Nothing to complain about. The place was clean, food and drinks were great, service was great. The japanese restaurant was our favorite! If you are trying to decide between this and another place, just go with this place and you won’t be disappointed.

A Fun-filled vacation
Well kept grounds and rooms. Food was delightful. Staff was professional and courteous. Special shout outs to the following — Front Desk: Gustavo, Viri, Irving and Geovonay were first rate. Entertainment: Jessica, Samantha, Norberto, Alex and Jenaly are true entertainers. Housekeeping: Jose, Sandra L went above and beyond. Special thanks to Laura P. All the best, BDW

Great place with great staff
Went there for two weeks and it was great. Good staff, helpful and very pleasant. Big thanks to Thomas in the steak restaurant (black and white) super service, Miguel in the Don Roberto buffet really looked after us. Some of the carpets in some of the upstairs corridor areas were a little tired but overall the hotel is very good. Very clean and with lots of choices during the day. Always found a lounger and brolly and unlike further down the coast, there was very little seaweed on the beach. Will go back there in a heartbeat.

Riu Palace Las Americas
Fantastic holiday, loved the character of the hotel, food was great in every a la cart and the buffet. Beautiful beach and pool areas. Staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely return and I’ve never returned to a hotel, always like the change. 5 star in every way 🤩
