Just spent 10 wonderful days and it wasn’t enough! This was our 4th visit and it really does feel like going home! The staff is amazing!! The wait staff remembers our orders, the captains/hosts remember our room numbers and where we prefer to sit, and the bartenders remember our drink preferences…. I’m not sure how they do it, but it always amazes me! Angle and Martine start our day out right at breakfast! Socorro serves the best poolside drinks! Flor always takes care of our dinner seating preferences and our favorite servers David, Erick, and Falma take care of the rest! Tomayo is hands down the BEST bartender EVER and we love to end the day with him!! From our first visit in 2022 to our recent 4th visit, we’ve watched Solaris continuously improve and update the facilities to make the overall experience better every single time!

Best Service
Capi Angel & Claudia & Elise & the rest of the staff were so great! Great service & food. Really enjoyed being there & talking to them. Highly recommend anyone & everyone to stay here just because of the wonderful experience thah was provided!

Great time! Could use more daily variety at buffet
Great service by the pool from Daniel. He was attentive to us every time were were out there and even made us a special drink, per our request, that we named "el Daniel"! Good experience all the way around. Food at buffet was great, just wished we had more of a daily variety. Sometimes, it felt a bit repetative

Amazing
Amazing food. Amazing service. Amazing atmosphere. Isidro was incredibly accommodating and made our dinner that much better on top of the wonderful spanakopita, milestone soup, salmon and gyro. Upscale restaurant feel. 10/10 would recommend for a formal dinner.

Beautiful hotel, large room, spotlessly clean. Excellent water pressure in shower, lots of hot water. Extremely friendly, professional staff, food at buffet was excellent always. Lots of filtered water available. Gorgeous beach on the doorstep. Wonderful, safe play area for little kids with waterslides, playground, craft/movie room and staff to monitor. Pool side service was fabulous. Skinny at the poolside bar, Caesar in the children's play area, Lauren and Natalia in the buffet were wonderful hosts, highly professional. Excellent service.
