    Disappointed with their all inclusive package

    This might sound trivial. I’m currently staying at this complex which we purchased last minute via the Tui website. The main reason we chose this particular hotel was due to the food and premium drinks available to us as advertised in the Riu App. However, on arrival no Johnny Walker Black Label Scotch as advertised and being a native Scot I found this disappointing as this is the brand I drink at home. I raised the possibility of sourcing some with reception, Tui rep and hotel management only to be told their supplier is experiencing difficulty in sourcing this brand. Which was then upgraded to they can’t get anymore, had I known this prior to booking I would have booked with another hotel chain. Come on management surely you can do better. There is a large grocery store nearby so it looks like I’ll be purchasing from there. Premium All inclusive at Riu Palace ! Bit of a joke really.

    Wonderful week at the Riu

    We are return customers at the Riu. We took our family (4 teenaged kids) for a week at the Riu. The service was excellent as always, the ground beautiful, and the rooms clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed the food, especially the buffet at Don Julian and the lunch options at Guacamole. We lucked out and the beach was clear of seaweed for the first 4 days and last day of our trip. The quiet waves and turquoise waters of the Caribbean will keep us returning. Thank you, Riu Palace Mexico!

    Fantastic Holiday

    First stay at the Riu Palace Mexico and was not disappointed. Have previously stayed across the road at the Tequila twice so was interested to see if it was a step up, it definitely was. Rooms were spacious and clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. The selection of drinks in our room optics were great and our mini fridge was constantly replenished. Tried all of the specialty restaurants, all good, but my favourite was Krystal. Every member of staff was helpful and friendly and always smiling. A thankyou to some of the staff we were served by, spoke to every day: Breakfast/Lunch - Abraham, Noe and Mary Dinner - Edward and Juan Carlos Beach Drinks - Roberto and Orlando Lobby Bar - Omar and Luis. Karla was also lovely, always happy to help and smiling The staff in the coffee shop – all the staff here were fab Animation team work really hard throughout the day to make it a great experience for everyone Would definitely recommend this hotel

    Great place. It was our 5th time there. Beach cleaned up every day… more than the other resorts around. Food is awesome. 0% Alcool beer available… which is a great +++ for me. Thanks Riu Palace Mexico!
