Great 2 weeks stay staff were great specially juan on the pool bar. Food was better than some of the reviews. Steak house was quite fatty,Italian was lush. Asian was buffet so no difference to main restaurant. Drinks kept flowing. White party was mental and very over crowded but neon was less as exciting but worth it. Rooms in need of updating and light switch was temperamental but on a whole great place and loads of entertainment the team worked endless from 10am till 10:30pm. Silent disco was the best thing I’ve done and everyone needs to go coco bongos that’s an experience. On a whole the property was always clean and tidy and the cleaning staff worked endless to make sure nothing was left dirty for long Thanks to all the staff for making out stay very memorable

Great hotel staff go above and beyond food was really good a lot of selection and food for all sorts of eaters. Love the foam party and neon night was spectacular

Brilliant Holiday
Great holiday, plenty to do at the hotel and lots of entertainment. The staff are a credit, they never stop and the food was amazing. The rooms are decent but the air conditioning was just ok, would definitely recommend the hotel and will probably be back

Amazing hotel
The hotel was absolutely amazing never been more pleased staff were amazing and friendly. The cleanliness was spot on. Would 100% recommend. Amazing variety of food. Will 100% be going again. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you

Fantastic holiday
First time in Mexico and won't be my last. Hotel was amazing - so clean !! Rooms large and comfy with air conditioning and fans. Food really good and drinks were great and free flowing. What really made this hotel was the staff. Everyone from the animation team, bar staff, waiters, maintenance men and chamber maids were so lovely and friendly. Please tip them, they work very hard. Well run hotel worth every penny. Thank you for an amazing 2 weeks - see you next year x
