Eliena was the best she is definitely not the typical resort training as I am still sore! #Hill routine was the ultimate Challenge

Eliena with the Resort Gym was excellent! She provided great group classes, she was very motivating. The Hill was a great workout! Overall great workouts, great classes and great customer service!

Front desk lets it down
Its a really nice resort. The decor is modern and because its all inclusive you can get anything you want at any time of day. Activities, food and drink in abundance! Rooms could have been better cleaned and the front desk on several fronts were slow and unhelpful, but on some occasions they did help. Overall you cant really go wrong, food and drinks were nice, i enjoyed the amazing gym and Daniel's aquaaerobics class. Then staff were nice, the only down side is when i tried to move rooms becuase it was really noisy it took like 6 times for me to go to the front desk. If you have a problem and need receptions help then I can see why you wouldnt like this resort, but if you want a good time and keep your head down its fine. Bonus was mini bar, slippers and robe in the room!

The best thing about the trip was the people we met who also felt the same way about the resort. From the time we arrived until the time we left it was nothing but a disappointment. As someone who has spent more than 1000 nights in a Marriott facility over the last 10 years, I can say we will never visit this place again.

Nov 03, 2025Beautiful beach, mediocre service and food
Here with two other couples, upgraded to the diamond club. Pros: The resort itself is lovely-small but stylish, tons of loungers and several pools. The gym is great and classes are fun, run by an enthusiastic team. Entertainment is good. The beach is gorgeous, great swimming and zero seaweed. 10/10 ocean! Cons: The food is very basic, typical of a three star but certainly not what we’re paying for. Few options and not cooked well (steaks overdone, fish is fishy). It seems they have issues sourcing food (ran out of limes, no blue cheese or balsamic available for my Cobb salad, etc.) Service is slow, and to put it in perspective if waiters walk by you they don’t stop to offer a drink order, or clear away garbage or empty drinks. Place is empty right now so can’t imagine what it would be like if at maximum capacity. Dirty dishes sit in dirty hallways for days, public toilets are frequently clogged (like day after day the same toilets don’t work). Overall unfortunately I don’t recommend if you’re looking for quality service and good food. There’s a sandals down the way on the same gorgeous beach, check out the reviews there…this beach is incredible!
