Great experience! The Royalton was beautiful, clean, full of entertainment and wonderful people who were so nice! I felt like I knew all the staff’s names before we left. We were always greeted with a smile everywhere we went. Our butler “Narciso” was welcoming and made us feel right at home once we walked in the door! Planned dinners and excursions! Great vacation overall- highly recommend!

DR Punta Cana 2025
We had an amazing week at Royalton Punta Cana. Diamond club is definitely the way to go. Service was fast and friendly. Our butler Carlos Cordero made the experiences flawless and always delivering with restaurant reservations and personal room requests. Would highly recommend this all inclusive resort.

Stayed at Splash (Building 29). Very convenient to the water park but heard the entertainment from the social center every night. Also had a short walk to the other Royalton resort which had the better buffet. Rooms are due for a refresh.

⭐ 0 Stars – If I Could Rate Lower, I Would. DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is a disgrace. My family and I had one of the worst experiences of our lives at Royalton Punta Cana. 💰 Over $300 was stolen from our in-room safe. Yes, the safe. When reported, management responded with a lazy “72-hour investigation” knowing full well we were checking out the next day. Nothing was done. I witnessed another guest in the lobby reporting theft, and found a Google review from a week earlier where someone claimed they were robbed by resort security. So no, this isn’t an isolated case — it’s a pattern, and it’s being ignored. The rest of the stay? Absolute trash: 🛑 Brown water from the sink and toilet ⚠️ No running water at one point ⚡ Constant power outages 🚫 Room service never showed up 🧼 Room was filthy: broken glass table, dirty floors, foul odor 🌧️ Hallways flooded when it rained 🔁 We had to switch rooms because the original one was that bad 📸 I’ve attached photos of everything — including the disgusting water and filthy conditions. This place is a scam. Unsafe, unsanitary, and totally unmanaged. ❌ Bottom Line: Zero stars. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. If you value your safety and your money — RUN the other way.
