Second time to Cabo and the facility and weather were great. the staff were helpful and very friendly. my only issue was the bed, king size but not very comfortable, maybe I am spoiled at home. We stayed at the Sante Fe and did meat many other people at Rui's neighboring resorts that came to the Santa Fe because the guests were friendlier

Overall a beautiful stay nice parties and the food was really great. My only complaint may be the small mattress as I did not find it the most comfortable. But I would visit again, it was good value, I do wish the gym was open late. Also that the hotel would provide free water activities as I know people on the resort got ripped off by the people on the beach. Thank you.

Great service, large and clean room
Our second vacation at a Riu Resort. The standard is the same. Rooms are clean and large, staffs are always helpful and smiling. We love the Torote restaurant most for its view and food. Only suprise was that during two nights at 2-3pm, there were apparently drunk people screaming in the hallway. Try to stay in higher floors and away from the crossing way.

Great hotel and staff
Everything was very clean. The staff were excellent very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable. The meals were fabulous. Everything about the trip was great. It was our first trip with Riu and we will be back.

Nov 30, 2025Riu Sante Fe dirty, and No Wine not a 5 star ..3 star at best . Not worth the spend also stay away from Westjet
Despite being a GOLD class member which means nothing to me ROu nor its staff . There is no special treatment or privileges after travelling 20 years and 8 times to Riu Sante Fe. Also No Wine WTF? Never head of any resort no wine ..welcome t Cuba at Riu Sante Fe. Dirty chairs and tables. Oh and the weatjet is terrible cloudy over cast and rain Nov 30-Dec 7 2025… choose another destination
