  truly the best Hotel I regularly go to........

  the next time i go to the Riu Palace Maspalomas Hotel will be my 30th time! people ask me why i go back? this is the first time i am writing this comment on trip advisor as after many holidays in many hotels over the last few years i still have to say this is the best hotel when you arrive you are greeted like family and this is a 5 star hotel a glass of fizz/ someone takes your luggage up/ a beautiful room all part of the package breakfast is fantastic and so is dinner lunch in the restaurant near the bar at the sea is for us a salad from a selection of 30 items for 10/11 Euros! each wow! fantastic value but to be honest apart from this huge hotel being quiet relaxed and beautiful and allowing you to quietly enjoy your time with them there is one aspect i have left to the end to comment on THE AMAZING STAFF! I HAVE KNOWN OVER 75% OF THEM for over 20 years the front staff in the restaurants bars and front desk are truly like family kind and very thoughtful excellent workers i so look forward to my next trip to what i feel is Paradise very soon and to hear 'Senor Lipton' As i arrive

  outstanding

  The hotel is a favourite of ours and we come here for the beautiful views and facilities such as the bar, pool and terrace. But above all, staff are always totally professional yet genuinely happy to do their job to the highest standards. Food at breakfast and evening (Krystal especially) is top.

  Perfect holiday hotel

  Everything about the hotel made for a perfect holiday. The accomodation was clean and comfortable. The food in the Dina’s restaurant was so extensive and varied. The staff in all departments were polite and very helpful

  Another Excellent Stay!

  Another amazing stay in a RIU Palace hotels. The offer is always outstanding, staff amazing, food excellent, cleanliness impeccable. The only comment I would make is the Krystal and Espanol restaurants menu NEVER changes up, it’s been the same for years, and this gets very tired as a repeat visitor, so perhaps this needs to be more seasonal and varied. But the quality and value for money and sense of comfort and welcome you receive from everyone is second to none.

  On the Dunes But Not on the Beach; Great Food

  This is a beautiful hotel right on the edge of the scenic Maspalomas Dunes (note that it is a long walk to the beach itself). Playa Ingles itself is not a lovely beach town- it's rather unattractive, full of strip malls, and attracts lots of loud, boozy, partying holidaymakers. This classy hotel almost feels out of place. The staff is efficient, warm, friendly, helpful and often funny. I had a large room with modern, interesting decor, a balcony (great sunset views), a couch, safe, and a pay fridge. Free water is not provided. The shower was great, rain head and strong. Instead of a double or queen there are two single beds pushed together and made up separately, so I couldn't stretch out and enjoy the space. Lighting in the room was good. The grounds are beautiful. There are two pools, one large and one small, both nice and quiet. Entertainment is provided every night, some excellent, such as the piano player, and some cheesy/karaoke style singing. The highlight of this place is the food - vast buffets for breakfast and dinner (I recommend getting the half board). The food was amazing, delicious, and very varied.
