Dec 19, 2025Nice hotel but some things to be improved
This was our second time in this hotel. We like the location and access to the beach. The service is good. The room we were given was spacious but a bit dated. The door has a gap all around through which light and noise come into the room. Sound-proofing should be improved and a general refurbishment would be good. We had neighbours that were very noisy. The first two days some people were having a party in their room. The second two days a couple with a kid that was screaming and running around in the room. This happened also at 6AM and did wake me up. If I am on holidays and I pay over 300 USD per night, I would like to be able sleep! There seems to be a lot of people that have bad manners: screaming and shouting in the corridors and slamming doors, regardless of the time of the day.

The restaurant staff was snooty. The beach attendants were terrible. Beds were old and worn out. Linens were cheap and pillows were uncomfortable. Hallways were very noisy.

The hotel's location is rather remote, and the facilities are quite outdated. Both sinks in the room had clogged drains. The bathroom was large, and the entire room was spacious. The beach area was too crowded, and there was a tourist attraction nearby, making it very noisy. I wouldn't recommend it if you want a quiet vacation. Really nice hotel in a great spot by the beach. The pool and landscape gardens are really beautiful.
