This place is like a little piece of heaven for us. We enjoyed drinks in the Caribe lobby bar with Michael, and our son loved the pizza class with Herlinda and Melissa. These ladies were incredibly kind. Staff went out of their way to make this a great vacation. Favorites: Restaurant— Bogavante for lunch and Veneto or Marco Polo for dinner. Bartender- Michael at the Caribe lobby. Another great visit!!

Members Breakfast Crew
This is specifically for Tino, Alfredo, Gio & Carlos at Rosmarinus for the Members Breakfast! We had a large group and they prepared our tables every morning going above and beyond expectations! Very attentive to our needs and treated us like family! We showed these guys a lot of love in return!

Excelente
The hotel is a great option. I visited it with my family and we were delighted with the service, the restaurants, and the very friendly waiters. We really liked it, especially the kids club where Azu took wonderful care of us. My children loved the activities and her availability to play with them. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel for little ones. Azucena at the kids area always attentive. Nice rooms. Buffet with good variety of food. Price very reasonable.

Fantastic trip to Royal Solaris Cancun
The resort was excellent! Everyone was friendly and service was fantastic! Housekeeping was amazing and so detailed with “extras”. Isle and Jesse were excellent and so helpful. Isle made sure we had sandwiches for our excursion and Jesse answered all our questions. They were both fantastic! The room was nice and food was delicious! We loved the Italian restaurant and the service; Gustavo was superb!! We will definitely come back! Drinks were ok, I’m not a fan of the sour mix used in the drinks. I like more natural products like real fruit and coconut milk. That is the only thing I would improve on.
