Beautiful resort with direct access to the gorgeous beach, along with comfortable rooms and great food and drink. The staff were very welcoming and kind, especially Shenard who was a wonderful representative of the Radisson and truly enhanced my vacationing experience! Can't thank her enough, and I'm excited to return!

We celebrated the holidays in style! The resort was comfortable, clean, and plenty to do for all ages from karaoke, billiard tables, ping pong competitions, etc. The beach was gorgeous, the pools and their waterfalls were impressive, and the staff was professional and friendly. Must mention SHENARD in particular, she was always super pleasant, courteous, capable, and provided impecable service! Her constant smile and positive attitude brightened our stay!

We stayed in a suite here for 7 days in December 2025. The suite included a living room, a small refrigerator, a dining set for 6, a bathroom that includes a shower (very small door opening) a jacuzzi, a second washroom with a toilet and sink and a bedroom with a king size bed and desk, tv fair size , and a coffee stand with a cuisinart coffee pod maker, (didn’t bother to use). We just grabbed our coffee from kitchen or paid for one at the onsite barista, which was hit or miss in operation. If you love good coffee thats the place to go. To me things are in the wrong place all over the suite. Why is a coffee pot in the bedroom when there is a dining room, and why is the dresser in the living room which buy the way has only 3 drawers so our clothing ended up all over the place in end tables etc. And why is there not a second tv in the living room although the furniture is not functional in there as it is a rattan circle something or other and is not useable. They need to get rid of the patio furniture in the living room and put a useable sofa and chair and replace dining room chairs so you can at least sit on them without sinking into them. Now the service : sketchy at best. I am not sure why they have phones in the rooms, WHEN THEY NEVER ANSWER THEM! we tried to phone numerous times to the front desk all to no avail! We almost daily had to track down towels and water. A tip went a long way in this department. Service at the breakfast buffet was poor. A couple of times we had to chase down flatware. A word to the people who eat a gluten free diet. I had eggs, some sweet potatoes and plantains, fruit, cheese, and my own bread i brought from home. No one has any knowledge of what is gluten free except for the breakfast chef and I was even told incorrectly that some things were gluten-free that were not. My point is very limited choices. Come on radisson if you are reading, label your food for allergies clearly, educate your staff who seemed much of the time apathetic and lazy. Allergies can kill or make us very ill trust me we don’t enjoy eating this way. This is 2026 all restaurants have taken this seriously. If you are celiac forget it i am not sure how you would survive. I think you could greatly improve on this. Lets not even talk about lunch. I ate the same thing everyday and when i planned to have a gluten free pizza the one day of course no gluten free crust available. Again servers were uneducated about the foods and the allergens in them. For goodness sake they did not even know what was in the salad dressings! Cannot comment on dinner as we never went to any restaurants. All restaurants we went to were wonderful in grenada and it is a beautiful island and i didn’t have any problems with the gluten and food in any of them. Now for the positive. This resort has a beautiful beach front that is kept immaculate. The water at this end of the beach is very accessible compared to the other end. I have stayed at hotels down there and you on most days you cannot get into swim without taking your life in your own hands. The grounds are also gorgeous and well kept with lots of chairs everywhere to sit. Beach, pool, Adirondack chairs in various places on the grounds. The pools are well kept and truly beautiful. At times the music was too loud for our liking. Make sure you have the right currency because good luck getting from the front desk which they told us they could supply to us. On 3 occasions we tried no luck! To sum it up! Rooms severely need an update, service extremely poor in the restaurants, maid service, and the front end desk. Beautiful grounds, and pool area. I also thought security could use a shout out to as i witnessed on several occasions interventions that i thought needed to be addressed. Good for them keep up the good job, grounds, pool, beach and security people. Great job!

Jan 01, 2026Had high hopes, but was disappointed.
This resort DOES have a great location on Grand Anse Beach, but lacks A LOT in most areas of what one would expect from a Radisson, and/or the amount of money spent to stay here. People here are friendly, but any service here is painfully slow. From housekeeping not having towels, not keeping shampoo/conditioner/soap stocked in the shower to any food service (bar or restaurant)…be prepared for long waits. I don’t know if the facility is grossly understaffed or the culture is just SO laid back, timely service is not a consideration. If you have any allergies, good luck. No one here seems to understand what celiac is or the importance of getting your food correct. I’m very disappointed in this stay considering this was the first time I took my two boys on an international vacation. Grenada is beautiful, but this Radisson really tarnishes that beauty and the story behind this amazing island. I can’t in good faith encourage anyone to stay here.

Shanard and Joseph
I had an absolutely wonderful time at Radisson Hotel Grenada — from start to finish, the experience was truly unforgettable. Joseph and Shanard completely made my holiday. If you’re staying at the Radisson, do not let anyone but Joseph or Shanard make your drinks, they are simply the best. Shanard is the most beautiful soul on this planet: incredibly lovely, funny, warm, and welcoming. She genuinely makes every moment brighter. Joseph is an absolute comedian: full of personality, nonstop laughs, and amazing energy that keeps the vibes high. The hotel itself is beautiful, perfectly located, and the views are stunning. It’s right on the beach, so you can literally step out of your room and straight onto the sand. The water is crystal clear, and waking up to that view every day feels like paradise. Overall, an amazing stay with incredible staff, a prime beachfront location, and an atmosphere that makes you never want to leave. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting Grenada. 🌴✨
