  Gym

  The gym is clean , great equipments , everything that you’re looking for in a gym. Met Elvis the gym instructor great guy and personality is awesome.

  Don't Miss The Aqua Fit Class

  Elvis is a wonderful Aqua Fit instructor. Very friendly and made all the routines easy to follow. At the end you feel energized without any hint of exhaustion.

  Mixed experiences in restaurants and room service

  Most of the staff are very pleasant. Hunters STEAKHOUSE is great, good food and great service. Similarly Olympus has great food and service. Unfortunately Vespa the Italian restaurant was awful. Food was barely edible and the service virtually non existent. The music from the main pool can be deafening even on the quiet beach

  Beyond Amazing!!!

  Our all-inclusive trip to Antigua at the Royalton Antiqua, was so relaxing and genuinely amazing. From the very start of the trip to the final day of departure, we were treated with kindness and open arms. The option of a butler service, to address our every need, made our stay that much more fantastic. Andre was one of two assigned butlers. I cannot begin to tell you how incredible Andre was. His daily delivery of top-rate service, positivity, smiles and attentiveness to our every need made for an unforgettable and magnificent experience that I will forever treasure. I have traveled 1to many places and had what was considered superior service at five star hotels but Andre has raised the bar for all others to emulate in my future travels. His considerate and thoughtful service went beyond exceptional; he was just that attentive, kind and welcoming. Monique, also assigned as our butler was also very kind and accommodating. The hotel room and grounds were very clean and accessible. There were different cuisines at various on site restaurants - the food was good. Fresh fish was always a choice for dinner. The pristine pools were located in view of the ocean. The beach was both breathtaking and accommodating with available umbrellas and lounge chairs. The overall facility was clean and well kept. Sunsets were magnificent. There were numerous guided activities on and off the grounds. Our trip on the catamaran was incredible! We also had access to our go to coffee shop and fun nightly shows. Drinks and music made for fun, fun, fun! Royalton and excursion staff were very kind and welcoming. I can not overstate how much I enjoyed this trip with my family. Already thinking about a return stay. I would highly recommend this trip to those looking to get a stress free and most memorable vacation. Thank you Andre!

  Royalton Chic Antigua was beautiful but..

  I recently stayed at the Royalton Chic Antigua, and while the resort is undeniably beautiful, the food was enjoyable, and the staff were kind, my overall experience was impacted by multiple issues that went unresolved throughout my four-day stay. From the first day, my shower did not have body wash or shampoo—only conditioner—and it was never refilled the entire time I was there. The washcloths were dirty, and the sheets had visible stains, which was very uncomfortable. I was also unhappy with the view from my room and immediately went downstairs to request a room change. I was told to check back the next day, then the following day, and ultimately no one ever followed up with me. Service issues were another major concern. On two separate occasions, I ordered room service at 5:30 PM and again at 10:30 PM, but I did not receive the food until around 3:30 AM. I informed management each time, yet no accommodation or acknowledgment was offered. On the last day, there was no hot water in my room. Despite all the inconveniences I experienced, my request for just a one-hour late checkout was denied because the room needed to be given to someone else—yet none of my own requests during the stay were ever honored. I do want to note that the resort has a unique 30-minute changing accommodation room, which I thought was a great concept and something I haven’t seen at other hotels. However, 30 minutes wasn’t enough time for the two of us, and we felt rushed and unable to properly get ready the way we normally would. Additionally, when booking, I informed the agent and filled out the section noting that we were celebrating an anniversary. Despite that, nothing was done on the actual day. I had to go to the desk three different times the following day asking what the delay was, and we did not receive anything until the day before we left. While the property itself is beautiful and the workers were pleasant, the lack of follow-through, cleanliness, and responsiveness to even basic guest needs significantly impacted what should have been a special occasion. I hope these issues are addressed to improve future guests’ experiences.
