    What can I say about the barman, Gael he has to be the best cocktail maker in cancun. A master at his trade. He makes tom cruise, look bad 👌

    Spent two weeks at Royal Solaris. Had breakfast at last Fuentes restaurant every day. Our server,Yacowichi, greeted us every day and was very attentive to every need. Always met us with a smile and beyond supreme service. She deserves to have a big raise! She is pleasant, professional, thorough and exceptionally attentive. We will miss her. Look forward to coming back again soon. all of the stuff Royal Solaris has been an extremely enjoyable experience. Thank you! Gerrie Rossman

    Very nice place & remodeling to make it even better

    My overall experience was very good. The front desk is understaffed and there are Long (30 min+) waits. The servers in the buffet were amazing!!! They went above and beyond to make my meal special. Yacowchi, Alandra& Roger were exceptionally attentive.

    Amazing I wanted the romantic dinner on my deck and they accommodated you can’t get the service everywhere. Dinner on my

    I have been coming here since 1993 and every time has been amazing. I have been to Hawaii Jamaica, Aruba, Florida Canada. There’s no better place in Cancun every time me and my wife go somewhere else. We always say we should’ve went to Cancun at the Royal Solaris.
