The all-inclusive meal plan includes the following amenities:

• All meals, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages in all hotel bars and restaurants
• Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages 24 hours a day
• Three alchoholic drinks are included at lunch and dinner
• WiFi throughout the hotel
• "All Inclusive" wristband for identification purposes (required to wear)

Important Information:  Redemption information will be provided by the hotel at check-in.   Alcoholic drinks are not included except 3 drinks at lunch and dinner.

    Hotel Rui Playa Palma Majorca

    I had A very bad experience last night in this hotel. From 24:00 to 02:00 , on floor 2 . I heard what can only be described as Hooliganism. Doors were being kicked and banged. Shouting and general misbehavior . No security or staff came from the hotel to investigate the noise. I complained to the staff this morning , the lady was very kind and apologetic . My second concern was the food in the restaurants . It was just thrown on to the serving platters without care or love. Very poor.

    Had a wonderful time

    I went with my sister, arrived on the 11th. Fantastic hotel, clean and friendly. We will definitely be back hopefully April/May.

    Birthday trip

    This was a birthday trip for my 60th birthday. Everything was wonderful. It was a great experience. Only the second time to Europe. I would come again
