First time at Royalton property. We were very happy with the location of the resort. Beautiful beach views. We were able to order an Uber to check out various places. Food was good, not great. Rooms were very nice as a Diamond Club. Shower did not work. Asked for help, nothing was offered. Elevators at the resort did not all operate. Lots of people packed in the elevator with no A/C. Took a long time to wait for the elevators. Staff tried to upsell all day every day! Service at the restaurants and bars is absolutely wonderful! Coffee was just okay.

We love this resort.. the size, location, amenities. Food and drinks are good. Rooms are large. It's a single high rise so it's easy to get from one place to another. We had 2 great butlers, Marisol and Arturo.

It was a good time, I'd like to start with my Butler's Marisol and Arturo who make my vacation easier. Very professional, attentive and always here to help you out there and also outside of the resort. All the staff is really great, barmans, people at the beach, restaurant maids... I cannot mention all the names. I like and appreciate everyone!!! My fourth time there. Few little things bothers me. First thing, too many people's or idiots vaping every where, with no consequences. It used to be designated area for smoking, Hum!!! No one says anything. Diamond club used to have top shelf alcohol in every bar and a little bit more! The building need a little bit of love. Anyway, i prefer to stay on the positive side. I had an awesome vacation Thanks to everyone for this beautiful moment.

Just loved it
Really lovely holiday - just at the right time 😃. Everything excellent except for the lifts! Advise press all lift call buttons and get in the 1st one that stops - if you wait for the one you want (up or down) then likely it won’t stop and will pass your floor as you patiently wait!
