Brilliant yoga session with Daniel. Really helpful and informative. Also enjoyed the water Pilates. Only 3 days into my holiday and feeling so much better after doing these sessions.

Daniel did a great job, I feel loose and refreshed. No fault to Daniel but would like a longer session. I look forward to working with him again here in Paradise!

Fitness at Chic with daniel
Daniel was great at all the fitness classes. Every morning there was yoga at 7:30 which was such a great way to start the day. He was great at instructing everything no matter what level of experience you had. There was more classes throughout the day in the pool which Daniel and others instructed. They made the experience really enjoyable.

Fitness with Daniel
We joined yoga at 7:30am and Daniel was the instructor. He was amazing. So calming. Great way to start the day! I really recommend doing this to start your day. He was really helpful. Also did water Pilates and yoga too and he was the best instructor. Really amazing!!! Feel sooo relaxed on holiday

Check-in was UnOrganized, waited almost an hour to even start the check-in process, (just kept telling our group to “wait, we will be with you”… No Welcome drink or face towel…Paid for Diamond Club and there was NO food, mentioned it to a few staff that didn’t seem to care…Nightly entertainment was like your kids High School Production…Dj couldn’t keep folks on the dance floor…seafood Resturant if you weren’t part of the diamond club you had to pay…we were told to make reservations at the other Resturants but they were either booked or closed for private parties every night…only ate at the Buffett and it wias very minimal on the items it offered (never in my 57 years have I seen a Buffett this small)…after 8:00 your better to just order room service because the Buffett is empty and wait is left is dried out…The Sports Bar was a life saver they had the BEST WINGS and they were HOT…I was sold on this is a New resort when in fact it’s a REFURBISHED resort (new paint, new owner)…Buffett Kitchen staff is RUDE, and overwhelmed…only ONE burned worked at the pasta/cook station…did I say the staff is RUDE and UNCARING….The ONLY person at the resort that is willing to help is FaithLynn at the front desk, the only one with some compassion and willingness to help…The General Manager was there and he’s an —-, well you fill in the blank….There isn’t much to do at the resort it’s a small resort…I will never visit another Royalton was not impressed…Believe the bad reviews they are true…I’m not a person to go off reviews but I wish I had on this one…
