Beautiful hotel, we stayed family of 2 adults 2 children in a standard room and was very kindly upgraded to a sea view. We arrived at 10am and our room was ready which was great. Check in was easy, staff were very friendly and polite. We was given some nice welcome drinks and for my husbands birthday even given a free bottle of cava on ice ready in our room. The pools and gardens were very well kept and clean. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is right on the doorstep. The only minor negative for me was the kids club wasn’t as entertaining as other Riu hotels we have stayed at. Otherwise I’d of given 5 stars for a perfect stay. I’d definitely return.

Would highly recommend staying at the Palace Oasis. Only gripe is the customer car park is very small

Really nice quality hotel - with little room for improvement
Had a great time at Palace Oasis - nice large room overlooking the Atlantic (certainly worth paying extra for sea view) nice friendly staff that were always helpful - the hotel was spotless Now for the improvement - food was really good we were on a half board basis - being Coeliac I required Gluten Free Food - this was available until it came to desserts - there were many desserts that were available from the buffet - but every single item always contained wheat - so my dessert was fruit - so not a real problem, but every night for 7 evenings it becomes disappointing - when with a little planning it could have been so different. But overall for non gluten free person great place

Perfect Stay
After being given a room the far side of the complex with stars and no lift, I kindly asked if I could have a room with a lift due to a recent broken ankle and walking and stairs are difficult, We was upgraded to a swim up room which was just perfect and was totally unexpected. The staff were so kind and helpful, the room was just totally out of this world, the food and cleanliness was fantastic and of course the location to everything nice and close including the amazing beach. All in all the best holiday we could have ever asked for, thank you RIU. Unfortunately will probably not be back as we could never afford a swim up room so anything less now would not be as good but thank you for a fantastic time will always thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful beach hotel
Great hotel and fantastic staff. We stayed in a sea view room which was lovely and spacious and cleaned perfectly every day. We had breakfast only option which was varied and plenty. We found many great restaurants turning right out of the hotel and just past the lighthouse, there were also many lovely shops here too.
