What a great holiday!
We had an absolute ball a this hotel! The food and drinks on offer were wonderful. We ate in all the restaurants and each one was fantastic! We thank all the staff of this hotel. You ALL work so hard to make sure we have the best holiday! We thank you for giving us the best time! We appreciate everything that you did for us!

The resort was overall very nice. Some surfaces were worn down and showing their age despite the resort being newly built. The beach had seaweed as expected so no negatives there. There are two main reasons this place doesn’t get 5 stars: the room and AC. The room was gorgeous and modern, but the shower for some reason had a frosted glass wall that allowed people in the room to see you if you got too close. This was the case for the toilet as well. This is very awkward if you are staying with anyone except your significant other. Also, there is no air conditioning in the lobby, but that’s to be expected since it is partly outside. The restaurants on the other hand were fully indoor but still had us dripping with sweat! I’m not sure if this was a cost saving move or what, but it was unbearable at times. The elevators as well were extremely hot and humid which became uncomfortable after having to stop on every floor. On a positive, the people here are wonderful! In particular, shoutout to Axel at the bar, Alberto by the pool who provided quick and friendly service, as well as Chef Arturo and Miguel the waiter at Zen! A MASSIVE shoutout to Christian and Yorlenin who helped us secure dinner reservations, give us night recommendations, and helped us with any issue we had. They were amazing. Please do something to recognize them! The pool was also very expansive and nice, although the lower level where the infinity pool spills into did have some algae growing but wasn’t a big deal. The bar workers were very quick and the drinks were good. The restaurant food was good, and the buffet food was decent. This hotel also has gorgeous landscaping, talented nightly performers, and a clean and updated room. Overall, this was a wonderful hotel with some small but impactful negatives. I would love to stay here again!

A must go for families
There is a lot for the kids to do. The entertainment team is great. A lot of food options. Hibachi is the best by far. The kids club was great and staff ensure the kids have an awesome time, The foam and all white party was so much fun. The resort is huge. 2 water parks and so many pools. The spa was beautiful. The resort is new and super clean. Only down side was the beach, it’s clean but water is brown. I would recommend you come it’s really an awesome time.
