Just returned after our 4th time since 2023. Absolutely fantastic hotel once again. Staff are amazing super friendly and it amazed us how many of them recognised us from our previous trips. Food outstanding, housekeeping brilliant, beach workers kept the beach immaculate, restaurant and bar staff are simply the best. Highly recommended.

Couldn't ask for more. Everything was already taken care of. The food was delicious from PePes place to buffet to all four restaurants.

Loved this hotel. Best holiday ever
We stayed at this hotel in October half term and the weather was perfect. The staff here were incredible and we loved the entertainment that they put on. Food was great and we ate in the steak house, Italian and Japanese. Although the buffet was always great as well. I think the pool snack bar was worth it's weight in gold. The food was really good quality and tasty. The location is perfect with the pool looking straight across the beach and beautiful sea. My husband and I have travelled a fair amount and we considered here our best ever holiday. Would 100% recommend and stay here again!

A brilliant beachside hotel
Check in was quick, much appreciated after flying from Europe, and our rooms were spotless. The mini bar was well stocked, and replenished alternate days. Anything you need can be requested by the app and is delivered to the room very promptly. The restaurants are very good, we never had to wait at the speciality restaurants, and we loved the Italian. The staff are very efficient and friendly, and the grounds are maintained to a very high standard. The entertainment team are superb, I especially enjoyed aqua gym with April. My grandson, 17, did darts, volleyball and football. The beach was cleared of seaweed daily, and it did not spoil our holiday. The evening entertainment was generally good, but you can always use the reception bar if it is not to your taste. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel, and hope to return in the future.
