This was by far the best resort I have ever been to. Mexico is top tier and this resort is absolutely perfect. You could eat off the floors it was so clean. The food is so delicious with a huge variety. I was mind blown at how great the Taj restaurant was. Not just for a resort but for a fabulous Indian restaurant. The staff were always going above and beyond. I didn’t pass a single staff member who didn’t smile at me and said hello. Extra shout out to the vibe team- Brisa, Luis and Lucedro. They became our friends. So kind. Brisa made us all bracelets and wrote a note for my friend on where to find an art gallery she was curious about. The service as a whole was top teir. If I put a plate down it was picked up within seconds. Unfortunately nearly saw others tipping.. very disappointed, please tip for servers folks, don’t be tacky. The beach was also amazing, you can always find a chair. The seaweed wasn’t bad at all. The sand was powder soft, the water was beautifully turquoise. We also hit up the cafe at Least twice a day, the gelato was amazing, and grabbing a snack there before the daily rest before supper was so so nice. I LOVE this resort. I can only hope to return.

The Royalton is so lucky to have Abigail and Luis who provided excellent service at the MARCHE . They were both extremely friendly and attentive always made sure that we had everything we needed. It was wonderful to see them every day. The location is beautiful, but it is the people that make it the reason you come back.

Good resort, great facilities and excellent staff.
Very nice resort. Good facilities and nice beach. Lot of seaweed on the beach but they work hard to clear it. Butler service from Marlon and Cesar in the Diamond Club area was outstanding. Food was good, buffet had good selection and a la carte restaurants were good variety and food quality. Shout out to Juan the pool guy and Luis and Abigail in the Diamond Club dining area of the Buffet restaurant for their great service.

Very good experience!
Luis was the best waiter ever!! He is the best very good experience 100% recommend!! He was always there to give us tequila shots and special drinks they were so good!
