Nov 05, 2025Good but security is needed!
The resort was nice and had a lot of amenities. We took a family trip however this resort also has a party aspect. I knew this when I booked but was unaware that the music playing could be heard throughout the resort. Not only that but then you have couples arguing, people fighting and no security around at all.

Perfect getaway
This was my birthday/honeymoon trip and everything was amazing. I was expecting a little gift or something in my room like the last time when I came for my birthday but I didn’t get anything. Last time I received a card and champagne. This time nothing. There wasn’t a good selection of music. They just played house “boom boom boom” Latin music. No R&B, or any other genre to accommodate other guests and ethnicities. Food was amazing. Especially sakura restaurant. View was spectacular for it to be partial view. I would stay here again but just go to the marina to hear my type of music.

Wonderful Stay at Riu Santa Fe, Cabo!
We stayed at the Riu Santa Fe for my best friend’s bachelorette trip and had such an incredible time! The resort itself is beautiful, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the food was consistently great lots of options every day and everything tasted fresh. We stayed in Villa 7, which was a bit further up but close to the beach and the Mezcal pool bar definitely our favorite spot during the day! The energy, music, and drinks there were perfect. The nightlife was also a blast.Pacha nightclub gets lively every night. They mostly play Mexican and Latin-style music (think reggaeton, banda, and pop), so if you’re into hip-hop or R&B, you’ll have to request it since it’s not played as often. The themed parties were a highlight White Party, Jungle Party, Pink Party, and Neon Party each one had its own fun vibe and everyone really got into it! Check-in was smooth, everything felt organized, and overall the resort made our trip unforgettable. Would absolutely come back again perfect spot for a celebration or a fun group getaway!

Horrendous experience. Bugs in the room, staff are incredibly rude, food is terrible, you don’t get any of the experiences you’ve paid for, the staff don’t inform you of what you need to know when you’re checking in, they charge you 10 pesos per 30 seconds to figure out transportation you’ve arranged prior to arrival.. it’s a nightmare to deal with these people and it’s anything but relaxing. I would never stay here again and highly recommend staying anywhere else while in Cabo.

The resort has all that you would expect. Good pools, a variety of food options, amazing views of the ocean, and some fun night life. The rooms could be cleaner with nicer accommodations.
