Birthday Vacation wasted.in Antiuga Royalton Chic
The staff was decent and approachable at times. However, the food was not satisfactory. I spent $300 on steak during three different occasions, but the chefs couldn’t get it right. Nekeesha was an excellent host and very apologetic for the resort's shortcomings.

Birthday gift to myself
I travelled alone for a special birthday. The staff at Royalton Chic made me feel like I was not on my own. Restaurant staff were all very friendly attentive and welcoming, so much so that the supervisor kindly rescheduled one of my dinner reservations without a fuss. The rooms are comfortable, and the gym well kitted out with great machines. Yoga available each morning of which I took advantage of. Elvis and Lindon were great leaders. Stay so far is amazing just as I wanted.

Amazing scenery and beautiful atmosphere 10/10
I recently visited the spa at Royalton Chic Hotel. It was truly an amazing, relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The atmosphere was quiet and beautifully designed as well as the calming music that instantly put me at ease. The staff were very welcoming and professional especially the concierge; Nashantae. She was very pleasant to my family and I as well as being very attentive and informative to what would be expected in the facility. The facilities such as the sauna, steam room and relaxation lounge were well maintained and almost spotless. Will most definitely recommend more of my friends and family to come here.

Not so Royal
We booked Diamond Club with the butler service , but 1st let’s start with the arrival onto the resort we did not receive nor was offered the welcome drink that we should have received during the check in process, when mentioned we were told oh we will have your butler present that to you.. Check in time took about 20-25 mins due to the receptionist handling me and wife and 2 other couples at the same time, rushed. The lady who cheeked us is first thing out her mouth was yall my last check in like she was ready to leave for the day. we then was handed off to the butler supervisor who stated that our butler Maxwell would introduce himself to us a little later during the evening. This was at 4:44pm and we did not see Maxwell “The Butler until 1 hour prior to his shift ending which was after 7pm . Booking Diamond club which we did was suppose to come with a bottle of alcohol for the room which we Did not receive, the room also was to come with either of bottle of wine or champagne which we Did not receive, and the mini bar did not have any waters only sprite soda and coors light beer. Also the couch in our room had so many cigarette burns on it. We reported it and was told by the butlers manager that he would report it which when we asked apon check out he did not. Which would have ment they would have charged my card for this. We spoke about this multiple times during our stay to the staff and was always told that the butler would see that we have what we need.. We checked in on Monday 9/8 the butler called out on Tuesday 9/9 and we were never informed about this as we were texting on what’s app as instructed per the butler supervisor as this was the most efficient way to get in contact with Maxwell someone was checking the messages but never responded we do happen to find out via one of the workers at the diamond club bar that Maxwell had called out and someone else was to come in around 12 noon to cover Maxwell shift we never seen or heard from who that person should have been that was on Tuesday 9/9 .. Fast forward to Wednesday 9/10 around 10:00am my wife and I was coming back from breakfast and we ran into Maxwell we shared our concerns he stated he would see that we get what was needed and he never showed back up until after 2pm after I asked our friends who was traveling with us butler and he said let me see he is. Maxwell finally came to me and stated he was at lunch now I have never knew any job that allow over a 3 hour lunch break but hey must be nice, but I did not need anything at the time because we actually had serviced ourselves for our needs as we did right after check in on 9/8. So around 4ish we receive a phone call from someone from the resort staff to inform us that Maxwell had to leave due to a family emergency. Lastly if this resort can not or could not accommodate less than 150 people during their off season as they liked to state there should have been plenty of premium alcohol at the diamond club bar but to be told at 2pm on Tuesday 9/9 that there was no more Hennessey because they only can bring out 2 bottles a day is a total turn off if you have guest that paid for premium service then premium service should have been given from check in to check out. The resort staff is very aware of this and our issues because not only did they come around to each guest on Wednesday 9/10 to ask by poolside how was everything or did we have any issues to discuss and this was brought up several times by many of guest sitting in the area I was in the time when these questions were being asked and when we checked out we also mentioned this again about everything we didn’t receive during our stay. We were being asked to show our phones for proof of conversations between the butler and us regarding what we didn’t receive during our stay and again no butler services were rendered therefore the only communication she was able to see was the outgoing message we sent and the check marks to show the messages were read on the other end via someone at their property but never responded to, this was during check out on Thursday 9/11. This was the worse experience we ever endured traveling this was not the 1st time we traveled out of the country and this was not the 1st time we choose butler service so we knew what we should have expected or received but didn’t. We actually just gave money away for services we did not receive. Is there someone who can accommodate the fee we paid for Diamond club but did not receive it? Thank you Lawana Clark

It was great !!!
We stayed at Royalton chic for our honeymoon with about 50 other guest , the check in was easy , a few guest rooms had air issues they were rectified , the staff was friendly rooms clean food was actually pretty good , I don’t expect much when traveling to resorts but the food was actually good !!! Our butlers Andrea and Monique were superb , and on point , I would definitely again !!!
