The atmosphere and vibe were mesmerizing. Butler service was good. Rae Hannah was very personable and Rowan had the brightest and most inviting smile. The rooms were beautiful, the amenities are great as was the food. I would definitely recommend Royalton Chic and can easily see myself returning in the future. Thank you

My family of 14 came to this hotel from Dec 27- Jan 3. We all purchased the Diamond Club level. There many pros and cons about this hotel that I will mention. PROS - location of this hotel is beautiful. Very close to the airport. - The beach is beautiful - The resort is small, so easy to find your family - The grounds are beautiful to sit around and have a coffee and relax - Plenty of deck chairs. - The diamond club breakfast area is lovely - Butler service was nice as they got us drinks and food by the poolside. - Chef Francis cooked our family a special meal that he served us. It was delicious. Thanks for the recommendation Chef Dionne. He went above and beyond which was perfect for the last day. CONS. There are many misses at this hotel that can be fixed to make it a 4/5 star hotel. - Being a diamond club guest, the premium drinks were nonexistent - The diamond club pool with the swim up bar was nonexistent. The staff did not serve drinks at the swim up part of the bar and when asked were given a dirty look. - Housekeeping was inconsistent. Some rooms were made daily some were forgotten. Some days we got snacks and some days we didn’t. - Service in the restaurants and bars was hit and miss, some servers were great some were rude. - Often times there was cutlery missing. Food would get cold while waiting for a glass of wine or a spoon or a napkin. - At the bar they often told us they didn’t have any mint or had run out of a certain alcohol. That was very frustrating as we paid extra to be in the diamond club and have premium drinks. When I argued a little they managed to find some mint. - The entertainment was lacking. This is an adults, only hotel and the band that played every night was good but the singer was awful. . Some of the shows could definitely be improved and were shows for kiddies not adults. . The DJ only played rap and hip-hop music and didn’t really cater to the guests at the hotel. NYE NIGHT JAN 31st. We specifically booked our trip so we could all spend New Year’s Eve together. In the lobby there was a DJ from around 6:30 to 8. This was really nice as we had pre-drinks and took some family photos. What would’ve made it even better was to have a few munchies spread out so the guest could enjoy while having a drink. The hats, fur scarves and necklaces were a lovely touch. The evening continued in the main stage area. The buffet was lovely. The entertainment did a show and then the band came on. The singer basically missed the countdown. There was no hype five minutes before the clock struck 12. Midnight came and went. After midnight, the band finished and the DJ came on. The DJ basically played music to cater to the dancers who had already performed on stage and the workers. The dancers decided to have their own dance off on stage with each other. They did not including any of the guests to come and dance. We had already watched the band and the entertainment group perform. It was time for the guest to have fun and enjoy. The music was catered to them. It was all rap and hip-hop. Again there was no food spread out throughout the evening and by 12:30 the main bar had run out of certain alcohol. How does this happen in an all-inclusive? In my opinion, it was a complete flop and having spoken to many guests they had all felt the same way and had a laundry list of complaints and feedback to share. With some serious management and training this hotel could be so much better. The service needs to improve significantly and with consistency this hotel could run smoothly. Also the entertainment manager needs to step it up. The MJ show was very fun and the entertainment crew need to be more inclusive and remember it is about the guests. I did share my experience with management and let’s hope it changes. Given the price point and what we paid this is not value value for money!

A Taste of Paradise
My husband and I spent a week at Royalton CHIC Antigua and had a wonderful time. The facility was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurants especially Olympus. Pescari was a nice experience as well. Being a Diamond club guest definitely added some perks which made the stay more memorable. Butlers Andre and Monique were always there to ensure our experience was enjoyable. They work very hard and deserve an abundance of recognition for all they do to accommodate their guests. The beach is beautiful and clean. We loved just being in the water whether it was at the beach or the pool. Hydrotherapy at the spa was relaxing and rejuvenating. We were very pleased with our stay.

The butler staff Andre and Monique were a dynamic duo. They ensured our needs, safety, happiness and wishes were met with the utmost care, dedication, and professionalism. Nekesha and Anique from Haven Grill were top notch. They were funny, kind, and welcoming. The food from Haven Grill was better than the other places on the resort. The entertainment staff and excursion/ towel guys were charming and funny. They made sure we had a smile on our faces. The rooms were well stocked and very clean. The receptionists at the spa were awesome. They were very friendly and made me feel like a queen! Michele and Julissa made my massages and facial enjoyable and relaxing. Kareme the taxi driver is great. He was knowledgeable and very helpful!

Nice holiday
We had a lovely time at the Royalton chic. Staff is friendly and we particularly enjoyed the fitness classes with Daniel. Rooms are quite recent and food is ok with a decent choice of restaurants.
