Room was great but bed was uncomfortable enjoyed the balcony and was great to be on the main floor as we are older and have some mobility issues. Would definitely like to return.

We had an amazing vacation at RIU Santa Fe in January 2026! Everything about this resort was incredible. The parties were energetic and so much fun, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the swimming pools were fantastic—always lively and well-maintained. There was entertainment happening all the time, which made every day exciting and memorable. A special mention goes to the kids club—the staff were extremely friendly, caring, and attentive. They took wonderful care of the children, making them feel safe, happy, and engaged, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. The atmosphere was vibrant, the staff were amazing, and we enjoyed every single moment. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for fun and great vibes.

Huge resort, clean, food was very decent entertainment was some great and some poor. The entire resort overly loud. The activity people that had those whistles were the worst. The piercing endless whistles still trigger me and will never get my hearing back

Food is mediocre at best, the cab drivers play game with the fares, the room wasn’t restocked or cleaned well. The drinks are lower than bottom shelf. We felt safe with our children. I wouldn’t do it again.

Great experience! Everything in this place exceeded my expectation. The place are well maintained. The staff were all dedicated to make each guest feel that we are valued. Minor issue in the buffett area I noticed…… It was the dried and a little bit chewy roast beef they served two nights in a row. Also, the shampoo and conditioner that we requested were not refilled. Overall, we had a great time.
