May 09, 2025Beautiful Resort and Wonderful Staff
Beautiful resort and wonderful staff! My sister and brother in law were married at the Radisson Resort in April. Everything was amazing! The ceremony was set up and held on the beach in front of the resort, the decor was gorgeous and perfect. The reception was held under one of the pavilions and it was perfect. The staff was incredible, from beginning to end they were attentive, caring and on top of everything. Shontel and her staff made the entire experience easy, fun and beautiful. Our family was able to prepare for the wedding with ease and enjoy every minute of the day without having to think about anything, ask for anything or worry about anything. The staff really just took care of it all, step by step. They really made all the difference in the experience and I wanted to express my deep gratitude to them. If you have plans to visit Grenada or hold an event at Radisson Grenada, you will love every second of it!

My wife and I travelled to Grenada for our wedding, along with about 25 other friends and family. Most of us stayed at the Radisson and our overall experience was good. I try not to be long winded in these reviews, so here are the positives and a couple of the things that could be better. Positives: Location. Location. Location. You are paying for the beach and the central location in Grand Anse. You can walk to everything you need within 10-15 minutes. Food/Drink. We all enjoyed the food and drink. The breakfast buffet is solid, although it will get boring by day 5-6. All of the other food was solid and drinks were made well. Food comes out slow, so be prepared and make sure you have time. Pools: The main pool area is excellent. The smaller, salt water pool is older and needs some updating, but is still great for a quick dip. Negatives: Service can be hit or miss, depending on who you speak with and what you need. This is common at larger resorts and it just comes down to finding the right person to handle your questions. Rooms: The rooms can be hit or miss too. Initially we had a garden view and were placed on the outer edge of the property and were not happy. Ultimately, we decided to upgrade to Oceanview rooms and were very happy. The property is large and room locations vary wildly. This is one area that I would tell people to speak to the resort directly and be very clear about where you want your rooms. The rooms themselves could use some updating and TLC, but they are adequate. Our wedding was held at the resort and we were very happy with the overall outcome of the event. Planning was a little difficult, but Shontel and the event staff were very helpful. I'd also like to point out Angel at reception and Latoya at the pool area for exceptional service. Overall, this is a Radisson resort, not a Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton. This is a great option at a reasonable price. If your expectations are too high, you will be disappointed. Be reasonable and enjoy yourself

Excellent customer service
Radisson Grenada Beach Resort is a beautiful property sitting directly on the beach. We could see and hear the beach and one of the pools from our room. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful our entire 8 day stay. Our group had 3 rooms and we were taken care of from check in to check out. Every staff member was kind and helpful but one stood out. Our first day on the beach, Akim was working. He brought us drinks, checked on us regularly and shared his knowledge of beautiful Grenada. Each day, he ensured we had everything we needed for the most comfortable stay. He provided excellent customer service, at times anticipating we would need something before we asked. One evening, he hosted bingo and worked the crowd like a pro. He made sure everyone was enjoying themselves even if we weren't winning. Akim is excellent at his job and made our trip memorable for a long time to come.

Very Please Customer
I was very pleased with my stay at the Radisson, the location was perfect, and the view was amazing. The staff there was extremely helpful and friendly , to the point I would like to give them some recognition: Alison-Chef, Arden-Security, Kendra-Server, Greg - Bellman, Linnel -Server, Dimitius - Front Desk, Michael - HR, Ariel - Front Desk and Lawrence- GM. I am in HR, so I am able to recognized when people offer good customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel and I do plan to come back here.

Excellent Service
Radisson resort was nothing short of amazing. The scenery was nice , the staff is very friendly.shout out to kendra cummings and Alana .. they both provided a top tier service. Great customer service and the food is amazing!! Cant wait to visit again
