nothing short of amazing, clean, great food, excellent staff who go out of their way to provide incredible service. The resort was immaculate, only thing I can even think to recommend is maybe let people with young kids prioritize some dinner times, didn't get a chance to eat at steakhouse, even being on the app all I was seeing 8PM and beyond for times. Other that That, AMAZING

    Great stay!

    Overall, our family of 4 had a great vacation staying at the Riu Palace Aquarelle. Every one that works there that we came into contact with was very nice and helpful. The rooms were great and very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The towels were great because they were soft and very large. The property was beautiful. There were plenty of things to do. The food was fantastic for an all inclusive resort. There were plenty of choices and it was mostly always fresh. The only two things we would change (if possible) would be the size and amount of elevators. They were extremely small for the size of resort and limited in the number of them. The next thing would be the way that the specialty restaurants are done. It was less than ideal to make reservations, especially the first day of arriving. It wasn't terrible, more of a hassle than anything, especially with two rooms.

    Noisy!

    This hotel doesn’t really know who its target customers are. Therefore it fails to hit the 5 star mark. PROS Staff-hardworking & friendly. Hotel is super clean & tidy. Service is excellent throughout. Food & drink-very good quality and selection. Lovely cocktails, wine and branded spirits but beer is watered down (you can’t fool the Brits). Atmosphere-Jamaica vibe is real! High energy hotel with wonderful staff. CONS Pools-too small for the size of hotel. Kids pool is overcrowded and as a result dirty. Adults pool is tiny and no room to swim. Noise-disco u til 1am 4 nights/week. Really no need for this. Noise directly outside hotel is crazy loud. Kept up until 4.30am Saturday night with speakers so loud it sounded like they were in the bedroom. Ruined the weekend. Indoor activities-teenage games room needed with pool tables, table tennis etc. not enough indoor options.
