On November 15th 2025 My husband and I stayed at the Royalton chic Antigua for our 10 days honeymoon. Our overall experience was beyond expectations. They greeted us with kindness and professionalism, we were first welcomed with drinks when we arrived, by the bellboy Jim. Then taken into the DC lounge and met Jada who was exceptionally nice and kind. She made sure everything was super up to date and helped us with everything, then introduced us to our amazing butlers Monique & Andre. I cannot begin to describe the amazing experience we had with Monique and Andre. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! They were super attentive, always texted us everyday multiple times during the day to make sure we were doing well and enjoying our stay. They were exceptional!! Absolutely loved them and made such wonderful memories/ friends with them. Our room was all decked out with gallows and honeymoon banners, super clean, extra everything. Mini fridge was well stocked at all times, we got complimentary alcohols and snacks upon arrival. We cannot stress enough how much everyone made sure we were all set up for the best time ever. Housekeeping was just presently on top on making sure our room was clean and had everything we needed each day. We have absolutely no complaints about anything what so ever. We did room service multiple times, we came out into the rain for us. Suzette the manager was truly just the best person and amazing at her job, she made sure everyday when we dined at any restaurant that we were enjoying the food, the atmosphere and overall just very kind. We loved her!! The staff, the people of Antigua are all wonderful, the hospitality and kindness was truly just so refreshing we felt completely at home and were happy every single day. The vibe team were the best at keeping everyone super entertained and happy. Love love love them. Sy was the main daytime entertainer and she was phenomenal. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Royalton chic Antigua and will sure be back.

Perfect beach vacation.
Royalton Chic Antigua was just breathtaking. The beach was beyond gorgeous. What made our stay was a few key employees. Rowan our butler to be the first and most memorable. He is kind, attentive, humble and took his role as our butler very serious. He went over and beyond to make our stay incredible. Courtney at the Diamond club bar was also fantastic and Ersa the beach butler. She was One of the hardest workers and always singing and smiling while doing her job. Royalton was a 5 star because of a few the key employees for us. Food was I would say a 4 out of 5. Location 5 Service 4 I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Beautiful Island, but Hotel Falls Short of 5-Star Standards We visited Antigua in November 2025 and overall had a lovely holiday. However, as many other reviewers have mentioned, this hotel does not meet the standard expected of a 5-star resort. Pros * Our room was clean and well maintained — thank you to Anita for her hard work. * The restaurants served very good food. The restaurant manager at Hunter Steakhouse was outstanding and, in my view, capable of overseeing the entire resort. * The Relax pool was excellent and, as advertised, very relaxing. * Communal bathrooms were generally clean. * The family of 4 cats was really sweet. Cons * The room fridge was not replenished daily and no snacks were provided. * The toilet seat in our room was badly fitted. * Beach towels were sometimes unavailable at the stand in the morning. * Plates frequently ran out at breakfast and lunch in the main dining area. * Tables were often not set properly — cutlery, glasses, or napkins were regularly missing (Elements). * Service in the main dining area was slow; on one occasion I waited 30 minutes before anyone took my drink order. Access to a self-service coffee machine would be helpful. * At the pool, we were only asked twice in 11 days if we wanted anything from the bar. * Room-service trays were left in the hallways for days before being cleared. * Communal bathrooms were not checked regularly. On multiple occasions there was no toilet paper or toilets were not flushing, and staff had to be informed. While we enjoyed our time in Antigua, the resort unfortunately lacks the attention to detail and service level expected from a 5-star property, particularly in the communal areas and at Elements. With improved management and consistency, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

Elvis is an amazing instructor for Aquafit. He motivates the group so much that people push to give their all for the 15 minutes. After the class was looking forward to another and another class. Great attitude and personality and so inspiring!
