So relaxing and enjoyable
As always top notch brought a couple of friends with me this time and everything was amazing. Looking forward to going back again and Socorro was our bartender at the members pool and she was just amazing very catering and sweet. And Tamayo in the bar of the members club. He has to be one of the best bartenders I’ve ever seen in my life and he was so entertaining and sweet. Our friends so enjoyed it too looking forward to coming back next stop Solaris Cancun.

This was our 2nd time staying here this year. The first time we came in May, it was GREAT! Food was good, great atomosphere, relaxing etc. This time it was terrible. We came in September, the weather was good but there was tons of construction, noise ALL DAY, no pool bar, no bartender service at the pools, almost all the restaurants were closed. There was no warning on their website when I booked, no warning on Expedia. It was very understaffed and we basically had to get our own food (buffett only) and our own drinks up at the bar with long lineups. Would not return.
