Was everything I could ask for, celebrated and had a wedding while visiting this season. Come every year around this time and haven’t had a bad experience yet.

Our stay was really good, and I wanted to give 5 stars, but unfortunately I can't. The issue is the thin wall, and no signs of quiet time. We kept waking up all three days at least 3/4 times a night. We stayed in the ocean front villa, far from the party scenes, but unfortunately we probably had bad neighbors or walls were too thin for outside noise prevention.

Beautiful Resort
The staff are all so friendly and nice. Very hard workers and the places shows it.The grounds are well kept. Only drawback is lack of restrooms and they are poorly marked. Also the food was not very hot, but this can be expected in a buffet setting.

Good Stay
Overall, I had a good stay with some highs and a few areas for improvement. The ambiance of the hotel was great and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed the themed party events — they were fun, energetic, and definitely a highlight of the experience. That said, the bed was quite hard and could be more comfortable. I also wish there were more 24/7 food and drink options available, especially late at night. The neighbors were very noisy and drunk, which made it hard to fully relax. I paid for 30th birthday room décor, but the numbers fell down. When I called the lobby for help, I was told I would need to walk down to get tape and rehang them myself, which was disappointing given that the décor was a paid service. With a few improvements, this could be an even better experience, as the vibe, staff, and events were truly enjoyable.

This is my second time coming to RIU Santa Fe. I was very happy with the resort overall, has tons of activities to do, you will never get bored. I could always find something that I liked to eat at the buffet or the food bars. The service at the swim up bars was great!
