  Okay resort, really nice staff.

  Nice resort! The food could be better, the main pool was really dirty and night service did not come everynight… But we loved our butler Noraya, she was efficient and really nice. Wanda’s drinks were amazing and she’s an incredible woman. The housekeeper Maria was also really sweet and made different animations on our bed! It was an okay resort, but really nice and friendly staff!

  Absolutely unacceptable experience- Avoid this Hotel

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was a complete disaster from start to finish. It was my husbands birthday celebration with family and friends, and all of us unfortunately came to the same conclusion. First ,staff clearly lacked basic English language skills, which made even the simplest requests impossible to communicate. Worse than the language barrier was their attitude – cold, dismissive, and at times just plain rude. Trying to make a reservation at the hotel restaurant during the week? Forget it. We were told it was “not possible” . When we finally spoke to people at the check in area, we were able to book it for one day for my husbands birthday, and they separated us into different corners of the restaurant. But the final straw — and frankly, the most alarming — was when my daughter found glass in her food at the buffet. This is not only careless but dangerously irresponsible. We immediately alerted the staff, and again, were met with zero urgency or accountability. This hotel has serious issues with cleanliness, safety, and staff training. We left feeling frustrated, concerned, and completely let down. Would not recommend under any circumstance.

  Highly recommend Royalton Puta Cana Resort and Casino was a great All Inclusive Vacation, welcoming concerned staff.

  We booked this hotel as a small family group for my Grand-Daughters Sweet 16 as she wanted a trip rather than a big party. The Diamond Club was well worth the cost difference and our Butler was an Amazing woman named Noraya, who made sure my Grand-Daughter and our family was well cared for during our Stay, she made every effort to help with all areas of concern during our stay. This Lady is what one expects from an ambassador of the Royalton Resorts and Marriott and deserves recognition for her dedication to her guests. Noraya was able to get us reservations as long as we were flexible within reasonable time frames, and made sure my grand-daughter had a Great Sweet 16 Celebration with the various Restaurant staffs. Upon arrival we were brought to the Diamond Club Lounge while the staff took care of our bags, to sign in and get our room key bracelets. The Club Staff were wonderful and made sure we had refreshments, and food while we waited for our rooms, which were ready in a short time. The rooms in Building 5 were on the second floor were clean, well stocked, Mold and Bug free. Had to return to the Diamond club to Program the Room Bracelets, and were able to get Drinks and some food while we were there, making the walk worth while. Our Maid was fantastic and made sure our room was always impeccably clean and tended too, and the bed was turned down at night. The Building Desk staff on the First Floor always asked if we had any needs and helped to make the experience a pleasure. The Mini-Bar was always restocked, Snacks were always available, and the service was what I and my Family expected. We always were able to get on the diamond club beach with chairs and towels, and the Drink server always made her rounds. Jose at the Diamond Club Bar at the beach outside Building 5 was great and always knew what our group was drinking, made sure the Children could get virgin drinks and was Pleasure to deal with, Food at the bar was always fresh and the Wings and Chips were fantastic. Pools and Beach were really great, the lazy river around building 4 and 5 are a great spot to relax and get away from the crowds, and find some shade in the water, and it is close to the Diamond Club Bar! Water Park at Splash was great for the Kids and the Adults and the shuttle from one hotel to the other runs frequently. The Mexican Restaurant and Hibachi Grill were by far the best of the Specialty Eateries; Sushi does Not require a reservation. The Chinese Restaurant had great appetizers, entrees were fair based on what I get in NYC. The Steak House was very disappointing, steaks had charcoal taste, meat was fair, and the Air Conditioning was non existent as was the exhaust system in the kitchen while the cooks breathed in the smoke as they cooked. The Buffet was Amazing, fresh morning Omelets, Fruit, Juices, Cereal and much more, Lunch was always great, and at Dinner one can get fresh grilled fish, fresh grilled Lobster(Caribbean Cray Fish), fresh grilled steak, pork, chicken, etc and more than one can mention. On site Bakery and Gelatto lounge was a plus. Late Night Diamond Club Lounge for Coffee and Drinks, the staff in the Lounge were always accommodating and remembered what you drank. Most of the Bars closed at 11 PM, though Room Service was always available.

  Family Celebration!

  The resort was very nice. They had a mix of fun things for the kids and fun things for the adults. I definitely recommend doing the diamond club if you go. Our butler, Noraya, was the best and helped us with everything from dinner reservations to birthday and anniversary celebrations. We were a group of 16 so it would not have been the same without her assistance!!
