The resort & room were beautiful! There were many varieties of yummy food available at all times! The Diamond club pool was amazing and offered a gorgeous view. If you wanted to party there was always lots going on! Our butlers were so friendly and very helpful! It was a wonderful vacay!

Quick getaway for our Anniversary
Arturo & Marisol were very helpful and available. They were able to respond quickly and very detailed for all the questions we had. We were really able to relax and lean on them to handle everything we desired. Also, they made sure to tell us to contact them to make sure we made it home. This was very caring and much appreciated.

I’ve been coming to Royalton resorts since 2019 and have always recommended them to friends, clients, and even chose one as my wedding venue. I used to be one of their biggest fans, so writing this is really disappointing. During our most recent stay, not only were we given the wrong room, but we were also accused of damaging something in the room and pressured to pay $500–$1,000. It felt incredibly unprofessional and unfair. The customer service was shockingly rude and dismissive, and the entire situation was handled poorly. Even more validating (and sad) was that the couple we were traveling with who have stayed at Royalton over 15 times, said this was the worst experience they’ve ever had. So it’s not just me being biased. The Royalton brand has gone completely downhill. What used to feel like luxury and great service is now a waste of money. As someone who’s worked in the travel industry and personally planned destination weddings at Royalton properties, I never thought I’d be warning people against staying here, but I truly can’t recommend it anymore. There are so many better resorts out there now. I won’t be returning.
