Review in the gym at Royalton Chic only. Love the classes offered Yoga, workout (bootcamp or HITT) and aquafit or Pilates at the pool. Instructors are very friendly and please and ask about any health issues or modifications required before each class. Gym is small but well equipped. Come do classes with Lindo, Elvis, Daniel and Eliena you won’t be disappointed and your feel great afterwards

The resort itself is absolutely beautiful—modern, clean, and genuinely relaxing. The atmosphere and the staff are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Dimitri in the food court and Deanna at Pascari for their exceptional service. That said, the one area that really needs improvement is the food. Pascari Restaurant: Pascari is advertised as a seafood restaurant, so we were disappointed to find that the menu was mainly sushi. For guests expecting a true seafood dining experience, this was misleading. The food itself was average, and we would rate it a 5/10. Hunters Steakhouse: The steakhouse was another letdown. Our steaks were overdone, and the wait time was extremely long—about an hour and a half. Some guests with a 6:30 PM reservation weren’t served until 8 PM. Based on both quality and timing, this restaurant also gets a 5/10. Buffet: The buffet was hit or miss. Some days were great, other days not so much. At times the food was cold, and on one occasion the cold cut meats were spoiled, which was concerning. Overall, it was just okay. Haven Grill: The standout for food was the Haven Grill. The dishes were authentic, flavourful Caribbean cuisine, and truly enjoyable. A big thank you to Chef O’Neal for delivering amazing meals every time. Taboo Bar: Our favorite spot on the resort was the Taboo Bar. The drinks were consistently well-made, and we have to give a huge shoutout to Estella, who is easily one of the best waitresses we’ve ever had. She knows how to mix a drink and made every visit a pleasure. Overall: Beautiful resort, incredible staff, and great service—but the food quality and restaurant experiences need improvement. With better consistency and accurate restaurant descriptions, the resort could easily become a top-tier destination.

Daniel is the best!
Daniel was such an incredible vibe for the workout classes! It was a hoot! We loved it and made the trip next level! The resort is so fun and the staff is fantastic but Daniel is the top guy!
